Restaurant El Aguila

I called to place a to-go order and they told me 15 minutes which was accurate. The food was properly packaged in environmentally friendly cartons. Everything was separated so it wouldn't get soggy.Inside, it looks like a place that turns into a nightclub after hours with a disco ball. It was very clean and service was prompt. The pupusas were huge, the biggest I've seen. I ordered one of zucchini and a pork one. Both were 90% beans and I couldn't even taste the pork. We ordered 2 platos mixtos (2 pupusas, rice, beans, & plantains) plus 3 cookies & it was $37. The rice was plain garlic rice with veggies and the beans were pureed black beans.

The company was looking for a new spot to cater from. I suggested the neighborhood pupusa spot. We ordered 75 pupusas, rice, beans, plantains & Yuca. They had it all ready by 10am ! The office loved all the food ! Pupusas mixta, bean & cheese & zucchini & cheese . 10/10 For sure ! If you haven't checked them out yet, make sure you do ASAP ! Gracias !

For months I was craving pupusas, and then, yesterday, "I found" this place, and IT DIDN'T DISAPPOINT.Its menu is wide and varied, including its Aguas Frescas. They also have a lovely patio area; I recommend you have your meal there. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean.I enjoyed:- Loroco pupusa (Salvadoran vegetables with cheese)- Jalapeños pupusa (jalapeños and cheese)- Beans pupusa- Chicharrón pupusa (pork)- Revuelta pupusa (pork, beans and cheese)- Agua de maracuya- SangríaBonus: they do not limit you to the amount of salsa or curtido (vegetables) that accompany the pupusas. They bring you the bottle of salsa and a plate, not a small container, with the curtido.I will come back to try more of their menu.

The new location is HUGE inside with a stage for live music. Pretty cool!TVs all around with music, soccer etc.I'm sure they've got nightclub action in the evening.Papusa options galore, and a huge menu.Food was good and service was quick .Definitely worth trying if you're in the mood for a pupusa.

Amazing PUPUSAS! Customer service not really existent, but the pupusas and cortido are amazing.

Pésimo servicio....Mi bebita estaba tibia (ordene una sangría preparada) cuando le pedí hielo al mesero me dijo que así era Nada que ver... teníamos que estar le recordando a cada rato que nos hacía falta platillos

Their food is good but their customer service is lacking. The workers always stare but no one offers to take your order - finally ordered, waited half an hour for a to-go order, get home to eat and half of my pupusas are missing. I drove all the way back for another about 20 minute wait. I can make my own pupusas but sometimes I want to support local businesses and not make them myself. Not worth the wait and hassle.

This review is solely for their horchata. This was probably the worst horchata I've ever had in my 25 years of life lol. Why their horchata taste like it was mixed with metals and peanuts. I literally took 2 sips and threw it in the garbage by entrance of the restaurant. As I'm writing this, there's still a lingering taste in my mouth. Absolutely nasty.

I like this food ones a while I don't have nothing bad to say about it maybe service sometimes but that's normal.

incompleta orden somos costumer regulares que ordenamos comida una o dos veces por semana siempre ordenamos la misma comida tres pupusas de calabasa, tres solo queso y dos tamales,algunas ocasiones las pupusas no vienes con salsa o ensalada, y aun asi no tenemos problemas, el dia de hoy hicimos la misma orden pero no recivimos las pupusas de queso, llamamos para reportar el problema pero reusaron reponer las pupusas, la persona que recivio la llamada menciono que no era su problema, y que no remplasaria las pupusas, inclusive cuando visitamos el restaurant el servicio es pesimo y mantienen una actitud pesima como que vamos a pedir comida gratis, el agua de horchata tiene un sabor a metal o que contiene demasiada canela dejando un sabor muy desagradable, deidimos que esta es la ultima vez que hacemos negocio con este restaurant comunicaremos a nuestros familiares y amigos lo ocurrido para que no hagan mas negocio con este restaurant.no es la primera ocasion que tenemos esta clase de servicio por eso decidimos terminar con este resaurante
