Good spot, but it does close fairly early. The BBH (bun bo hue) is one of the better spots in the area but the ground meat balls in the soup have a super strong flavor, not my fav. They pack the bowl with a lot of meat, and the soup has a great flavor, esp once you start adding in all the herbs. The banh mi here is pretty good too. It's not Ba Le (iykyk) but it's still a solid option here if you're not feeling soup or rice. You can ask for the veggies on the side if you wanna take it to go. This way the bread doesn't get too soggy. The pork and eggroll vermicelli is fresh and light. However, the egg roll is pretty weak compared to other spots. It's tiny, and mostly noodles. It gave me the crunch I needed with my vermicelli but I would not order their eggrolls as a side. They have a parking lot and a nice little dining area outside. The inside was clean, and service was good, even right before closing.

First time here. Arrived before lunch to have a bowl of Bùn Bó Hue. I was seated and the waitress took my order right away. The broth had a mild spicy taste and was pretty good. They bring you just enough bean sprouts along with the greens to put in your soup. A few slices of beef,ham and tripe. They have seating inside as well as outside. Waitress never came back to refill water or check if I needed anything else.

It's been awhile since I've been here, I had a Bang Mi and broth. I really enjoyed my food. The service was great. Clean and friendly.

Food 5 stars, great quality, pho broth is very deep, and the amount is great combo of noodles and the bits. I also get the combo appetizer for the group to share 4 shrimps, 4 potstickers and 2 egg rolls cut in half. I would have put this around 4 stars, when i spotted the claypots. The catfish claypot that takes 15 minutes to make was so delicious, and get a bowl of rice to throw in there and soak in that soy sauce + ginger sauce, that will melt so awesomely, as it burns your mouth whilst you eat 3 pieces of 1 inch-thick slices. This is my second time.Service is 2 ladies walk around taking orders, dropping off food, and cleaning up. So, typical small asian place, you can be ignored as they get slammed, but slammed because they have good food, and no one cares about the delay, as you get their full attention when it is your turn.They have seating inside for about 24 and an outside covered porch area for about 36, so can hold large groups if you catch an off-hour, or be prepared for long waits at lunch hour and dinner, because they also handle lots of doordash pickups.Bathroom is meh, parking is limited, be careful stopping to turn in and bad visibility makes it hard to turn out without a prayer first, but all worth it. And the banh mu is worth it, but could have something more? More mayo, more pickled veggies, more softer bread?

Haven't been here in awhile. They have indoor and outdoor seating now. You order from the Waitperson if you eat in but pay at the cashier when you leave. Portions are decent sized. The pho soup base is slightly different from other soup stocks that I've had, but tasted similar once I dropped in the lemon, mint leaves, jalapeno peppers, and bean sprouts. Wife had bbq pork bun with extra order of fried egg rolls, the egg rolls could stand for more filling while the pork was of good size and taste. Bathroom is in the same building but has an outside entrance.

I stopped by Saigon 2 in San Leandro and was surprised to find only one other customer there -- maybe because of Labor Day Weekend. I tried the pho, and the broth was delicious -- rich in flavor and very satisfying. The noodles were cooked well, and the meat was decent, though I do wish the portion was a bit bigger. If they upped the serving size a little, it would easily be a 5-star experience for me. Overall, a solid spot for a good bowl of pho!

A late lunch and my eyes are bigger than my stomach. The sparkling mango lemonade is sweet and refreshing. The pulled beef fries were so amazing and filling. So, I'll save the pork summer rolls for dinner. Everything is so fresh and delicious.

The Pho was incredibly tasty, especially during winter--hot dishes are a real treat as a vegetarian. I would have appreciated the broth being 100% vegetarian, but nonetheless, it was delicious, healthy, and very reasonably priced.

It's my 2nd time here but forgot to post my review the 1st time we visited. The place has a huge outdoor seating so you know that they have a lot of regular customers. They're cheaper than the rest I have visited. The service was good and has ample parking. The food is delicious and has an extensive list of menu as well. I highly recommend this place.
