Okay, let me set the scene: I walk into Pho Huyuh Hiep 4, hungover as hell, looking like I'd been through a war. But then, the moment that broth hit my nose? Game over. It was like an instant, steamy embrace for my soul--rich, aromatic, and warm in all the right places. It wrapped me up like the comfort I didn't know I needed, every sip like a gentle kiss on my lips. The noodles? Oh, they slid through my mouth like they were made for me--perfectly chewy, just the right texture. The meat? Don't even get me started. Tender, juicy, almost scandalous in how it melted on my tongue. Honestly, I forgot I was hungover. And the best part? No fuss. No frills. Just me, the pho, and the feeling of being completely taken care of. It was a moment of pure indulgence that woke up my senses and revived me in the sexiest way possible. Pho Huyuh Hiep 4 doesn't just satisfy your stomach--it makes you feel alive again. So if you're in need of a little TLC after a wild night, this place is where your body and soul get the kind of love they've been craving. Trust me, you'll be back for more.

It was cold and raining. Pho sounds really good. I found this place on Yelp based on my location. It's located at a busy Plaza next to 99 Ranch and many restaurants and businesses. Parking is limited and might have to circle around. The menu is what you would expect at any Pho Vietnamese restaurant. Pho with different meats, rice dishes, vermicellis and etc. The broth in the pho is pretty good. The rice dishes were average. Nothing to rave about. I admit that I've had really good Viet food in Sacramento, so my expectation is high. Fast service no-frills surroundings.

Very quick service, parking may get challenging during peak hours for the shopping center.I usually order a rice plate but also the pho are consistent and good. Prices are good and portions are ample. Much better and healthier than a fast food meal.As for ambiance, it can get a little noisy but most pho places are about turnaround, get your food, eat and go.

First off all, I enjoyed the place. Looks warm, and a good warm soup on a cold/foggy Pacífica weather. We stopped by (my male worker) and I, to try the place out. Right away, you can smell the goodness cooking behind. We get greeted by the servers, and right away, we get the menu, and the guy asking for our order. Very prompt and nothing wrong. 4 minutes later he comes back with a check asking to pay. I did not and waited for my chicken pho. Once it arrived I dug right in... 5 minutes in to it, with a mouthful. The pesky server arrives demanding that we pay, I brushed him off again, and told him I wanted to enjoy my food. He had little care and pushed the check to me. It ended my meal right away. And sadly not okay. I don't know why management allowed that, as they're watching. Great meal, for the 5 minutes. Bad service.

Kevin's noodle house on Irving used to be my go to in high school. Now, sad to say, but it's very mid. The eggrolls are hella thin and skimp. The vermicelli noodles were not a good texture, slightly undercooked. The pho broth didn't hit as hard as it used to. The fried shrimp cake tasted really eggy in my opinion. Service was good and fast. Wish the food was better. Maybe it's just this location idk but probably won't be back.

I love certain Vietnamese food. I was taken here to enjoy lunch with friends. Pho is not my "go to meal" but I like it. I only ordered the shrimp roll cos I was not peckish. The sauce that came with it was too much. Too much hoisin, not much peanut butter and too much salt. If a restaurant cannot make good of their appetizer menu, then everything else follows.

Kevin's Noodle House is one of the best Pho places I have been to in the Bay Area. It's usually always crowded when I go, and there's a good reason for it. I always order the #17 Large with thick noodles and an Avocado smoothie with pearls. I'm usually picky with my pho, as nothing compares to homemade, but this one truly takes the cake. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the meat is always tender. The thick noodles are perfect, providing just the right amount of chewiness, and the avocado smoothie with pearls is a refreshing and unique treat that complements the meal perfectly. The staff is consistently friendly and efficient, making sure the food comes out fairly quickly even during the busiest times. Given its popularity, it can get pretty noisy due to the buzz of conversations, but the lively atmosphere only adds to the dining experience. The bustling environment speaks volumes about the quality and reputation of the place. All in all, Kevin's Noodle House stands out as the best place to get pho in the Bay Area. It's a must-visit for anyone who appreciates a great bowl of pho and an inviting dining experience.

This is my go-to pho restaurant in the Peninsula area! Kevin's Noodle House has quick service and consistently serves delicious, warm bowls of pho for some of the best prices that you can find in the Bay Area. During every visit, I am always promptly greeted and seated. The restaurant is spacious with many tables and seating available, so I have never had to wait even though the restaurant is often quite popular. The food is also served very quickly after ordering. During today's visit, we ordered a large #2: Đặc Biệt Bò Viên (special combo w/thin slice of steak, well-done brisket, flank, tendon & beef ball) and the #3 Đặc Biệt (special combo w/ thin slice of steak, well-done brisket, flank, tendon & tripe) which comes in the medium size. Bean sprouts, basil, jalapeno, and lime slices (usually we are given lime but today, we were given lemon) are also served as sides on a separate plate for you to add yourself. The table also has utensils, napkins, and a variety of sauces for you to help yourself. Hot tea is also served alongside your meal. Of the many times I've visited Kevin's Noodle House for pho over the years, I have always been satisfied with the food.

There isn't a lot of great viet places around the Daly City/SSF area. This location is decent and will satisfy your craving for Viet food. However, I've definitely had better in other places in the Bay. Just lower your expectations.Parking can be tough so make sure you try to go earlier.

I've been twice now. Pho is tasty with rich broth and good noodles. I'd just recommend ordering something other than the smallest size if you are at all hungry.
