I had a blast here when I came with a group of friends a few weeks ago. The vibes are just 10/10. Great music, good drinks (a bit overpriced priced but it's in the Faena so what do you expect), and it has truly mastered the whole speakeasy vibe.Great for a girls night, or even a date night -- the spot is super intimate and cozy. I'd come back here 100%.

I went here for drinks with the girls and it has a grown and sexy vibe. Ladies you this is the spot to go when you want to dress up cute and have a few drinks. Dim lights, delicious cocktails and nice vibes from the DJ. I went on a Friday night and it is definitely has chill vibes written all over it. As the night went on it got a busier and I had a nice view from the bar. The service was great and our bar tender was attentive and friendly. I would recommend checking out if you are in the area.

Tthe service is great, drinks are amazing and the Dj mixes some amazing stuff. Drinks are expensive but it's a great way to keep the place a bit more classy.

"Fancy" speakeasy bar inside of Faena hotel. I was told you would be denied entry if you weren't dressed super nice, and wearing heels. However, once inside, dress code seemed to be a wide variety. I went about 11 pm and it was dead; vibes were off and it wasn't a "fun" environment. Overpriced and undelivered, I would not return.

Doormen and bar staff were extremely rude. All the reviews you see about discrimination and creating an environment of faux exclusivity I have no doubt are true based on our experience. Not accommodating, not friendly, not welcoming. Will not be spending money here ever again.

Saxony is a great little cocktail bar attached to the Faena Hotel, offering originals, classics as well as bottle service, in a smart casual laid back setting. We visited in mid-December, on a Saturday, at least a year after it opened and had a wonderful experience. Opens late at 11pm on Thursdays and 12am on Friday & Saturdays, it was explained to me that a lot of patrons from the Living Room (inside of the Faena) looking for a more late night vibe spill over. Saxony has it's own entrance on the NE corner of 32nd & Collins, with a stone exterior and it's name on a small neon sign.Doormen had great attitudes, our table server was accommodating and flirtatious, and the bartenders know how to make a decent cocktail. The DJ started out spinning electronic versions of funk-disco (Isaac Hayes, Barry White) and morphed into 80's/Synthwave (Kavinsky-esque) by the time we left. For table service you just need to order any bottle, so champagne + strawberries makes it a pretty affordable barrier to entry. The space itself isn't large, which helps the energy level even at half capacity, and while the music is on the louder side, the volume level still allows you to have close quarters conversation with ease. Felt right at home, no pretentiousness. The bar also has plenty of bathroom options (the bar + the Faena Theater bathrooms are available, the latter being much nicer). Out of all the bars/clubs we visited this was my personal favorite - a hidden gem.

Why the bad reviews? Love this spot. Excellent DJ, nice lounge experience, no Miami attitude.

Too dark, music too loud, drinks too expensive, small space. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone...

We were a party of 3, and they wanted 200 per person when the bar was empty. Extremely rude.GA head.

Its disappointing that we still living and experiencing descrimination until this day and Faena ( Saxony Bar is not a exception. I when there with my friends knowing that I already had a table inside with couple friends waiting, once we got there was told that we can't get in due to over capacity, the funny thing was while we was trying to get in 11 people walk inside when I questioned Andrea the supposed hostess at the door she come out with a new excuse " saying we cant getting because my friend was wearing high White classic jeans... I laughed Literally, look at all the " White" lady's inside with blue jeans, jacket and casual clothes.. they choose who they want to let in.. horrible place Miami needs to stand up and fight this kind of discrimination, and the Ride girl " Andrea " is very unprofessional. Bad business
