Looking for an amazing cake place, look no further! I spoke to Julian who was HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and explained exactly what I wanted! The cake was more than exceptional and the taste was great! I ordered a last minute cake for a gender reveal and he had it ready in a great alotted time. I'm definitely going back here for my Cakes! If you go here ask for Julian! His cakes skills are amazing!!

Wanted a Thomas the Train birthday cake and showed them a picture of the current up to date character rendition but they used the old Thomas the Train instead. When I commissioned them to do the work I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted and asked if they needed a copy and they said no. The work is sloppy and it didn't have clean lines for a $65 8 inch cake. I probably won't be coming back for character cakes from them. The upside is the cake tasted good.

We got a twenty five year anniversary cake for my parents here. The cake turned out amazing and also tasted great too. The only thing is that we asked them to put chocolate frosting in the middle layer of the cake and they did not do that. My mother loved the cake , as it was based off of my parents wedding cake.

For an affordable decent tasting but superb custom designed cake...definitely go to this place. The owner and staff will try to work with you.I only came here once last year for my son's birthday cake since I was on a time crunch, and I was very grateful that in a short time frame they were able to custom make me a cake.The owner, Kristen I think offered her cupcakes to me free to sample. Honestly the cupcakes weren't too tasty, the orange dreamsicle was probably the best at the time.But the cake, Yoda minion cake was cute and the Neapolitan flavor was a lot better than the cupcake!The best thing here: they're custom designs. They also did a custom cake for Texas Wildlife Rehab Coalition Auction night last year that my husband and I attended and it was beautiful and not too sweet.

Although I did not visit this shop; a good variety of cupcakes were brought to a family game night I had last night. The flavors were lemon, banana caramel, red velvet, strawberry and a single bakers choice not sure of the flavor but it was a white cake with sprinkle topping. So my friend said she paid about $2 for each one... Which would be nothing less than expected for their small size, not to mention an order of twelve or a bakers dozen should have some kind of support packaging and not placed in a flimsy cake box. I went for the banana caramel and my first impression was oh my goodness why is the frosting so stiff... Well needless to say it like the old school icing which totally sucks it was extremely sweet, the cake itself was not crumbly but definitely dry and faint in flavor; the next flavor I tried was the strawberry and sadly it was the same situation artificial flavor. Only a few people tried them but no one finished what they tried. The red velvet had a nice deep color in cake but the cream cheese frosting was anything but appetizing to look at; it was a yellowish almost opeque color not white and creamy at all. I've only been in Texas for six months so I'm definitely gonna find that spot! I would say for the convenience of not having to go into the city and budget concerns this business may be one to consider.

I called on Monday, but they were closed. I forgot all about ordering until Friday. Believe it or not they accommodated me.I ordered a plain vanilla cake with white icing and monster eyes all over for my son's Halloween themed birthday party. I received an orange and black trick or treat cake. I ordered cupcakes with the same decorations and got a variety of flavors with orange icing and white ghosts. The taste was very good so I could overlook the fact that the cake did not look as I described. The cupcakes were stale but the vanilla cake was outstanding with the buttercream icing. The price was fair to moderate. Didn't break the bank, but it was very simple for the price.I did not like the fact that the cake board extended beyond the cake. It took away from the presentation. The cupcakes needed to be placed in the proper box, they were smushed together in a plain cake box. Since they are close to my home I will definitely consider them for my occasions.

I don't even know where to start.... I was planning a birthday party for my twin girls and couldn't find a cake to match the theme. Looked online and finally found something both girls could agree on and OMG... Sassy Cakes was able to duplicate it!!! This was my first time purchasing a cake from them, we also ordered cupcakes and cookies, which were scream face cookies to match the theme of scary movies. The cake and cookies were the talk of the school. EVERYONE loved the cake which was red velvet, rich and moist. Needless to say there were no leftovers. The owner made it all happen in a short time frame, friendly lady. The baker who did the design even came out to bring my cake. They were wonderful! Great team, we will definitely be coming back!

We love this place. We have been customers for a long time and would like to personally thank Sassy Cakes for helping to make my daughters fundraiser a success. Business like this show other businesses how to interact with their customers and what customer service is about. If you want very good cupcakes that you will enjoy and to support small business come to Sassy Cakes.

I normally don't leave reviews but I must say sassy cakes over exceeded my expectations. My cake was absolutely breathtaking , and the customer service was amazing Terri made sure that I was completely satisfied and happy with my cake before I walked out the door , not to mention how delicious it was . Thanks so much !!!!!!!!!! I now have a bakery :)
