Back again! Came on a Saturday afternoon to hangout with some friends and enjoy some wine and sandwiches. We got here around 3pm and it was busy! We got a glass of wine and chatted outside as we waited for a table. After ~30min, we got a table outside and ordered some sandwiches. I got the cauliflower sandwich which is the best vegetarian sandwich I've had! The cauliflower is roasted and covered in a delicious lemongrass ginger sauce. It was so good. The bread they use for their sandwiches is amazing. This place is also pet friendly. They had some bowls of water for dogs outside which was nice.

With its high ceilings, casual vibe, tasty bites, and tight selection of wines available, Palm City Wines is a super cute spot to hang out at with friends. My first time here was on a busy Saturday evening, and my group tried the huge hoagies, 2 salads, 2 spreads, and shared 2 bottles of wine. We paid for our food at the counter after ordering, and the food was served to our table. We really enjoyed the shrimp hoagie, only available Wed - Sat. Need to note that if you buy a bottle of wine here, you will have to pay a corkage fee. Second time here was on a quiet Monday. I ordered the bouquerones and giardiniera with a bottle of wine. Food was good, wine was good, but our experience was marred by our sullen server. Hope the next experience will be better. Or better yet, take your food and wine to go and enjoy them outdoors.

Amazing spot nestled in the Sunset. I've wanted to visit Palm City for years but never made it out here until now. What a great spot to chill with a friend and a bottle of wine. You can either order for to-go or grab a seat at their bar or tables for dine-in. All the bottles of wine on the shelves give the place a wine bar feel. The menu consists of small plates, salads, and hoagies. There is one vegetarian option and a shrimp hoagie for the pescatarians. I ordered:Boquerones ($17): nice little appetizer that would go great with a glass of wine. The olive impel is good quality and the bread has a really airy center. Roast pork hoagie ($20): this sandwich is MASSIVE. When I saw them carrying the sandwiches around I thought they'd fit two on one plate, but it turns out it's just one. The pork is so infused with flavor and juicy, pairing perfectly with the pickled greens. Also, THAT BREAD. Soft with a bit of chew, it really soaks up the juices. I took my other half of sandwich to-go. I will be back!

Came here on a Monday night and wasn't too busy! The meatball dinner was definitely my favorite part of the experience! So yummy and the bread was toasted perfectly! Staff was very nice and attentive and service was rather quick! I didn't like the olives unfortunately as they tasted more acidic than what I'm normally used to so I personally wouldn't order those again. But definitely is a cute spot. I can picture coming back here on a late summer evening to enjoy the outdoor seating and some wine!

Palm City is an unexpectedly trendy wine bar located in the outer fringes of the Sunset district. In addition to their wide selection of wines, they also offer a series of gourmet Philly-style hoagie sandwiches, built on long rolls with a crunchy, nutty sesame seed exterior and dry, fluffy interior. Though many people know Philly for its cheesesteak, another iconic sandwich is the Roast Pork, and Palm City's version was made with a generous portion of thinly-shaved herb-garlic pork, broccoli rabe, and provolone cheese. The combination of the meaty, juicy pork, the bitter, earthy broccoli rabe, and the unctuous provolone all came together on the nutty, crunchy roll! We also got the creative Roasted Cauliflower hoagie, which seemed to be inspired by the Asian flavors of a banh mi. The hoagie included lightly-spiced roasted cauliflower florets, pickled carrots, avocado, fried shallots, cilantro, hot honey, and a deliciously creamy lemongrass ginger sauce. The combination of flavors was refreshing, earthy, and herbaceous all at the same time, and this sandwich presented a lighter alternative to the heavier, meatier, and greasier roast pork.

Amazing vibes! Gorgeous sunny warm interior and a great environment to catch up with friends. Huge sandwiches definitely not meant for a first date, but yummy and incredibly filling. The fork they give you is necessary lol! The bread is just perfection w sesame seeds on both sides for crunch, perfectly crusty, and soft on the inside. We got the Italian, cauliflower, and shrimp salad. Lowkey the shrimp reminds me of the one from costco but w salt & vinegar chips, but still really yummy! The italian and cauliflower are my favorites. Pair it w a glass of wine for a fun casual dinner!

Brought some visitors from out of town to share the experience and once again, Palm city delivered the goods. There were 3 of us and I wanted to make sure they were able to try as many sandwich options as possible. Luckily they were kind enough to cut the sandwiches into 3s. Don't sleep on the giardiniara either!

Was really excited to try the sandwiches from here and it did not disappoint. I tried the Italian American and my Dad got the Roast Pork. The Roast Pork was really good; it had a nice managable spice that went really well with the fatty pork and bitter broccoli rabe. The Italian American was a bit unbalanced for me in terms of veggie:meat ratio. The arugula was really well seasoned with some sort of vinaigrette, but overpowered both the N'duja sauce and the meat since there wasn't as much of it.The sandwiches are $20, but they are pretty sizeable. For some people, one sandwich can probably serve as lunch and dinner. I really want to try the shrimp salad on my next visit!

Such a cute wine bar to hang out with friends (while enjoying a hoagie). First of all, as a wine bar, the vibes here are excellent. I love the airy, woodsy interior, and it's the kind of place you can really linger and chat with friends for a while. And then there are the hoagies. I've been meaning to come here for so long to try their hoagies, and even though I wasn't hungry, I knew I had to get some hoagies to go. Ended up trying the roast pork and the au poivre. Man were these huge hoagies - ended up lasting us 2-3 meals. The roast pork was well balanced by the broccoli rabe and provolone, but it is a heavy + oily sandwich, so be prepared. My boyfriend really liked his au poivre, the apples were a nice touch of sweetness (though tbh I didn't love the pairing of the crunchy apple with the beef) and he especially liked the peppercorn aioli. Reminded him of an elevated french dip. We both really liked the sesame bread they used for the sandwiches (in particular, I liked that it was substantial enough to hold the massive sandwiches, but not too crunchy or hard as to rough up my mouth).

I didn't love this spot and the service from our server wasn't a good experience. I wouldn't come back. I came in with my sister and we could tell right away, our male server wasn't warm or kind just by his low energy. My sister tried to ask for the server's opinion on deciding between 2 items and all he responded with was "It depends on what you want" and then just stared at us. I don't think my sister even continued to ask for their opinion cuz she was turned off by his lack of help. I don't think we ever checked on us while we were eating. We had to get his attention to get more napkins. I don't think he ever smiled. All the interactions with the women were great tho.I had the Roast Pork sandwich, it was a generous portion but I didn't love it. Didn't hate it tho. It was a simple sandwich that had good flavor but I also thought there was too much pork. It didn't taste like a balanced sandwich, so I was full in a few bites. I know some people like a bang for your buck meal but I just thought it was all meat and nothing else. I really liked the Garlic Cheesy Dip with Toast. It was really garlicy and it was great. That was my favorite thing we ordered.
