Savvas Greek Cuisine & Grill

I was so hangry and had to pop in the closest restaurant and here I am. Never been here before and didn't know it was a Greek restaurant until I walked in. I didn't want anything that took so long to be prepared. Did I say I was very hungry? Well, I ordered a Greek sandwich. How long could it take? 4.35 secs to be exact. I wolf the darn thing in 3.25 secs. Was it good or not I can't say cause I was so hungry. Maybe next time I can eat slowly to discern flavors and all that stuff that snotty foodies do. Suffice today I was satiated and good enough. The lady at the cash register was nice and took my money promptly with a smile.

Love this place and the friendliness of the owner! Everything is delicious high quality food.

Ordered their regular gyro and jumbosize gyro, and wow at first glance, I knowwhat a good gyro or Greek place is andshould be. I mean this is faaaar frombeing Greek good Imaoo truly in disgustthe audacity to call this garbage "Greekcuisine" it tastes like nothing, has noseasoning. The only thing I could smellwas the onion everything else, was justslapped on there with zero flavor orseasoning. Took one bite and threw itdirectly to the garbage! I wouldn't evengive it to a animal on the street that'show bad this was. I really wanted to likeit based on " the restaurant name" butboy was this a HUGE disappointment.Please save yourself the experience andgo elsewhere unless you want amicrowaved meal that tastes like a bigwaste of money. Just do yourself a favorand rebrand your name don't disgracethe Greek colture with this trash. I wish Icould give this shit zero stars.

Favorite Greek food in this area. We always get the gyros and hummus. The owner is always there and very friendly.

Great food overall. Love the fries, best. The food does not lack in flavor or quality. I am not a big review person, for this place I am investing my time to let you know that you will not be disappointed. The soup, again the fries, the dip (all of them), the pita, the meat, the dessert are all yum!

Best Greek food in the Kingwood area, hands down.Family run business. They ate always welcoming and fast service. Won't go go anywhere else for a gyro!

Such great value! I came back to try Lisa's chicken and it felt so healthy like clean farm to table eating it was herby and lemony balanced well the chicken was cooked right and still moist - see my gyro review on my last review. This time I dined in and took note of the Greek decor accents and photos of Greece on the wall. I actually appreciated the to go box it makes so much sense since the portion can feed two and be two meals I had to take half to go home anyways! It even came with a fresh side salad and homemade oil dressing - veggies very crisp and fresh. Lisa is always in a good mood and friendly to customers.

Get the Greek Dips for appetizers,the Feta ,Tarama,,and Tzatziki,I'm Greek and prefer this place over any Greek Restaurants

Been ordering delivery here for years, always arrives quickly, hot & delicious. Awesome gyros, sauce is perfect. Their dips are great too. Today we tried "Larry's gumbo" & that was wicked too! Thanks for all the great food!!!
