Mango chicken, bang bang chicken, fried rice, and veggies. Nice spot in the mall and it wasn't a long line. The lady serving the food was very nice.

Ordered the Tom Yum Kung noodle soup with shrimp. NO! BIG MISTAKE! This is NOT tom yum at all!!!! This zesty lemon veggie soup is not tom yum! Sorry, do not recommend. My day was ruined. And it costed $17.XX after tax?!You order your food at counter and pick up yourself, so no services too comment on. Food court ambiance, but the staff are very loud to try to get people's attention. They obviously just care about the quantity of business but not the food quality...

I was expecting food court quality at a high Valley Fair price, but was pleasantly surprised. My daughter and I split an order of lo mein, mango chicken, and grilled chicken, and we filled up on the one order. That's $6 per person for a satisfying hot lunch. The workers were very nice, gave us samples of anything we wanted to try, and were generous in their serving size. It's a great option if you are short on time while at the mall.

The pad thai tasted more like greasy chow mein. It had 3 bites of chicken, and all the chicken pieces were hard/ had ligaments. The woman working refused to give me a drink refill. The sample we had was a lot tastier than the actual meal, so be careful. The food court has much better options.

The place is good and has a fresh really well done.favor to their fried chicken The food was great. It didn't taste old or frozen. The food is actually and cook daily verse many places that is old and reserved

Got a #2 entree plate for lunch and they give pretty large portions. Service is wonderful. The gentleman that helped me was polite and friendly. I got the mango chicken, spicy chicken, and pad thai. The mango chicken was surprisingly pretty good and probably their best dish from what other reviews state. The spicy chicken was actually on the spicier side of the scale. It does give you that tingly heat sensations. The pad thai unfortunately for me was flavorless.I would probably only come back for the mango chicken. You can get a sample to check if it's a good batch for the day.

A simple way to put this is "okay." A couple of coworkers and I DoorDashed Ruby Thai during a long shift. One of my coworkers said the food was good, but it left her running to the bathroom. For me, the food was okay and I had no other issues. Would definitely choose to try something different next time.

All foods are too salty! No good for our kidney! I spoke to the chef to reduce the salt in all their meals! Fried rice, Thai noodles, fish, shrimp, mix vegetables, chicken curry, bang bang chicken! That's all our orders and everything is salty! We didn't finished our foods! Me and my daughter had lunch there!Considering it's my birthday today and it's my first time to eat at EUBY THAI KITCHEN in Westfield Santa Clara Ca! I CANNOT FORGET IT

I hate giving one star reviews.This place was horrible. Came on a busy Saturday afternoon and paid $18 for flavorless "chicken pad thai" and a warm Snapple drink. I have moderate spice tolerance but they made it so spicy it was inedible. It was a heaping serving of colored noodles that had no flavor and virtually no vegetables or chicken. I wish I read the reviews beforehand. Don't eat here--at least don't get the pad thai.
