Saucy Nosh

Saucy Nosh, I was very skeptical. I have yet to be disappointed at the Houston Grub Park. So I decided to try the place. This is Texas brisket always goes good with mac and cheese. Now think of it, a egg roll with brisket with mac & cheese deliciousness. When I ordered online I was pleasantly surprised, there it was a "Piggy & A Pillow Combo" 2 fried ribs, an egg roll and fries. The ribs were perfect, and egg roll was on point. I had never eaten fried ribs before, they were so good. I will be going back. She even offers curbside service. I wish I could give this food truck more than 5 stars.

Tried the Saucy Nosh for the first time today at the Houston Grub Park. Holy cow....soooo good! I got the street beef taco eggroll, which was so yummy. I couldn't finish it, it was that big! And the fries that came with it are amazing! I don't know what you cook them in, but they're really flavorful. I also caved and got a dessert eggroll, the apple pecan pie. It kind of reminded me of those old school McDonalds fried apple pies on steroids :-) But without all that nasty goo in the middle that burnt your mouth...haha. Would definitely recommend!

Great concept but not executed well. I ordered the Strawberry shortcake and the Caribbean Chicken. The Caribbean chicken was absolutely too saucy and lacked a strong jerk/Caribbean flavor. When I bit into it sauce shot from the egg roll. The Strawberry shortcake had no texture. The inside of the egg roll was mush. I think this spot has potential, just needs to tweak a few things.

Thankful Saucy Nosh took the time to come to my apartment complex!! We tried the chimichurri fries and the brownie cheesecake roll - both were very delicious. The reason for the 4/5 stars - the chimichurri "fries" didn't actually have many fries, mostly chicken and the sauce (still so tasty), and the price of the fries ($15, a little much). Still so glad we gave them a try!

You're hungry, I already know it. Let me tell you about these egg rolls - I mean burritos - I mean, egg rolls the SIZE OF BURRITOS. This place literally has the sauce. This is the brisket Mac and cheese roll and y'all - I couldn't even finish it myself but it was SO GOOD. Your appetite will definitely be satisfied after a meal here! It's the cheese pull for me!

I tried them at the Houston Grub Park. I ordered the Buffalo chicken eggroll which comes with fries. It is kind of hard to mess up fries so no complaints with that. The egg roll is not your normal eggroll, its more like a mini burrito. Thats not all bad, you definitely get a good amount. The taste was just okay. The sauce wasn't spicy at all, the chicken was okay and i saw a few tomatoes added as well. Overall it wasn't bad, would i try it again probably not. Would i try something else, probably so. I don't want to write them off so i would say try it for yourself. It could be just my preference in taste.

I love their crawfish egg rolls. It been a while since I had them but when I go they never fail me. I also like the apple egg roll as well.
