Can't believe I've never been here! Had to pick up son at train station and figured we'd find somewhere nearby for a quick drink and dinner. Saw old reviews w menu so went for it. Got there and menu was different but didn't disappoint. Super Burrito was big enough to share or take 1/2 home like my husband did. Menu had cheeseburger but I needed w/o cheese & w/o bun, took the kid at window a minute to figure that out. I didn't think about fries, they looked great but not on my plan right now, husband enjoyed a few. Food came quickly & delivered to table. Cool neighborhood vibe. Bartended was nice. Tight parking tho. Might catch a ride next time and walk to a Sharks game during the season!

Delicious food and great people there most of my family goes there all the time the owner is the best also

This is a cool neighborhood bar that contacts a separate vendor to run the kitchen. Prices are good, lots of TVs, and friendly bartenders. It is not far from SAP, so good place for a pre-event drink.

Friendly bartender. Good drinks. Would give 5 stars but they let a patron with a big dog inside that barked. Dog was big and not friendly. Made me want to leave. :(

Was invited by a friend to visit this place for the first time today. Very conveniently located near my home on Park Avenue. Patricia, the owner, came to our table to ask how the food was and introduced herself. I was loving the tacos I ordered, and told him so. I found out that I still have 2 months open, and I told her when I was invited here, I will invite friends here as soon as I get back. Best wishes to them in business and long may they be open. Great place to come for home cooked Mexican food.I had both the Bria tacos and the chilaquiles, which were five star excellence in every way!The vibe from the jukebox music was so good that we stayed for more beers, and I chased my tacos with chilaquiles, and they were even better than my first meal! So glad I found this place!Walk, don't run, and bring a good vibe! Very friendly crowd at front of house bar.Kid Friendly: This is more of a restaurant than a bar, then a restaurant with a bar. You'll know what I mean when you get there. So not the best place for kids, but definitely a friendly place for adults looking for a delicious place for lunch and an after-work meal or a fun dinner date.

I love going to Tony P's for Taco Tuesday! Excellent food and atmosphere near downtown San Jose!

Sadly not a chill place for a burger and a beer. I ventured in on a recent Wednesday night as I heard they have a new food menu. The menu looked solid, Burgers, Wings, Mozz sticks etc. A tall gentleman eventually made it over to me to ask what I wanted. I ordered a Stella and looked at the menu clearly interested in food. He seemed disinterested in taking a food order or perhaps I do it myself? I dunno because it quickly became apparent that this is a spot for neighborhood alcoholics and NOT a bar and grill as the sign implies. There was a group playing a dice game at the end of the bar and an older woman literally screaming through her wooden teeth every time someone got a ¡FOUR!! *cackle cackle*. Fella next to me wanted to order a round of Jameson shots for a group to my right and shouted over me with to do so then proceeded to chat with them as I was trapped in the middle. I tried to flag down the bartender to ask how the food went down but at that point I was completely over it. I drank my beer and rushed out of there. Three stars not two because maybe you're looking for a place to be loud and drink with your buddies and shoot pool. The place is clean and well lit. They should stop pretending it's a grill too. This is a straight up bar. Sadly, it just wasn't the vibe I was looking for after a long day of work. I don't need the toothless descendent of George Washington screaming at my dome with her cadre of ne'er-do-wells while slamming cups on the bar. I fancied a burger and maybe a chat. I headed to Trials and found the night I was looking for...

I came here on Saturday before an event and was blown away by how good the tacos were that were served here. A couple of the people that I was with got burritos and they were good size and look delicious.I can't really speak about the bar itself, but I am going to find my way back into this neighborhood for the food in the future
