Quite possibly the dirtiest Schlotzskys I've ever been to. Towel dispenser didn't work in the men's room, auto flush didn't work on the men's toilet, there was hardly any tea in either the sweet or unsweetened containers, most tables were not wiped clean, AC didn't work so they had the doors propped open, NO Cinnabon products were on sale or display.

This location doesn't seem to care about cleanliness and/or appearance. What a shame because everything else was great. The order taker was friendly and fast. They give you a number and then bring your food to your table. I went to get my drink and I couldn't believe how messy it was at the station. Liquid spilled in several places, the tea container looked like they needed a good cleaning and the separate lemonade fountain was missing the bottom grate plus it looked like it wasn't even working. Gnats were circling the counter for a chance at some sweet treats. The guy next to me even commented and said my exact thoughts, so it wasn't just me. I tried to find a clean table, but I was not successful. I ended up having to clean one off myself. To be fair, it was 1:00 pm, so the lunch rush was just prior to my visit, but still. After I cleaned my table, I sat down and noticed my selection was a poor one due to the wobbliness. Every time I touched it, it moved. That's always annoying. While waiting for my food, I looked up and noticed the ceiling with several leak spots. The whole atmosphere was ruined. I normally don't think about the kitchen or behind the counter cleanliness, but with all theses issues and eye sores, I really started to wonder. My food arrived to the table promptly and very fresh. The Original was made perfectly and had a great temperature. Y'all need to clean this store! I am so sorry to give only 3 stars when staff and food are so on point, but I was completely turned off by the appearance. I personally don't understand how the employees kept walking by the areas needing attention without doing something about it. I would have been embarrassed if I worked there.

A lot of bad reviews here, but I've eaten here at least six times over the last year and have never had a problem. Not the best deli in the world but you get what is expected, a muffaletta adapted for a Texas appetite.

It was dead when we walked in. I can't imagine it's ever busy. I ate a few bites of my sandwich and stopped. Wife thought I was being weird about it. Just didn't taste right. I feel fine now, but my wife got food poisoning and is ill. Needless to say - won't be back.

There are lots of reasons to come here, in fact, there are Schlotz of reasons to come here, but healthy food is none of them!So this is a famous deli which may be from Austin originally, but is all over the place now. A little expensive and not very good for you, but some of their stuff is actually pretty decent tasting. This location is in Spring Branch right off of Interstate 10 on the north side of the Katy freeway, and it's one of the better options for food in this particular plaza, which is well known for having a lot of chains and way too many stores.

Had a meeting the next day for a group of 8 people. Customer service at this location was very helpful and prepared the orders as requested. They delivered on time for the meeting and everything was great. Not one person complained! They all enjoyed their lunches! Thanks Schlotzsky's for making it happen!

This location feels cursed. Drive thru sees more action than people inside, which I suppose makes sense for all the reasons I'm about to list:First off, I know we're in Houston and it's hotter than the 9th circle of Hell, but the air conditioning must be set somewhere around 65 degrees, which is just so uninvitingly cold for a sandwich shop. Workers are as friendly as they need to be (which doesn't bother me, I don't need the Customer Service Voice™, as long as my sandwich is made right and they don't spit on it, we're cool) but the music they have going is... odd, and honestly, a little too niche for a chain restaurant of deli-ish style sandwiches. Like, you go to a Korean restaurant and maybe expect a little KPOP. You don't go to a Schlotzsky's and expect... Spanish hip hop? Or whatever that was. Then, the tables rarely seem to be wiped down--every single table is crummy even though the place is always empty. The soda dispensers violently spray out as you try to fill your cup (and that Diet Coke never tastes right), and the whole self serve area is always questionable sticky and grimy looking. There is usually trash on the floor around the dining room, and the pièce de résistance: the restrooms are... a horror show. So, the women's toilet has been out of service since the dawn of time (which is BIZARRE, this is the Bunker Hill shopping center--CALL THE PROPERTY MANAGER, MAYBE???? Just a suggestion.) so I try to use the men's. Men's doesn't work either, apparently, because the toilet can't seem to flush, automated or manual. And I don't know if it's because I'm a woman trying to use the men's restroom, but that room just looks like it's going to give me a disease. Has anything been cleaned in there, ever? Need hand sanitizer after washing my hands and leaving.Food itself is... fine. Overpriced as all Schlotzsky's are, but it's fine. They usually make my sandwich right so *maybe* I should give more than one star, but after the amalgamation of everything being weird, dirty, and irritating, I think it'll be a long time before we're willing to come back to this location. I think I'll stick to the one on Richmond.PS - They don't seem to do the pickle spears with sandwiches anymore, which feels like a reason to leave zero stars. Is this an across-franchise-change???? Shocked, horrified, dismayed, etc.

I love Schlotskys!! This was so bad. The bun was stale. The ladies restroom closed, except to wash hands, the store looked so unkept. I wondered why only 2 other people were there at lunchtime, now I know. Avoid this location.

Horrible treatment by the manager, gm! He refused to remake my order made wrong and refused to refund my order! He argued with me through the drive through and didn't care to make the order right! He touched the sandwich and wanted to give it back to me! He never smiles nor says thank you! I don't recommend this location.

Do not eat at this location unless you just want to eat bread and lettuce. I come to this location about once a week as it is close to my job and i have never had any problems. I go in today for the original which is what i always get and there was one small piece of ham on the sandwich and one small piece of salami. I paid $12 for bread and vegtables. Never again will i give them my business. I called to let the manager know and he basically said i was lying. WOW great customer service Ryan!!!!!
