The place is pretty nice- a lot of good photo opportunities, but mainly came to experience the restaurant. Here's how my experience went:1. Ordered sparking water- got regular water- initial waiter knew it was wrong and asked which was nice. 2. Told our initial waiter our order and he had came back to ask for our order once again which was "lobster caviar roll as a starter, ribeye and filet and fries as entrees)3. Ordered 2 Bellinis got only 1 so we had to order another4. Received our steaks and fries and realized our lobster rolls never came first 5. Our second waiter who took over- whose name is Daniel, bless him. 6. We mentioned we haven't received our lobster starter and he had it comped. 7. Daniel was more attentive and even asked if we wanted dessert and why we came today to RH (which you'd think that's the first question a waiter would ask- throwing shade to the first one) 8. He gave a complimentary celebratory cookie to celebrate our marriage anniversary 9. Daniel even took the best photos for us when we had asked him to- got all the angles and made sure we looked good Overall id give my experience a 3/5 - I expected a lot more maybe that's my fault- but my reservation was for 7pm- maybe a sunset reservation would've helped the experience cause I'm a sucker for a nice view, but this was overstimulating and underwhelming at the same time which iykyk lol. Thanks Daniel for the effort and being the sole reason for 3/5- if we had Daniel from the start maybe it would've been 5/5- great enthusiasm and service.

I finally got to try RH and I had no idea this was outside the Stanford shopping mall, the pictures looked like it was taken at a winery lol. I didn't know the restaurant was this huge and it is also a furniture store! RH stands for Restoration Hardware and the restaurant is located on the 3rd floor. The atmosphere is beautifully clean and simple just like how our dishes were presented. We ordered the prosciutto board, kale caesar salad with grilled chicken, di stefano burrata, charred ribeye, roadside lobster roll, and got their RH Bellini! To sum everything up, everything was a 5 out of 5. I'm not a big fan of kale salad, but it was amazing with the parmigiano reggiano and croutons. The prosciutto board was a good starter to snack on and also an aesthetic dish to take photos of. The sear on the charred ribeye (prime beef) was also perfect. My friends and I were intrigued by the ambiance and hospitality. They were very accommodating for our birthdays and cake services. After our brunch, you're able to chill outside the patio and enjoy the views from above. There's so many things I need to try the next time I visit. For instance, their impossibly thin Swedish pancakes were only available on the weekends. I wish I can remember our server's name, he was so nice and made sure our experience here went smoothly!

My party of 4 had a brunch reservation for February 9, 2025, and I want to start by highlighting the fantastic service we received from our server, Philip. He truly deserves 5 stars! The ambiance and overall atmosphere were also delightful, and the food was exceptionally delicious - per usual. However, I did want to share a concern that left a bad impression on my entire party. We had previously dined for special occasions (most recently in January for my Mom's birthday). That time we also arrived quite early around opening, and were seated in one of the round corner booths (#16) with no issue as the restaurant was mostly empty and the sunshine was directly hitting our faces/eyes at our previous table. We also prefer a bit more space due to mobility issues with some in our party + separation from other guests due to immunocompromised health (all 4 of us in fact).Due to our great experience last time, we requested table #16 due to two birthdays that coincided that very week (my aunt's and my own). The hostess checked us in, thoughtfully noted the birthdays, and took us directly to a table towards the end of the restaurant, where we would be seated right next to people. This was a surprise - and we promptly asked if we would be seated in our requested table. The hostess complied with our request, but was rather cold and aloof/distant when doing so - her demeanor had obviously changed. She mentioned that it is typically reserved for 6 guests. While we all understood that there may be policies regarding table reservations, we couldn't help but feel a bit puzzled. We were all confused since the restaurant was practically empty for a good portion of our meal, and in fact - a round table on the opposite corner (diagonal from ours) only had 3 guests the *entire* time they were there. Our party is quite diverse, and we couldn't shake the feeling that there might have been some unintentional bias at play when compared to the table of 3 people. We know it was probably not the hostess' intention, but we could think of no valid reason for the other table's preferential treatment vs how we were treated in regards to the seating arrangement. Anyways, excellent food, amazing service from severs, and a memorable birthday occasion. However, the check-in / seating experience felt disheartening and left us wishing for the warm hospitality we've typically come to appreciate at RH to the point of considering other dining options for future special occasions. Note: I had originally sent this as a private note to restaurant management via OpenTable, but no regard or response was given.

Took my husband here for his birthday last and enjoyed the experience. We were seated within a minute of arriving and greeted fairly quickly. We ordered the artichokes appetizer, shrimp and mini caviar lobster rolls. The artichokes had the right amount of crunch and flavor. The shrimp was charred (on purpose) so perfection. I could have eaten 10 mini lobster rolls, so good! For entrees, my husband ordered the ribeye and I ordered the lobster roll. My only complaint about the steak is there was a lot of extra fat. My only feedback for the service aspect, is that it took about 10 minutes to get my husbands second Kona beer he ordered. Would absolutely go back for another lunch or dinner experience. I'm still dreaming about my lobster roll

You won't be disappointed visiting this rooftop restaurant!I went to RH last weekend and was lucky to have great weather. The restaurant is on the rooftop, and the beautiful garden-themed decor really made my day. Fortunately, we got a seat next to the water fountain--such a great view!We started with sparkling wine, a lobster roll, and a salad as an appetizer. It was a perfect beginning, especially enjoying it under the sunshine. For the main course, we ordered the petit filet and branzino. The steak was just average, so I wouldn't recommend it, but the fish was really good! The service was excellent--friendly and attentive without being intrusive.Highly recommend this restaurant, but be sure to make a reservation at least a week in advance to get the perfect seat!

RH continues to be one of our go-to date night restaurants. We've been to the Marin location a few times and this was our first time at PA. The food and atmosphere is consistent. Since it was just the two of us, we shared our usuals- the fried artichokes as an app and the steak with broccolini for the main. I've never had a bad experience at RH and will continue to come back. I want to personally thank the team at RH PA for their hospitality. It was pouring rain the night of and we drove to SF with an Open Table reservation to RH SF. 5 minutes before arriving, we got a call saying that there was a system error and they can't accommodate us. It was the most inconvenient situation. Luckily, we called RH PA on our way back and they quickly squeezed us in, sat us right in the middle of the room, and offered a complimentary bottle of acqua panna for our experience. Thank you RH PA!

This place is all about the vibes! Such a cute location for special occasions. The service here is great also and loved being able to walk around the show rooms after our meal. The food here is just ok. I would recommend the artichoke dish, this was the best dish that we had here.

Made reservations a month ago to celebrate my husband's big birthday here. We had lunch. The decor is gorgeous and the service was perfect. Peach Bellini - tasty and the right amount to sweetnessCrispy artichokes - This was our second favorite item. Came with a great creme fresh. Hearty size - great for sharing. mini lobster rolls with caviar - We absolutely loved these. I love that it was the perfect size and they really top it with the caviar. My husband said that if we were to return, we would get 4 instead of 2. classic caesar - So I love a good caesar salad and unfortunately this was not a good caesar. Definitely, needed much more dressing.charred ribeye - Suppose to be medium rare. half was cooked perfect and the other half was a bit too rare. I only had a couple pieces. creme brûlée - Pefecto!Matcha latte - done well It was a great experience. I do wish our mains were executed better but overall a good time. My husband definitely felt the birthday love here- cookie with a candle and the staff wishing him a happy birthday.

Beautiful store and restaurant! I enjoyed brunch here at RH. I would definitely come back. Our favorite dish was the pancakes with butter. These pancakes were thin, buttery, and crispy. They look plain but they were good! The kale salad was ok; we added salmon to it. Would have tasted better with more dressing. Also, the kale was hard to scoop so having a serving spoon or fork with it would be nice.

Tbh you really are just there for the vibes. The food is subpar and incredibly expensive. I got an RH burger and it was so salty I couldn't finish it. Kind of disappointing when it's a $20+ burger.
