Great location, same plaza with R&B boba shop. The dessert is quite authentic, I ordered the che khuc Bach (panna cotta and lychee), it was delicious but the panna cotta was savory? Is it supposed to be sweet? Will come back to check out other things on the menu

I'm not sure why this place has such bad reviews but I guess competition in this area is pretty steep. Sweet Box is not bad but it's also not a standout, which is tough when you can get the majority of their offerings at other more popular shops in the same plaza. I came in because I was thinking of getting R&B or A-sha Corner (which you order on the same kiosk), but I decided to give this place a try instead. Their banh trang tron (rice paper salad) caught my attention and a Vietnamese iced coffee also sounded good. My order came out pretty quickly as it was a weekday afternoon and there weren't many customers. The coffee was basic but good. It had the right amount of sweetness from the condensed milk, but my only complaint is that it was mostly ice and not enough coffee. The rice paper salad was yummy. I got it spicy and it was a good level of spice for me - watch out because the spice builds! I wish they included more green mango for more freshness but otherwise the flavor was very good.Their che looked good - maybe something to try in the future, if we manage to stray away from our go-to spots for that.

Meh, I've tried this place twice and both items I've gotten aren't anything special. Their sweet corn drink is unique, but I don't see myself getting this often. Maybe I'm not ordering the right thing. I tried the Aloha fruit tea today with 50% sweetness...it was still so overall sweet I couldn't drink it. So heads up if you're sensitive to sweetness levels.

I have only tried the drinks at Sweet Box and so far, every drink I have tried is simple but good. I have tried their sugar cane drink, the three color drink with pandan jelly, coconut milk and red tapioca, tofu dessert drink and mango slush. All drinks were good and not overly sweet. You can order at the cashier or at any of the touch screen kiosks available around the shop. The one near R&B Tea always has a line so head to the other end and there are 2 other touch screens in which you can order from any of the 3 shops inside. Sweet Box shares the space with 2 other shops and the inside is very lively and fun. Makes you feel like you're in a Vietnamese cafe. There's not really any interaction with the staff if you order at the touch screen. Once your order is ready, you just pick it up. But yeah, if you're looking for something to drink with a chill, fun vibe with lots of seating, Sweet Box is there in Vietnam Town.

Negative 100 stars. Terrible service. The drink tasted terrible and I asked if it was supposed to be like that or a f they could remake it. They flat out said no. Don't come here.

This is in A-Sha Corner building with a few other shops. The entire place is welcoming and cute for pics. You order at a kiosk and pick up at the counter when they call your number.I got the Che Banh Lot Hat Luu Nuoc Cot Dua. 4/5. It isn't too sweet, which I like. There isn't an option to adjust the sweetness level, only ice level. Not sure if it's an option for other drinks. I'd come back to try other drinks.

7/9/23 - My friend and I came here to catch up, but it was soooooooooo loud that we could not hear each other. We ended up sitting outside to chat, but still the music was blasting and I wish I knew beforehand. I was getting a headache from it. We initially wanted R&B since it was open late, but decided on nước mía instead. It was actually very good! They have variety of flavors of nước mía too! Anyway it was cool you could order from multiple restaurants on the kiosk at the same time. I'd say definitely don't come here if you hate loud spaces. It's very distracting and hard to talk to the people you are with. Other than that, food and drinks were good so highly recommended that.Good for late night food and snacks. Lots of people come to hang here late at night, but not good if you want good ambiance for chatting since you won't be able to hear yourself. Cute space inside and great for getting a little savory or sweet snack!

My partner and I came here on a Saturday afternoon right before the lunch rush and order through Uber Eats. The journey of us finding Sweet Box consisted of us crossing multiple plazas and weaving through the different crevasse of Little Saigon. sweet Box shares a super cute space with R&B Team and a noodle shop. The inside of the shop is so freakin cute and they play great Vpop as well. As for the drinks, let's just say Sweet Box really lives up to its name. Both drinks were overly sweet and left kind of a film over my tongue. The sweetness from the sugarcane drink is a given because, hello it's sugarcane. As for the Icy Mango Tofu - the consistency was thick and super sweet as well. If I was to come back, I think I would get the Sugarcane with Coconut water because I think it's be more refreshing.

This place is mediocre and premakes their drinks. Their mango sago is so disappointing and is clearly frozen sago. They all stuck together at the bottom and the coconut milk was so sickly sweet. Everything tasted like icy mango syrup and even if there were real mango chunks, they all felt frozen as well. All the other drinks I've tried here were also mediocre and not good. Overall if you're a drink place and you advertise drinks with jellies, you MUST use fresh jellies. Frozen jellies and sago are not acceptable and completely ruin the texture.
