Schlotzsky's

We are very disappointed in the quality of the sandwiches. For $20.96 there should be plenty of meat and quality produce! We should have gotten chips, no chips were in the bag. Grand scheme of things chips aren't an issue compared to not receiving a good sandwich. Look at the picture they've posted for this sandwich and what we received.

I very excited to see a Schlotzky's open in the neighborhood! My first visit (7/25/18) was pretty disappointing. I ordered French Onion Soup and Broccoli Cheese Soup to go. When I arrived home, I pulled out the soups and noticed the onion soup was not very warm. No big deal, I popped it in the microwave. When I got to the broccoli cheese soup it was freezing. I could feel how cold it was through the packaging. It must have just came out of the cooler? Unacceptable.

Im pretty surprised with the lower reviews, maybe they had some young kids working here at the time that just didn't care or something because I came here for the first time in years and it was great! My sandwiches were fresh and delicious. The lady at the drive through window was very pleasant. I've been back 3 times now and I hadn't eaten Schlotzsky's in over a decade maybe even 2 decades. Anyways, I was thoroughly impressed.

Such kind personnel here. We always enjoy coming in with our kids for a quick lunch. The staff is always helpful and never seemed to be bothered when asking for assistance.

NOT A FOOD REVIEW. I love the food here don't get me wrong. This is strictly a review on this location. This is the 3rd time in 6mo I've came here in the last 30 min of them supposed to be open (it's fast food give me a break) and they have been closed 15 min early. One time it was like 23 min before closing!! I get restaurants closing before 10 or 12 due to a small crowd. However fast food advertising for being open until a certain hour just doesn't fit right. It's not gourmet so a legit food review is almost comical but this is my fav "fast food". However don't say you're open until 9 if it's actually "at our own will". That's my only complaint. The food and employees here are always top notch in regards to the amazing sandwich family :).

I am a new lover of Schlotzsky's, I think I've only been here twice, maybe three times. Their sandwiches are delicious, nice & hardy. Completely stuffed & yummy. They have a nice verity of meats & their buns are always so fresh, toasty on the outside and spongie on the inside.

Great sandwiches and service, nice dine in. The calzones are fantastic. I always order the deluxe original medium sized combo.

When I called to place an order for pick up, I was not only passed on to another employee (who was screaming at the first one taking my order) but when the second employee got on the phone they were extremely rude. Especially when saying, "you know you can do this online right?" I get it, we are going through Covid and I'm sure they are taking on a lot of calls. So, I drove there to place my order in person.. there was no one there and I was the only person in the drive thru. Word of advice, be kind to the people who call in. Some of us haven't spoken to people in a while during this pandemic or prefer to call in and develop a relationship with the people in our community. Food was good, service was rude.

Absolute worst. Never fails when I order from here it is always wrong. Ordered a medium sandwich, chips and drink. All I received was a sandwich and it still wasn't modified as requested. Not sure how hard it is to read a receipt which clearly shows what I ordered. They need to hire better staff who can read.

We were excited for a new location, but disappointed to say the Least. We had coupons from that came in the mail and the manger wasn't too happy about taking them. I ordered a small sandwich and it literally had one small slice of pastrami on it. It didn't even cover the bread. I expect a little more meat for $5.99. I emailed and told them, the owner answered saying I needed to order the medium size for more meat for $6.99 ....sorry we won't be back. The shift manager wasn't nice either. There were 3 of us.
