Santucci's Original Square Pizza

Great Sauce wonderful crust. Outstanding combination of sauce and crudt crust makes for a wonderful pizza pie.

My friend and I walked in the other afternoon after the place we originally wanted to try was closed. When we got there the place was completely empty and that should have been our first red flag.We ordered a large margarita pie and some fries. The fries came out first and were insanely oily. I ate some since I was super hungry as we waited for the pizza. When our server brought us the pizza I looked at it and knew it wasn't going to be worth the $26. There was almost no cheese or basil. It was covered in a mostly flavorless sauce, so I ended up loading my slice with all the spices they had on the table.I was disappointed to say the least. We ended up spending right under $50 and it was definitely not worth it. I even ended up not feeling too great after from all the oil on the fries.

First time trying this place after my daughter recommended it. She knows I am pretty picky about pizza and she has a similar sense of quality food. I ordered two medium pizzas and the garlic Parmesan fries. Well shit the front door, those fries rocked it. If only they would have vented the container! I will have to get them in the restaurant because they were so good. The meat lovers pizza had some truly amazing sauce on it. Nice seasoning without any sweetness. My kind of sauce. The square slices were packed with flavor. The margarita pizza was a little different than what you see more traditionally. It was good but for me it didn't compare. Looking forward to trying some more dishes!

So I have never actually eaten at Santucci's restaurant, but their takeout is pretty good. They have their own website and you can make modifications to your preference, which is AMAZING! Food was ready on time. Unlike a deep dish pizza, the signature pizza is not too heavy on the sauce or the cheese. It's a great balance and with the ability to add your choice of toppings, you get an almost perfect pizza. Almost because it is on the pricier side. But an easier fix to that is mushroom flatbread which was bigger than the regular size signature style pizza. The baked ziti on the other hand is hearty and the portion size makes it so easy to share! Also they always send coupons for next time. Great pies at great price !

First time here. My husband and I ordered a Cesar salad, tomato soup and cheese pizza. Everything was delicious! The staff is sweet, the service was great. I highly recommend you try it! It's a little different, they have the cheese under the sauce. It's very tasty.

So my biggest advice is to not eat this super hot! I let it cool down a bit and it tasted a lot better. I liked it, I guess my taste in pizza is a little less saucy and a little more cheesy. The garnish was a bit over powering for me. I know this is one of the best pizza spots though so definitely worth a try!

Gotta up my rating here based on the sandwiches themselves. Since Tavern on Ridge closed needed a new go to. This place fits the bill. $11.88 for a sandwich with fries. Pretty good price point when some place here charge more than that and don't include the fries. Gave napkins and ketchup too. Great presentation . Delicious Buffalo chicken cheesesteak! Chunk chicken meat well seasoned. Fries were medium thickness sprinkled with sea salt...tasty.

It was hard to figure out whether to give them a 3 or 4. We tried the pizza, hot Buffalo wings, and the fried peppers. All of them were a decent portion and the wings were a great size. The peppers also came with a side of very soft, parmesan dusted Italian bread. While the portions were good and they were not stingy on the toppings, everything just lacked much depth in flavor. The pizza was similar to a pan crust from pizza hut, the toppings were plain, sauce was plain, and the cheese being underneath didn't have that nice gooey "pull". The peppers and wings were more hot than anything else. So, for the quality, I could have ordered a cheaper pizza elsewhere. I'd probably try the wings again in another flavor though (definitely larger than most)

The pizzas we've ordered have great flavor. Dinged one star for two reasons: 1) the crust is unreliable. Sometimes it's perfect and other times way too soggy. 2) twice they have ignored my customization of the veggie pizza asking them to not include spinich, which my husband isn't supposed to eat.

Food is awesome, but DO NOT EVER SELECT THE DELIVERY OPTION!!!!! We have been waiting for over 1 1/2 hours for our food, and when I called they said "on the way". More time expired and I called back requesting my food and a full refund, when she told me there was no manager on site and the manager would "call me". A lengthy conversation ensued when I said my husband would be picking up the food and we do not want to be charged...no response!!! What a shit show!! They should not offer delivery!PS-not the first time we have ordered delivery from them and it has taken FOREVER!!! ( only the second time-we gave them another chance-epic fail) KNOW YOUR LANE-DON'T OFFER DELIVERY!!! You suck at it!!!!!
