Nuoc Mia Vien Dong 2

I've been coming to Nuoc Mia Vien Dong 2 for years, and it's always a go-to spot for me! Their nuoc mia (sugarcane juice) is super refreshing and has the perfect amount of sweetness--never too watered down like some other places. And the waffles? So good! Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, with that perfect touch of sweetness.The quality is always consistent. FYI, It is on the pricier side for a beverage. They have a $15 credit card minimum, so bring cash if you're only grabbing a drink. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area!

Sugar cane juice and panda waffles. Delicious!!!I ordered a large sugar cane with no ice (but not full). This is how much it came with. There is always a line, but service was quick. Would recommend.

My new go to spot for sugar cane juice! I never thought I'd find sugar cane as good as Cococane in the Bay but I really do think that this place is spot on. Came here at 8PM on a weekday and this place wasn't busy at all which we loved. The place itself is small but they have quite a few tables inside and outside to sit down. We ordered the regular sugar cane juice as well as the coconut sugar cane juice. The large is priced around $10 which is pretty decent because the large was huge (enough to share for two people). Both drinks were really great and refreshing but the regular sugar cane just stood out to me because of how sweet and fresh it was. We also ordered two different waffles - durian and pandan. These waffles here aren't my favorite. It was a little too crispy and dry for my liking. The durian was actually good in flavor because it wasn't too overpowering. However, I usually like my green waffles soft. We also decided to try the jelly pictured but wasn't too good (not enough flavor). Even though the snacks weren't my favorite, the sugar cane juice is so worth coming for! They also have a bunch of other che desserts which I will probably try next time. Service is fast and friendly as well!

The nuoc mia here is always good! Definitely on the sweeter side, so I let the ice melt a bit. The large is a good side for $10. Additional flavors are $2 more. They have the machine to juice the sugar cane and they make it fresh per order.One comment is that it's cash only under $15, so bring cash. There's a lot of seating inside and outside if you're eating / drinking there. The pandan waffles smelt really good, too!

The place for a refreshing sugarcane drink with fresh coconut, and the shaved ice combination with all the toppings.A great treat on a mid afternoon snack refresher.

This small dessert shop makes authentic sugarcane juice and fresh smoothies. What else must I say about this place to make you want to go?Also, they only accept cards if you're purchasing over $15 worth of items. Otherwise, it's completely worth it to go, the vibes and drinks are top-notch here. Stop by if you're in the Little Saigon area in San Jose!

Wasted my time. Waited for over an hour for two waffles. The machine was down for a period of time and they didn't mention it when we place the order. The waffles weren't even crispy, soft and felt like next day soggy waffles.

Mmmmm love the multiple flavors they offer for the waffles! I was too scared to try the durian waffle haha, but I got the passion fruit and pandan waffles! The lines were quite long, but it was worth waiting 15 minutes!The passion fruit flavor was so strong on the waffle and came out nice and crunchy from the seeds they add to the waffle. It definitely adds a nice crunch and texture for the waffle! Passion fruit waffle I would definitely get again.I love pandan waffles so I had to try it here. Of course the pandan waffles were green, but the pandan flavor was not too strong! I wish the pandan flavor was much stronger!They have so many waffle flavors here such as taro, durian, banana, and more. I will need to come back to try more flavors next time!
