Loving this place! I've been eating here for about 2.5 years now: picking up food, eating in, even catering, and every time everything tastes well and is done fast. Their pizzas (chicken garlic with white sause & veggie ones) & bacon calzone are my favorite but the salads are good too. I just need to try the pastas next time. The service is good and I'll be coming back. if you don't find parking, just park down the road neat Walgreens and walk a bit.

It's pizza. Nothing to write home about. The sauce was flavor-free. There was a generous amount of cheese, but it was typical too-salty bulk mozzarella. The crust wasn't bad, well cooked.It's New York style, but a long way from the taste of Joe's Pizza in NYC. (I'm there at least once a year.)

Phenomenal pizza. Serves pizza by the slice with a thin, stiff crust. Can add as many topics as you'd like, which affect the price. I cannot forgive the business for having an offensive parking situation. All surrounding businesses have parking, at least or two spaces, but this one has none and there are always cars parked in the only available street parking in front of the entrance. Most of those cars are for adjacent businesses which already have their own private parking on the side as and back of their business, which are unused.I had complained to the staff and it was mentioned that there are no special exceptions for customer parking. There is parking in the back which has many available spaces, and the owner parks their corvette there. It was stated that the parking was only for employees. Also, the manager wasn't on duty and the staff didn't respond empathetically to the complaint and was dismissive. Will not return. It is unfortunate to be put in this situation by the parking availability, as I'm not a pizza person and this pizza was better than average.

On a EverQuest to find good NY style pizza in California I decided try this place out.Ordered my usually single slice of pepperoni and olive. Wow $8 a slice. Hope it's good. Not NY style off the bat. Slice cut in half by them WTF. No oregano as a dry topping available. No crust on the pizza. I'm not in even close to NYC.When ordering at the counter was asked for here or to go. Asked to have it here and left a tip. 5 min later was was called to the counter to get my slice in a togo box. Now I don't really care one way or the other but why ask what I wanted in the first place! So service kinda was non existent.Although I would not say this is a NY pizza except from it being thin crust the overall taste was okay. The place had a bunch of table with NYC maps and references as decorations. They really shouldnt have all the NYC memorabilia every where unless attempting to make actual NY pizza in my opinion.Over all, I'd recommended going here to get a decent pizza to go. If you want service or looking for an actual NY pizza skip this place.

Second time we ordered from here. Pizza is good but we just get cheese for kid parties. When I opened the box the whole pizza was messed up and literally on one side of the box. And they gave us about 4 plates for a King Kong sized pizza.

This place is amazing! I ordered a gluten free pizza and was not disappointed! I highly recommend this location to anyone in the San Carlos area. They serve pasta as well (unsure if this is gluten free also) I hope to come back soon!

So after coming here pretty much at least x1 a week for a few months I noticed they would charge me full priced instead of the deal prices which always was in between maybe $30-60 so I started paying attention and calling them out which was the owner and he would brush it off kinda annoying considering they know me even know who I am when I call by my voice and even know what I want to order w/out me saying it! but then still F me when I am not paying attention! that's ok keep those extra $ you got those few times in the end you lose because now I only come here if I need to and some other place gets my weekly order in stead of you! But I will still smile and laugh just like you did to me!

I don't know what happened to this place over the last month but it has greatly declined. Instead of getting a "New York" pizza, I got a slice of excess cheese and meat that falls off in every slice. They have greatly declined over the last month and need to correct the issue ASAP!! That last two pizzas I have ordered have been absolutely inedible. I called to complain and they were considerate, but no solutions to my current order. They said they can make a note on my profile, but I am doubtful anything will change after my last two orders. I will try one more time and then call it quicks with this place. I would rather drive 1hour than order this pizza again. Absolutely terrible .

Fast for pick up. Usually slow for delivery in peak hours--pizza will not be warm when it arrives. They don't cook extra cheese pizzas long enough. The cheese is totally white without any burnt spots. All this said, it's decent pizza.
