02.29.2025 - First review of 2025 - and of course, it has to be about my favorite dessert - ice cream! Or in this case, soft serve. Super cute place located in a Vietnamese Village Plaza. I loved the bright colors of their decor and the choice of seatings too. Never do we venture out this way for anything, but on Friday evening, we did. And boy oh boy, glad we did. Surfing Yelp for a good dessert spot, what caught my eyes were the words "Organic Milk Bar." Organic? Yes please! Soft serve? Most definitely please! Such fun flavors to choose from. Not just the soft serves itself, but the types of waffle cones too. I went for the classic vanilla soft serve with their most popular something black "vanilla cone." I completely blanked out when the person was telling me the name of it because I was so intrigued by how black the cone was (lol). Hubs got their Ube soft serve on cinnamon brown sugar cone(?). The soft serve tasted so fresh, clean and we could tell they use good quality ingredients. A lot of times, the creamy cold sweetness of soft serves would make my throat scratchy, but SOMB didn't give me those uncomfortable sensations. The cones were crunchy and had the perfect amount of sweetness.Another surprising observation: Hubs, being lactose intolerant, we became worried that he couldn't hold it in and we may need to rice-rocket back home, but that wasn't the case. His system was able to hold it down with no problem what-so-ever. SOMB is a must try creamery! What's a plus is that there are so many eateries within the plaza, with a variety of coffee/tea shops and restaurants. So people like us who live an hour away, we can easily make it a date day. Food, dessert and coffee, all in one place. I can't wait to come back with my hubs and also bring my friends here to try. SOMB is BOMB!

Deliciously creamy and smooth with no air pockets. Not too fast melting. Great vanilla-y custard flavor (not too sweet) without the intense funk. My friend who hates durian couldn't smell it. Boyfriend and I were looking for a sweet treat after lunch on Valentine's, and saw this spot just opened up in the Little Saigon area. The true milk soft serve we got was so creamy and just the right sweetness (that is, "not too sweet" for the Asian palette). It was also a pretty big serving for such a reasonable price, great to share for two. There was a good list of flavors to choose from, with interesting flavors like durian and pink guava. The owner was very welcoming to us newcomers, checking that we were satisfied with our visit.Definitely planning to come back and try those other flavors!

The soft serve was tasty! The different colored cones are actually flavored as described and they have a good texture Ute/crunch. Again, the color cones are really, really cute. I think the option to have sugibee fruit honey as a premium topping is interesting too! I'm looking forward to going back and trying the other interesting ice cream flavors too!

Owners are so sweet! We came during the soft opening and the place is already so cute and welcoming. We got the vanilla with matcha cone and imo this place may be better than somi somi... . The ice cream is the perfect consistency and the perfect sweetness where it's sweet but not too sweet. They also have a lot of different flavored & colored cones which is really cute and new. Supa supa yummy would 100% recommend

The matcha flavor was strong in the ice cream and the texture was nice. The chocolate was good but I would stick to the matcha.

Came here after a birthday lunch for my grandma along with a dozen of her friends. The workers were very kind and helped us sit altogether. The soft serve was delicious, texture was very smooth and velvety and the flavors were so fresh and perfectly sweet. You can taste the quality for sure, would highly recommend!

Clean and cute place with delicious ice cream and snacks. We tried the durian ice cream with teddy bear waffles. Very high quality and so yummy. Will definitely come back for more. Also friendly owner and staff.
