San Jose Bar & Grill

I usually don't buy drinks at this bar (since it's a little expensive), but I couldn't pass up on the pretty limited edition Valentine's themed drink! The bartender was so nice and sweet, our drink was ready within a few minutes and she told us how to take the best pictures of it too. Security was a bit mean but the music was good.

I would not recommend ordering a drink here. Worst AMF I've had in my life - straight sugar. The place is messy and tight but plays good music.

This place just continues to fall off further and further from its good days.Over-priced, terrible drinks. It's dark and dirty. And I personally didn't have any problems, but one of the bartenders tried to hustle my friend by charging him for top shelf and giving him well. And it was clear that it was intentional.

As soon as you walked into the bar all you smell is straight marijana. The drinks were disgusting. Overpriced for what? Ordered tequila & pineapple & my friend ordered cranberry vodka we just couldn't finish it. The drink tasted so rotten as if the juice was expired or something. Dj was alright genre was all over the place & went across the street to the other bar right after this one & heard the same exact set so not sure if that was a coincidence or not. Overall Please check on the drinks you're serving it can get people sick

This is an oldie but goodie Been coming here since forever and this spot never fails Full bar Bartenders are friendly and make decent drinks Prices are reasonable Open dance floor DJ always plays good music There is a parking lot next door that charges $20 Street parking is free but kinda of hard to find

RUDE everyone is just so rude.. the bartenders don't come up to you when you want a drink.. we were standing there for 30 minutes and nothing

Kamikaze shots = brutal Free entry for students but if ur not a student do not come here lol... Cheap shots on certain days but the bar overall just a little musty

Bar hoping for my sister's graduation.. went to a few places before we came here.. honestly should have came here before ever going into nova next door..I was able to meet and talk to the owner. He was a very nice man and made sure we had a good end to our night.. the security staff was amazing as well ., honestly if I live in this area this would be my go to spot.. the dj had it lit played classic hype music mixed with the newer songs .. the bartenders poured the perfect shots.. and we didn't have to ask for a chaser it was offered to us, .. I kno I needed one .. my brother was drunk af the security just checked on him made sure he was ok we ensured we had cut him off and they had no problem with us staying even helped up get him to the buss..

Security is sexist and transphobic...last night I went out for drinks with my friends and was having a great time on the dance floor until I was shoved away from the main stage area because I "wasnt a girl". After this incident I was continuously harassed by the security for the rest of the night . As someone who is gender fluid I found this to be incredibly offensive and I will never be coming back to this place.

Shot glasses were extremely dirty! There was lipstick from a previous order. Happy hour is mediocre. It's alright if you want something cheap. The free tacos were meh. If you're drunk and hungry, they are okay. Just beware of the nasty dirty glasses. Service was decent.
