Where have you been all my lifeToto's? This place was delicious. I love pizza and this will be my new go to spot when I'm in the area. How did we find this place? using the power of yelp. We ended up ordering takeout to return to our hotel. Even the short drive, our pizza was hot. I love the ratio of meat, cheese and sauce. The pizza crust was from another world. I can't wait to return because it was that good.

Toto's was not as good as I remember. The salads was good but the pizza crust was doughy towards the center and the overall pizza lacked flavor.I have not been here since before COVID but this was not like it use to be.

My husband and I got an XL Pepperoni and mushroom pizza. It was good. There were a lot of mushrooms and the pizza crust has a nice crispy crunch when you bite down on it. As good as it was though, it just wasn't our favorite. I felt like the crust to topping and sauce ratio was too crust forward. The more I ate it, the more I mainly tasted bread which is my least favorite part. If you're a crust person though this place is for you! I get that pizza joints are super casual. We had to get our own waters, parmesan, red peppers, pizza stand and napkins. I get it and I don't mind. However when we slid into the booth I couldn't sit on the chairs as they were completely wet. I had to wipe it down for the next person. The cushioned seats were covered with crumbs and bits of crust. I assume maybe a kid ate here cause it was so messy. There were utensils on the ground under the table that I accidentally stepped on. The speaker was alright right next to our table so we both got a scare when they called out the numbers. If you do come here, just get it to go.

Review is based on price. Stopped in based on the rave review from Uber driver, claiming it's the best in town and we'll be blown away. It was lunch time so we were expecting a decent lunch menu. However, upon scanning it, we immediately noticed how EXPENSIVE all pizzas were. Featured pizzas start at about $30+...for a SMALL PIZZA? For that price, we'll head to Mountain Mike's lunch buffet. Not ok with spending $$$ on pizza, regardless of hype.

There are so many pizza places in the bay, and to be honest a lot of them are mediocre but Toto's has never let me down! I built my own pizza for $20, a small cheese with basil and sausage. While I was a bit skeptical about the price at first, the price is fairly reasonable compared to their more popular competitors. The only thing that would've made this pizza better is if they offered a stuffed crust option. I like a thicker crust on my pizza, brownie points if it's stuffed with cheese so that way you're not just chewing on dough. They also didn't add any crushed red pepper flakes or parmesan cheese packets which would've been nice to have but otherwise I enjoyed my pizza. It was very flavorful and they didn't skimp out on the toppings either. They also make a mean caesar salad that I like as well!

We got a large pepperoni pizza and it was great. They said it would be 15-20 minute wait and it was just that. We ordered to go and when it was put in the box you could see the steam come out of the box. The pizza came out to 32 bucks alone.

When I placed an order, the lady at the counter seemed slightly annoyed. My guess was we couldn't understand each other when I was placing my order. I asked for half cheese and half sausage, mushroom but instead I got something totally different. Note self, to double check the receipt.

Went for Daily Lunch SpecialFood - 5/5. Caesar salad had a creamy, rich dressing that had its umami amplified by the Parmesan cheese. Romaine was fresh with a crisp bite and the croutons added a nice crunch. There were generous amount of garlic layered beneath the cheese in the garlic bread, making it easy to get a bit of everything in each bite. Bread had a good chew and flavor, but it required an acidic sauce. The meat sauce on the pasta had a good balance of sweet & tart tomato with the savory richness of meat. Spaghetti was not al dente, but still had a satisfying chew that soaked up the sauce well. Raviolis were fantastic, being packed with a meat filling that had a flavor and texture similar to a jiaozi dumpling. The soft bite on the fresh pasta paired well with the firmer beef. The pizza's rustic look of melted cheese, random placement of pepperoni, and bumpy crust gave that warm feeling you get from the local town pizzeria. Dough had a fantastic chew with an even thinness that layered well with the cheese, sauce, and toppings. Pepperoni added a salty kick to the rich flavor of pizza, while the tartness of the tomato sauce helped balance it out.Service - 4/5. Friendly and quick service. Ordering, picking up the food, and finding a seat is all self.Value - 5/5. They offer a daily lunch special with very generous pricing and portions. A mini pizza, coming in at 6 slices, was $12.50 with toppings for $2 each. A salad and soda combo for your pizza is just an additional $5.50. The garlic cheese bread was only $3 and the huge portion of pasta was $9. They really give the vibe of a local pizzeria that stood the test of time with their delicious food, generous portions, and reasonable pricing.Parking - Private Lot (Free)

I'm not sure how or when it happened, but I bookmarked Toto's some time ago. Recently when I was back in the area, friends and I were deciding on where to meet up. I searched on Yelp and found this, and glad I did. Toto's is a fast paced, no frills pizza place off El Camino. There's a little parking area in the back, but that gets filled fast. If you're lucky, you can find street parking close by. Once inside, it's a good idea to grab a table while others in your party place the orders at the counter. Drinks are placed at the left of where you place your orders and when the food is ready, they will call out your number. It gets very noisy in there so keep an ear out. Their sizes are try to its claim, meaning a large is actually quite large, and extra large can feed a family easily. We ordered 2 large. One is pepperoni, salami and sausage. It's a bit salty from all the cured meats but so very good. The other is pepperoni sausage and mushrooms, one of my favorite simple combinations. Both have a nice chewy crust and were generous with toppings. Toto's is a hotspot especially on the weekends, and understandably so. Pizza tastes great, servers come around to clear tables and it has a lively vibe. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.
