The Patio

This is a college bar and we took it over on a Wednesday night, which is Karaoke night. There are a few distinct areas of the place. The front area is where the singing went down and has a decent sized dance floor and one long bar, with place to sit. In the back is a more chill area, also with a bar and some high top tables, and outside is a big open area that is paved like a parking lot, but no bar. You can exit from the outside section as well.We got drinks at the main bar in the front and the one in the back. The line at the front one was definitely longer and the bartender was not good about going in order. The karaoke was awesome with all of their TVs with the lyrics also facing the audience. That made them get involved and help out the singer when needed. Our group had a great time there and were able to leave our backpacks unattended without anything getting stolen. YMMV.

The bar has good options but bartenders are least interested in making it serving cocktails. Was here few weeks back at 4:30 and 2 bartender gentlemen at bar were chatting not even looking at us for more than 15 mins. Not coming here for a drink again.

I've been coming to this bar for about 2 years now, and all I want after a long day of work on Sunday nights is to enjoy one of their delicious burgers ($15 + tax, and totally worth it!) and be served by Jasmine. Her service is always exceptional, and every time I leave, I can't help but tell her she's the best.Jasmine truly makes the experience special, and I always feel so welcome. Her outstanding customer service has turned me into a loyal customer. The entire team provides great service as well, making this a place you want to come back to every week.Thank you to Jasmine and everyone at The Patio for making this my favorite spot after work!

I stopped in here for a solo dinner without first consulting Yelp - oops! So I was concerned after I ordered, then checked their rating.Well, I needn't have been worried, this was perfectly fine. I asked for an El Almendro cocktail, letting the harried waitress know I was in no hurry at all. Football was on, so...The drink was pretty good. I've never had a bad drink with orgeat. I ordered cappelini with shrimp, and hoped for an Italian red. Alas, they only had none. I ordered a Merlot to go with dinner.They arrived together, perfect. Except, the wine was dreadful, like it had been opened for a few days. I told the waitress, and she graciously replaced it with a Daou Cabernet Sauvignon, which was fine. The food was decent enough, although I prefer pasta more al dente. Nothing special.For the price, this was all perfectly fine. Nice clean restaurant, bright and well lit, and did I mention football?

Visited this place on 8/31 on a Saturday afternoon. There was plenty of seating and we sat in the back on the patio (no pun intended.) Bartender was kind enough to turn the game on to accommodate our preference for where we were seated. I was surprised that it wasn't very busy but that could be because it's before school was back in session. Food was pretty good. Wings were definitely worth it and shareable for sure.

This place is interestingThe food is okay, nothing special, but it's not bad either. The crispy calamari($18) was flavorful but it was chewy, so either they overcooked it or it was old calamari. Their spicy sauce was good, it's really spicy (makes your nose run kind of spicy) so be careful! The tots were delicious, crispy and good. Their drinks are definable overpriced for the quality; the Chardonnay tasted a bit stale like it's been oxidized. Service was good- they check in on you and ask if you need anything. It's typically busy, and can get loud. Overall, it's a good spot for meeting with coworkers, if it's close to work

For reasons unknown, Mango Margarita & Smokey Mule were overcharged. We were so happy to get together that when the check arrived, we didn't question it in the end! I come here with coworkers because it's close to our office. This place is nothing special. I ordered the Spicy Mango Margarita ($14; $12 during Happy Hour) and it's served in a mason jar with a tajin rim. I would not recommend this cocktail as it was extremely sweet and tasted like mango juice with added sugar. Server was friendly and checked-in on our group often. Free 2 hour in the parking lot across the street.

0 Stars, would never recommend to anyone, especially women. My friend was denied entrance, being told her new, recently renewed ID was fake. Our group of 5 women are all 22-23 years old. I told them it was clearly a brand new ID and demanded a reason we were not being allowed in. He proceeded to argue with me and threatened to call the police to arrest her. She showed her passport and he then said he would allow the whole group in except me because he does not want "people like you here". We left and another security guard pushed past us telling us to move out if the way and followed us to out uber. As a black woman I will never be returning here again.
