This little shamrock was a pure delight. They have some great and traditional Irish food with a little American twist.I love bangers and mash but usually the bangers are more like American Sausage, not here, it's the real deal. I also hade some fun with the staff but you can see that they are a great team. Don't wait until St. Paddy's day. Go now!I will be back!

Came here for a family dinner and we all greatly enjoyed the experience. You seat yourself when you arrive - there were plenty of tables to choose from on a quiet weeknight so we were able to find a comfy area with no issue. I like that they have a kids menu here as my children are young and one is a very picky eater. We were able to order some chicken tenders and fries for them while the adults got a traditional irish stew and a spicy irish sandwich (corned beef with cheese and a bunch of other toppings on a french roll). The food was all fantastic - it tasted authentic, freshly cooked, and was comfort food deliciousness. We only wish there was more of it that came on the plate. They provide complimentary bread for the table which I think were a couple types of sweet soda bread which were fresh and paired nicely with the heaviness of the entrees. Service was great - our server was very attentive and helped my husband make his selection for his meal. I would definitely come back again. They do add on a credit card surcharge and calculate the recommended tip based on the total (which includes the CC surcharge and sales tax) instead of the subtotal so something to be mindful of.

I ate lunch at Molly Os today and unfortunately I won't be returning. Now the food and service were actually very good. I had the Irish Breakfast (the big one that combines the Full Irish with the Ulster Fry) and it was overall quite good. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the puddings and meats were excellent, and the homemade breads were top notch. The inclusion of farls was a wonderful surprise, I haven't seen those at any Irish restaurant in the States before. My only complaint was that the fried potatoes were a little undercooked and unseasoned. My real problem, which knocks them down from 4 to 2 stars was the credit card surcharge that appeared on my bill. I abhor this practice as I won't be penalized for not carrying cash with me when we live well into the 21st century. Cash is outdated, cumbersome, and often filthy. Not only that, but it is illegal in California to have such a surcharge. California SB 478, the Honest Pricing Law, prohibits businesses from adding credit card fees that are not prebaked into the cost of the product or service. Until they drop this practice I won't be eating at this establishment again. Which is a shame, they are better than the other Irish Pubs in the area.

Service was great and food was yummy! Very laidback pub. The onion rings were yummy, batter wasn't too thick, crunchy and gave huge portions. The stew was very heavy, a bit too salty for me but overall was good. Had loads of potatos (of course! ). Shepard pie was flavorful and somewhat light? Heavy because of the potatoes but the meat flavoring was light

What in the Emerald Isle is going on here?! Soooooooooo happy the area got a proper pub here in the hood! FINALLY!!! You're greeted immediately by friendly staff accommodating your every pub whim AND...traditional Irish music playing at a nice level so you can talk and enjoy the music. Overall, great atmosphere. For sports fans...there are multiple flat screen TVs all around so you won't miss out. Love, love, love these beautiful people and their beautiful, supremely clean Irish Pub! It's really beautiful inside with the chandeliers hanging above the rich, dark brown polished wood bar, floors, tables, chairs with nicely painted walls adorned with Irish framed artwork. The bar area is gorgeous and everything is very clean and sparkly. There's an upper floor for group/parties or when the downstairs gets crowded. I dined during happy hour (3-5pm daily) and the first thing I said, "Could I get a Smithwick's, please?" My all time fav beer on earth. Gorgeous red ale is so smooth and the taste is chef's kiss perfect. I could drink 10 of them they're that good. The red ale is from Ireland where I was first introduced to the sudsy delight. Next up! I need some pub grub. I ordered the Sausage Rolls to start. These are a must order when you stop by. They're homemade Irish deliciousness. I also ordered the Crab Louie salad with some proper Irish breads and butter. The food is all delicious and very nice quality ingredients. My order total set me back about $48 before tip. I ordered quite bit expecting to take home my leftovers for later. I believe they have live music Thursdays through Sundays in the evenings. From what I've read, they're super busy nightly, which I'm happy to hear. I hope these folks stay around a while. Definitely will return soon and I highly recommend going alone, coupled or with a group, you'll be treated with great hospitality! Nice peeps and great food. Their menu is huge, too. There's something for everyone. Not just pub bites, full entrees as well. Fish tacos were the special of the day. You have street parking and 2 free of charge parking structures within brief walking distance; behind the Sam Trans building and under the condos back behind Blue Line Pizza. Cheers! Order Smithwick's, you'll love it!

Another bar? Why not!Get the potato skins, they're delicious. Get the crab melt, also delicious. Service here was great, and this bar was clean and felt welcoming. This had more of a calm restaurant vibe even though they had the game going on and multiple people wearing their favorite jerseys. This was a great lunch spot.My coworker got a salad, and you can see by the lettuce that it was fresh. My salad was also fresh and good.Great place in San Carlos to swing by and get some grub!

I pass by this establishment five days a week, and never did I imagine the hidden gems it holds inside! When my colleagues suggested we have lunch there, I initially thought it was just a regular pub. To my surprise, stepping in revealed a welcoming atmosphere with sports channels playing on every TV screen. The interior was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and I noticed there was also upstairs dining available. The staff that day were not only easy on the eyes but also incredibly patient with our group of six, accommodating our various requests and separate check preferences with a smile.I decided to start with the fried mushrooms since the crab cakes were unavailable, and let me say, they were the most delicious fried mushrooms I've ever tasted. Perfectly fried without a hint of greasiness, the fresh and generously sized mushrooms were a hit with everyone at the table. For my main course, I opted for the blackened salmon, skipping the rice to stay on track with my dietary goals. Every morsel, including the veggies, was devoured as the salmon was cooked to perfection. I am quite selective when it comes to salmon, but the quality of the fish at this place was exceptional and truly melted in my mouth with each bite.I can't believe it took me so long to discover this hidden gem, and I am already eagerly anticipating my next visit!
