Schlotzsky's

I have loved schlotzskys for years and this location doesn't skip a beat! Clean restaurant, great food and very friendly staff. They also offer online pickup as well.

The couple that owns/runs this one are friendly and helpful. My sandwich was fresh and toasty and prepared as requested. Not sure why they had a line of chairs in front of the register. It's a bit awkward but maybe they don't want people standing too close to them. ? The iced tea was fresh and refreshing. I would go back if I were in the area.

The sign on the door says they close at 9 and they have the open sign on, got there at 830 and they are completely closed down! Instead of lying to your customers just change your hours to 830 instead of 9. I would give this place zero stars if I could

If you're looking for a quick , easy, and delicious meal at a place owned by really friendly people, go here! Location, Decor, Ambiance: Brightly lit, clean, plenty of parking in the plaza. Food & Drink: I love their 'The original' and normally get the medium size as the large is more like a 2-person serving. I love that they toast the bread and the meat too. The bread is a sourdough and is always a perfect mix of crunch when you first bite into and moist. Service: I never have to wait when I come here (generally in the evenings). The staff are always really nice and super sweet! Price: Worth it for how big their sandwiches are!!

Visiting from out of town. Came in on a Saturday. This is by far the busiest Schlotzsky's we have ever been in. With that being said our large order was out quickly and everything was correct as ordered. Everyone was nice and place was clean. Highly impressed.

My boys and I love Schlotzsky's and eat at many different locations around the Houston area and beyond. I grew up eating at one of the original locations in Austin. Many locations have declined in quality and service over the years--not this location!This location is SUPERB! It is the best Schlotzsky's location I've been to in the past 5 years. Food is fresh and delicious and the owners and employees are attentive. The atmosphere is nicely decorated and clean.

Schlotzsky's sandwiches are amazing! I love that they offer gluten free buns as well. They are at the top of my list for sandwich places.

Craving a Cinnabon and dont feel like going to the mall. This is your place. Whether you're in the mood for pizza sandwiches, soup, salad calzones, or a Cinnabon like me, they have you covered. Today, I just wanted dessert, but my go-to is a California chicken avocado flatbread pizza or the Turkey Bacon Club

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The first person at the counter couldn't speak English and I don't speak Chinese. The manager came out and I've dealt with her before and her customer service skills are a ZERO. I had an online order paid for but it didn't show on her phone. I showed her the completed order and it was her location. I had a buy one get one and she's so tight I figure she didn't want to give a free sandwich. I'll never go back.

my husband and I have gone here since it opened. the new owners are not so customer friendly. 3 weeks ago we waited in line for 25 minutes while the owner tried to force a customer to accept a burnt pizza instead of just making them a new one. we finally left cause they were still arguing over it. we tried again last night. MY husband looked at the receipt and saw they charged us for 3 sandwiches not two. it took the owner the whole time we were eating to fix it, we thought. Actually ha had not credited our charge card as we thought but ran after us with cash. it was only the owners there and they do not speak English very well. I'm the past we have had to ask the staff to correct things for us, plus the service was very slow. we will go to a different Schlotzsky's from now on, even though it's further away.
