Sbarro

I would avoid this place. The sauce they use for spaghetti is also the the pizza sauce and it's horrible. They use fake cheese as by the time I got to my table the cheese already turned in to one big piece of rubber. The pizza is also incredibly greasy. This is NOT New York pizza and far from it.

Ridiculous employees have a bad attitude especially the older lady that works the register. Pizza was disgusting too soggy the cheese wasn't even melted all the way. When my husband went to show them they didn't seem to care one girl didn't say a word and walked away.

Don't bother unless you want to have a mediocre pizza and bad service then this is definitely the location to go to. Otherwise go to Reginelli's across the street much better and you get treated well. Lastly, I don't know who the tall gangly guy behind the counter is working the register but he has no business being there. He has no people skills and a clue I. How to treat people. He copped an attitude with multiple guests. I guess that's why he's working at the mall at 50 years old...There's a California pizza kitchen also in the mall much better food.

Asked for 2 slices of pepperoni and jalapeño, one of the slices he picked only had 3 or 4 pieces of jalapeño on it so I requested a different slice and the guy grinned and asked the next customer what she wanted.

Sbarr me the lecture on whether this is a national chain or not... it's decent.This location of Sbarro is in the food court of the Memorial City Mall. There's not too much great food in here so it's not bad.Their pizza slices are pretty average but by Texas standards again not bad. Sbarro was the first meal I ever ate in North America and I still don't think it's too bad, but I liked it a lot more when I first had it.

something about their food just lacks that doesn't justify the price tag.this location charged me the normal price only to Hardly or almost nonexistentThe guy behind the counter is rude and kept pushing for us to make a selection since the menu had changed over time

Owner refuses to make a whole pie for our family to purchase, 45 minutes before they are due to close. All the food looked dried up and I was willing to purchase an entire pizza, yet he still said no. This owner or manager really needs recap on customer service. He had plenty of time and they weren't even cleaning up yet. SMH.. what a shame.. they lost my business for good, as well as anyone else that asks me about this location.

This place is terrible. Waited for my pizza for over 20 minutes. When I picked up a slice everything slide right off.

I came here on 12/21 and tried to get my pizza delivered because I work in the mall and I never received. The Manager Steve was rude and the worker that tried to deliver my food was rude as well and wouldn't tell me his name ( I don't know why he was so scared ) I didn't get a apology for them not delivering my pizza or anything and by the time I got there it was well over 2 hrs that I was waiting. My experience is to long to write the customer service skills are so terrible neither one of them should have a position within the company. If I could leave no stars I would TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
