The Placery - Hyatt Place

If you haven't been you should definitely give this place a try. Happy hour and really good food. The bar opens at 4:00. The bartenders Jalyace and Jana are awesome. Friendly, out going and make a mean drink. Outside area with a fire pit. A nice change from the crazy bar scene at times. Always end up chatting with friendly people at the bar.

Came in for a few drinks with no expectations but what an incredible surprise this was. The bartender Jalyce made the experience very special. Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and genuine demeanor made it evident that we would come back often.

I ate here while staying at the hotel in Emeryville. The menu is limited. Based on other reviews, I expected more of the burger. They are frozen patties. Nothing special. There are better restaurants walking distance from the hotel.

Wow, wow, wow! WTF! You don't expect a hotel to have the best burger in the whole Bay Area. Chef needs recognition! Thank you for using decent ingredients. I noticed! This is definitely the best burger I have had! Thank you, Jeremy.

Check in is easy here. Huge hotel. No pool. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and spacious. The included breakfast is worth it for what you can get at a hotel nowadays. Almost like a buffet and definitely better than continental breakfast. The food is always got with a lot of variety. Parking in the garage is well- lit and is $10 but park on the street right outside the entrance. Some restaurants are close by. Chevron gas station is right there.
