At first I really did not enjoy the bowls here. Still not one of the better items to try. BUT, the chicken boneless biryani I have to stop myself from getting this every day because it's actually delicious. It's the right amount of spicy, and they nailed the flavor of the chicken. They also always have it ready super quick. I'm excited to try the flatbreads next time! Overall definitely recommend the biryani!!!

First timer : wanted to give a 3.5 but gave 4 ! To start with , fantastic location. Pretty close to GTech and right next to few other shops .... They have very few seats indoor and few outdoors. Was very cold today and had to sit indoor.. only 4 families can sit in. Hope they can put more tables / chairs indoors ... Food was ok . For this location, getting Indian food was great but it was less Indian and more American food . Everything was sweet catering to locals . Veggie bowl was ok. We got 2 bowls and both tasted OK . The rice was a bit dry .. paneer was good . 10$ for a bowl wasn't bad . Price wise it was cheaper than other big Indian restaurants. Good for students to have a bowl, once in a while . Overall average food and fantastic for students !

We got lunch here before a museum visit. Parking can be challenging. There is a long, narrow lot behind the strip of shops where the restaurant is located. The spaces are tight and there is no way to turn around once you enter the lot - you either find a space or you back out. I guess you might be able to do street parking out front or perhaps in surrounding neighborhoods. They were not busy when we visited (before noon on a Saturday). I'd guess that they get busy during weekdays with student traffic and maybe in the evenings. They have around 10 tables. The set up is that you enter and get your food cafeteria style from a counter. There is a menu board above and you can get various options added to each dish. I'm not sure why they bother to distinguish between a regular bowl and a vegetarian bowl when you can add protein or vegetables to either one. As you proceed to the left, the guy behind the counter gives you further options and loads up your plate / bowl. They do have sides like samosas and naan. Bowls and utensils are all paper or plastic. Think 'fast food' rather than 'Indian restaurant' and you'll be more attuned to the vibe. The food was decent for the price.

Came during their grand opening week during lunchtime. Lots of other customers already, but they moved pretty efficiently to serve everyone in line. I like the variety of options on the menu. The chicken was cooked well and was quite tender. I just wish they gave a little bit more! The tikka masala sauce was tasty and seasoned well and the spice level was pretty mild. They ran out of their mango lassi, which I was disappointed about, but I'll definitely return to try some of their other menu items, like their chicken biryani. Overall a solid meal for the price point.

Went here during the opening week and the line was almost out the door. Despite this service was quick and I did not have to wait long to make my order. I got the curry bowl which comes on a bed of rice, contains a protein (I choose chicken tikka), and a curry (I got half tikka masala and half vindaloo). You can also get various veggies as toppings, cheese, and a variety of sauces such as the yogurt sauce I got. The flavor is good and the vindaloo has decent spice. I only wish there was a bit more meat in each portion. Price was good at around $10. Will be going back to try more

Food is very good, but the people there start yelling at you as soon as you walk in. What do you want, what do you want, what do you want? You build a salad bowl or rice & curry bowl or chicken/veggie plate by choosing all the ingredients BUT DON'T HESITATE! You have to select now immediately! I'm not an expert or scholar of Indian cuisine, and I know that it's complex and very region-dependant. But everything I had in my rice & curry bowl was very tasty. The place became busy around noontime, lots of young people from campus, and a group of about 15 people pushed the few tables and chairs together and kind of took over. Wasn't a problem, but customers who came in afterward had to stand or take their food to go. It's a new place and I hope they succeed, but maybe chill out a little bit.
