Yum!! Wish I had a picture but I decided to check this place out for their breakfast burritos. I owed my coworker so I grabbed 2 to go. I got one chorizo, egg, and papa with beans and one ham, egg, and papa with beans. They were huge!! But so well put together and tasty. Definitely a place to go for a breakfast burrito, plus I'm sure there pan dulce is good, it sure smelled like it. Only complaint was I had to ask and pay for salsa

I saw this on yelp thinkin the pictures looked tasty so I figures, why not. I got a choc muffin, 4 cookies, donut, something with pink gelatin in middle and a pineapple/strawberry aqua. The aqua wasn't so great and niether was the muffin. My daughter didn't like it either so ended up in the trash. The cookies were very good. The pink/gelatin part was good, but outer part very dry so we didnt eat that. The donut was the best part, loved the frosting.

Was getting some laundry done at the laundry mat next door and felt a bit hungry.I've been to Rica before so know that their tamales are pretty solid. I ordered two chicken tamales and a bottled water that costed me just under $10. The tamales comes with the works of sour cream, green verde salsa, and tapatio if you ask for it. So filling and so darn good. This place also offers a wide variety of cakes, pan dulce, and popular Mexican themed snacks. The hours are slightly modified to comply with the COVID19 shutdown but they are definitely open for business. And, the ladies that run the front of the house are always so sweet so it's an added bonus.Stop by and pay them a visit. There's something for everyone here -- sweets, tortas, burritos, tamales, and even crossaints! Shop local. #SupportLocalSmallBusinesses

I was having a mini tree lighting ceremony for my friends and I and wanted to have some delicious pan dulce for the mini event. My friend recommended this place since it's near our house and I went first thing in the morning to get a fresh batch of bread. The lady who helped me was really nice and their pan dulce is delicious! They had just about everything I was looking for. They offer other items such as ice cream, sandwiches, and cakes. They do accept card which is great since I rarely carry cash.I recommend coming here!

The #BEST_CROISSANTS in San Jose (or anywhere) and I've had croissants in Paris. Call ahead and reserve some because they only make about 4 dozen a day and they're gone by 4 pm. Worth a trip. A well kept secret at the top of Story Road.Great sandwiches (Cubano - hot from their grill), Tamales, Flan, Cakes, Doughnuts and Pan Dulces.

Dont get me wrong, the tamales here are fireee but it wasn't once that I found a bug in my food. The first time, I found a fly at the bottom of my tamales and instead of going back I just threw them away. The second time, my ex found a bug and didn't tell me till he threw it away. I don't like how rude, the lady that serviced, was. I get there was a lot of people but you can't just serve food without noticing that there was bugs in our food.

I find myself making my way from the Fremont area to visit this Panaderia as the bread is always fresh and the workers are friendly. The pumpkin empanadas are so soft and the filling is not overly sweet. My kids also the ginger bread pigs, which are always soft and you can tell are baked the same day.

Please provide a food safety class for your employees. I noticed that one of your employees does not wash her hands frequently and holds the coffee cups by the rim and also opens the bags for bread using her hand to push through to the bottom before placing the bread. After she completed the order, touching the register, she went to handle food in the fruit section.I love the bread and always get my coffee and hot chocolate from there, however each employee should be education on handling of food for customers. My rating is low not based on food, but on food safety.

Enter at your own Risk!! I went in today for tamales-which are always great but the workers could care less if people enter w/o a mask. I told a dude, wheres your mask? he said I dont have one? really?!?! I dont think so. Too bad it is up to the employees to check customers. Cuz they dont care and wont do it. The one star is for the unsafe environment-not for the food-the tamales continue to be good but not worth my l life!!
