San Jose Pizza Express

Extremely disappointed with our order from Door Dash.Someone decided that it was ok to drop a blue cheese package on top of my pizza. I'm sorry, but this is a huge hygiene red flag. I was not able to try the pizza due to this issue, which is is very disappointing.

Love this pizza place!! It's my favorite local place to get pizza. They have really good daily deals too. It is small and it's a to-go place, so no where to sit and eat which I don't mind at all. They do have some chairs to sit on while waiting for your order. The staff is always sooo nice and welcoming! The service is also very fast which is another bonus. 10/10

Just reviewing again to emphasize how awesome this pizza is. The tomato sauce is another level. Must be homemade... you can tell it tastes like it was made with fresh ingredients and spices. Super fast delivery. I have no idea why people go to chain places like round table when places like this exist!

Ordered via Yelp, the chicken wings were a bit salty, the Caesar salad was more of a garden salad with Caesar dressing, the star though was the pizza, everyone enjoyed it. I ordered the thin crust, next time will order their regular crust and see how that is.

Really enjoy this place the couple times I've ordered. The staff is always exceptionally friendly.The pizza is delicious with thick fluffy crust. It is also very reasonably priced compared to other places that charge nearly $40 for a medium pizza.Last time I went in I got 2 caesar salads, 10 piece buffalo wings, a large pizza, and a personal pizza. Total was $67 and fed 6 people. One thing to note is that it's only for take out. There is no inside seating. Highly recommend this spot.

Updating my review to add another star. After posting this review, they reached out to apologize and offered to make it right. Things happen. I really appreciate the time and effort they took and will give them another chance. ----This place used to be my favorite when I first moved to SJ. I was so excited to order my favorite pizza via DoorDash. That was great. The dasher was on it and got here really fast, but the pizza was pretty lukewarm. It was light on cheese both in quantity and flavor, which used to be the reason I loved them so much. They put sausage on my pizza instead of ground beef, which I don't like. The toppings were plentiful and the pepperoni was good. I did not like the sauce. It tasted like it came from a can. The boneless wings were just warmed up chicken nuggets tossed in sauce. Definitely disappointed. Dominos has better pizza, tbh, for less money. Maybe they were having an off day, but the pizza tastes nothing like it used to.

Wish that I could do 4.5 since a 4 or 5 alone doesn't fully share my experience. Between the two though, going with 5 since:- Food was for the most part pretty good, can't say it was the best pizza and wings ever, but it was tasty and the best part is, that Pizza Express allowed me to enjoy things that I normally couldn't have (anything with pork). Since produce were turkey, beef, or chicken, I could safely enjoy a meat lovers pizza and anything else they has on the menu.- Staff was always friendly and welcoming - if I was ordering food here, I would pick it up instead of having it delivered jut because the people here were pleasant to interact with. :)- Restaurant inside is good and clean, the mood is pretty chill, casual with some art on the walls. Eating in was typically enjoyable with the music they had (along with occasionally hearing some of the guys singing in the back - one of my favorite memories while eating there).

Really yummy pizza & also really good pasta! Came back for more!Super sweet and friendly staff. You can even get a combination pizza with no pork!

This is one of the best pizza places in San Jose. I have been ordering for years. I have been more than satisfied every time. The garlic dip is fantastic. The pizza is amazing. The people are great. I have ordered pick-up and delivery. It is never disappointing. They have gone above and beyond for us. We order from them any time that we want a pizza fix. 10/10 would recommend!
