I've been wanting to try this place for a while now, but the lines are always long. I've heard a variety of feedback. Some said it wasn't worth the hour or so, wait. Fortunately, one day, the drive-thru line wasn't long at all. I've never been to a Raising Cane's before and wasn't sure what to expect. This is what I learned from my visit. Tip 1. All they sell here are chicken strips, whether it's in a sandwich or a box. No spicy version. Tip 2. If you don't want the cole slaw, you can substitute it for extra bread. Tip 3. No dessert is offered here Tip 4. Extra sauce costs you .59 or something like that. The lady who took my order was ok, she didn't recommend anything. Customer service skills lacking. She even had a little bit of an attitude. I ordered; 1. The box combo - Chicken fingers, in my opinion, were not crunchy. It was juicy and flavorful but felt more on the soggy side. Fries were nice and crispy. I didn't care too much for the sauce. It was nothing great. It just had a bunch of pepper in it. Texas toast was good and fluffy. Hi-C Fruit punch didn't taste that good. Mostly syrup. 2. The sandwich combo is similar to the box combo since it's just strips and not an actual patty. As I was taking out the food from the bag, it was just sloppy and covered with sauce for no reason. I found that a little gross. No matter if there's a rush or not, food should be handled with care. The food wasn't bad. Price I think is standard for any other fast food nowadays. I feel it's been hyped up for so long that it's just ok. Maybe I'll try again once they are settled in, still kind of new.

I didn't realize it until I saw the menu that this was one of their restaurants where they only provided limited menu selection which were chicken fingers and not the whole menu like their flagship restaurant in L.A. I gave it a shot and went through the drive through which I was greeted by the server who took my order. The line moved along fast which was a good thing and got my order within 5-10 mins. Seems like a good place to go if you want something fast to eat and wanted fried chicken but don't expect to get a leg, thigh or a chicken breast because you'll be disappointed. Haven't ate inside yet and not sure if I will because I'm not too much of a fan for chicken fingers but if you're up to giving it a try, don't have high expectations for it. The chicken fingers were aiiiiiiiight but not as good as popeye's or jolli bee's. The taste was average and in a way bland and had to use their special dipping sauce to make it edible without choking. Not a fan of this place but willing to try out their full menu in L.A.

Worst raising canes location I've been to. The portion size is truly abysmal and a scam compared to other locations. The size of my chicken tenders were laughable and I got like ten fries with my drive thru order. This is a horrible way to do business and I can't recommend this location.

After reading through the reviews this location has, I'm not understanding why there are so many low reviews. I came here yesterday 2/28 at about 11 am with my brother and I was greeted promptly and had my order taken almost within the second of stepping in. We waited no more than 5 mins for our food and it came out delicious, piping hot and fresh! The chicken was so crispy and juicy, the fries were cooked and salted to perfection and the toast was the cherry on top as always. This location is perfect. I've never waited in a long line or waited a ridiculous amount of time for my food. Service, ambiance and quality are all a 10 out of 10 in my book.

There's finally a location close to SF! Their drive through line is always long so just go inside and you can say to-go for a faster pick up! I came here on a Thursday for lunch and got the Caniac Combo for $20. The breading on the chicken was lackluster but the chicken was still tender. If you're looking for a 2am spot, this is the place!

Excited to try raising cane. Drive by and notice short line 2 ordering lines merge into one pick up line. I order box combo:4 piece chicken tenders, crinkle cut fries, coleslaw and med drink $13.99. Ordering food was quick but pickup was slow and unorganized. Staff bringing orders out but did not belong to any car in waiting. Chicken tenders: crispy one side and soggy on the other side. No flavor but juicy and tender. Cane's sauce and fries were bland.

Raising Canes is alright - I don't really get the hype. My friends disagree and loved their meals. I just wasn't really impressed. Portions are large - I'm happy I have lunch for tomorrow. I got the three finger box and my partner got the four finger box. The best part for me was the amount of indoor and outdoor seating for large groups and the late hours. There's not too many late night spots nearby so it's appreciated after a night out. Service was friendly, restaurant was clean.

So excited there's a cane here now! Probably one of the best, not-so-greasy chicken tenders from a fast food place.I listened to their podcast we'd wanted to try it ever since. Had it in OAK and the line was wild, the line here is efficient, long but moves fast! The food came out really hot and fresh. I love that they opened til 2am, definitely will be a go to spot for late night munches.

Raising Cane's in Colma is one of the busiest spots in the area, and for good reason because of it's new addition to the neighborhood. The food is exactly what you'd expect from any other Raising Cane's, consistent and satisfying. I ordered the sandwich combo, and while the sandwich was delicious and the fries were just okay, the Cane's sauce truly ties everything together. The ambiance is similar to other locations, with a casual and lively vibe that works well for fast food meals. Despite the rush, the service was efficient and friendly, keeping things moving smoothly. I felt the need to write a review because this is a new opening in my area, and it's exciting to have a Raising Cane's close by.
