Falastini food on the borders of Saratoga and Cupertino? Man, we lucky out here in South Bay.I've been wanting to try Tamra Grill for so long, especially since those in the South Bay know that this corner restaurant has just bad juju. So many restaurants have come and gone over the last few decades, I really hope Tamra Grill is here to stay. They're located in the same area as the real estate company and our favorite neighborhood classical-music-blasting Diamond gas station. There's outdoor seating and lots of indoor spots as well. Great for parties, date night, and those with dogs on their outdoor patio. The only wish I have for improvement is the longer than usual wait time for food. Yes, the food is fresh and made with local ingredients, which as we all know now is just how Palestinians do it. So the wait is worth it. But it's a lot to ask if you're hangry, just order yourself some chicken liver hummus and one bite of that delicious goodness with their pillowy-soft bread will soothe all your hanger. The eggplant musaka'a was so flavorful and just to die for with that creamy bechamel cheese right out of the oven. Their tagliatelle chicken meatballs was also our favorite. Al dente and flavorful was the theme for that night. Love that all Palestinian dishes are flavorful and seasoned with parsley or za'atar. Service is SO kind, and it really feels like a homey and family-owned spot, but with an elevated and hint of finer dining aesthetic.Every bite of Falastini cuisine just hits different knowing that their people, culture, cuisine are being attacked and a great antidote is to support all those in the diaspora with your coin. So glad Saratoga and Cupertino get to create a home for Tamra Grill. We need to jazz up the outdoor tarp seating with some olive trees and Jaffa oranges I think. Free Free Falasteen all the way.

Celebrated a special occasion tonight at this restaurant for the first time and we're already looking forward to our next visit. Inside, the bar area is so cute. We were seated by a window, but there's also a separate dining room and an outdoor seating area. I even noticed a dog bowl outside, so pets are welcome! We started with the sampler appetizer, and my favorite was the labne, though everything was delicious. Tonight's specials included a salmon carpaccio with arugula, which was delightful, and a halibut with risotto--the risotto was exceptional! We also tried the Mansaf, where the meat was tender and falling off the bone. The service was outstanding and friendly. To make our celebration even more memorable, they surprised us with a special drink and dessert on the house. This thoughtful gesture truly made our night special.Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place! We're so glad we chose to celebrate here.

I very much like this establishment for a variety of reasons. Although it's located in a strange little area next to the gas station, the vibe of this restaurant is of fine dining with refined decor and service. This was my second time at the restaurant, and each time, service had been friendly and the food has been flavorful and well-made.The first time, I had the moussaka, and I've gotta say that was super flavor packed. It was rich, heavy, balanced, and unique. The second time, I had the chicken skewer, which felt very different as a meal. The roasted vegetables were juicy, the chicken was well-seasoned, and although the plate seemed small, it was decently filling. This restaurant does light and heavy options for food well. The prices here are a little on the high side, and though I would come again, I'd say that the price point is a bit too high for the food. Nevertheless, it's very clear that the food is made with care and plated well.

Tamra Mediterranean Grill in Saratoga is a culinary gem! It is a small family based restaurant vibe and their service is friendly. However, be ready to wait for the food after you order as they make everything fresh and we tried multiple dishes there and enjoyed all of them. Note that the prices for some food items seemed to be slightly higher and salad portions are smaller compared to other similar restaurants. Now let's talk about the delicious food. The beet salad was a symphony of flavors, with roasted red beets, arugula, and goat cheese. The chicken liver wrap was a savory delight, with sautéed liver and caramelized onions. The Tamra burger, a unique blend of beef and lamb, was cooked to perfection. The tagliatelle pasta with chicken meatballs was a hearty and satisfying dish. But the real showstopper was the kannefeh, a Palestinian dessert with shredded phyllo dough, creamy Nabulsi cheese, and rosewater syrup. We also enjoyed their latte that was sweetened by honey lavender syrup. Overall, A truly memorable dining experience!

Came here with my family for their lentil salad but ended up trying many dishes. The frittata was hot and came with potatoes, but texture was a little too thin. The other dishes had small portions, but were still filling. Everything was prepared artistically and in accordance to the vibe of the restaurant. Had a nice time, will probably come back again.

Friday night dinner was beautiful. The spot is small and cozy. Foods were delicious. I got Mansaf (Lamb Shank) with Palestinian rice instead of feerak (green barley grains). Moussaka is good. Tomatoes sauce (can chopped tomatoes) a little sour and not fully hot so it tasted little raw. They have sister restaurant in Los Gatos (Dar Restaurant). Definitely will go try there.

Yum. Got the classic hummus appetizer which came with 2 large fluffy pita, and got the kofta with extra side of beef. Both were delicious. The hummus is creamy, and the portion is large and can definitely be shared. The four of us didn't finish it. The meat is really tender and flavorful. The kufta came with a small portion of rice that seemed undercooked (it was hard), but other than that, everything was good.

Closed on Mondays! But otherwise, such a cozy place for some zesty cuisine... great mix of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors. And the staff was super attentive and amiable.

The food was amazing! It really had the Mediterranean theme. The dessert was the best part!It wasn't any type of super rich dessert that was way too sweet. The service was also great. Our waiter made it a great and enjoyable experience. The decorations also made this place very good to eat in. The restroom was also kept clean along with the rest of the building. Weather was nice, so we ate outside. Definitely would recommend eating outside. I would definitely come here again!
