We did takeout from GrubHub so I can't speak to what the restaurant atmosphere is like. But I can speak to the food! (and since our food was delivered quickly, I believe the staff are on top of takeout orders, so I consider that smart service)Really enjoyed the shirazi salad. We split a lamb kabob plate and I got an additional beef kabob skewer. Plates come with a lot of basmati rice and a large vegetable skewer which had onion, zucchini, and yellow bell pepper. Veg had a lovely char. Onion sections weren't quite cooked enough, but I enjoyed it. Beef kabob was not on a stick and was mostly cut through in bite sized portions. It was very tasty. Lamb pieces were on a skewer with limb slices. Lamb was out of this world delicious. There was also a grilled tomato, sauce, and some strips that were like pita. I don't remember what the menu called them. We would definitely order again. And I'd like to try other things!

Might be better for dine-in, but based on this experience, I'd probably look elsewhere next time.

Had a chance to order from Real Kabob when trying to use my Grub Hub credit and this was a great option. This restaurant is small but when you walk in you can really see that it is a mom and pop store and they are great at what they do. The ambiance here is quite casual so glad we ended up going there just to pick up our food.For food we ordered a combo and got the chicken thigh and koobida kabob. Both were super flavorful and came with rice and a roasted tomato. The hubs and I relished the meal and it was enough for both of us to share! Would highly recommend to check this place out if you are looking for a delicious kabob!

This restaurant is in a place where it's easy to drive by and think about stopping without actually stopping. Once you do you'll be happy with the food, price and service. Prior to Covid they had inside seating, but now only have a few tables and chairs outside. They have mostly a takeout business, but if the weather is not nice it's hard to dine in.

The service is amazing here! I haven't been to a restaurant where I was treated so amazing! Randy treated my family sooo great! If you're looking for AMAZING Mediterranean food this is the place to go! The food is so juicy and the meat is absolutely delicious! The cleanliness of the restaurant is perfect and the ambiance is nice, they don't have indoor seating, but they do offer outdoor seating outside their business! I've been coming here for years and I will keep coming back! I would HIGHLY recommend coming here and checking this place out!

The chicken kabob was so flavorful and juicy! I would definitely come back for their kabobs! Additionally the owner and their employees were extra attentive and kind. The owner saw that we were sitting outside in the cold and immediately set up a heater for us without prompting. Additionally he also shared some free candies with us at the end of our meal to try. Definitely gives a local mom and pop type of vibe. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I are from this area and he has always wanted to try this place! It didn't disappoint. The chicken breast was super tender and flavorful, and the beef was delicious. They give you a ton of food for the price, and it was extremely fresh! 10/10 recommend!

The food here is AMAZING. The staff is incredibly kind and you get your food pretty fast. This is now my favorite Persian spot to come to. They have different kabob bundles at very reasonable prices. Perfect for a party or meal prepping.They do have seating outside but it is very limited. I think they mostly do to go orders

Came at 630 on a Thursday, waited about 10 min total. There is some seating outside to enjoy your meal. I ordered the chicken and beef combo plate for about $25. It was a good deal because the portion is big enough for 2. The beef kebab was juicier and more seasoned than the chicken in my opinion. I opted for half rice and salad, plenty of greens which I was happy about. It came with balsamic and a mayo based sauce, also some type of flat bread. Very enjoyable and healthy meal!
