Macho Burger

Asian style fried chicken burger place. This place is reminiscent of fast food chains in Asia like Lotteria or even McDonald's.I got the Macho crispy chicken sandwich. It's quite simply constructed (just chicken, lettuce, and mayo in a hamburger bun) but the quality of ingredients really shines through. The fried chicken was super fresh and not too oily. The breading around the chicken was the perfect level of crispiness.

Food 2.5/5I was expecting a much better fried chicken sandwich at the cost of $12. The only yummy part about the sandwich is the fried chicken, it is crispy and juicy. However, the sandwich only consists of two cold buns, some iceberg lettuce, and a thinly spread of mayo. It's almost as if you could eat the fried chicken alone cuz nothing combined well together. Service 4/5There's self order kiosks and everything else is self service, which includes drinks and picking up your order. Ambiance 4/5The restaurant is spacious and seems more suited for office workers and solo diners.

The chicken sandwiches are amazing, no questions at all. However...Totally different story wrt management/training, or lack thereof. I had a taste for a burger and thought to give them a try, not the chicken sandwich. Went in and ordered, upon paying with my credit card was told that my card was declined. Odd I thought, so I used another.As I was waiting for my food, I noticed that both cards ( via their respective apps ) indicated the same charge as happening. I.e. that 'declined' card actually went through. I am old enough though to know to wait and see if the 'pending' charge on the first card was real or not. Also, the person behind the counter was not, in my mind, in a position to correct anything. So I waited to see if these two charges went through or not.And they both did. Here's where I'm a bit disappointed. There is no way to contact anybody in management to get a resolution. The phone goes straight to voicemail and they never reached back out to me. Also, there isn't a way to electronically contact them? Weird. I considered doing a charge back, but know that these are rather costly so I instead went back to the shop. I explained to the person behind the counter my situation and they offered another burger/fries ( same order basically ) as before. I figured that this was ok. Honestly, they didn't know what to do and couldn't do anything but this by the looks of it.There ought to be some mechanism in place, so that a customer doesn't have to physically travel back to the place to fix these things, or am I off on this? Also, what if I didn't want another burger? Truthfully, the burger is just so-so (the beef isn't really seasoned). I just happened to have a taste for one the first time, and wanted to 'resolve' my matter the second time. This is a clear case of management being absent.

The best fast food chicken burger after a long day at work. The best cheat meal feels!! Trying to be healthier and having the grilled chicken burger and wow the flavor! Love this place so much. Glad there is no longer a wait here as the popularity died down. But the quality still amazing!!!

I was eager to try out Macho Burger since a similar type of restaurant opened recently next to my office. I really wanted to try the truffle burger but it wasn't on the menu. I ended up ordering the Orleans grilled chicken, and it's good but not excellent. The chicken is cooked nicely but the overall I felt like it could use a little more. The curly fries are fine, but the regular fries are pretty lacking. I like my fries crispy and salty! My dining companions also got the thing that looks a Crunchwrap Supreme (beef wrap), a burger, and the chicken tenders. The tenders were thin so that they're super crispy, but we all felt that could've used more seasoning. I did love that the food comes out piping hot!One minor negative is that the seating situation for little kids isn't very good. Most of the seating is high tops, and the one area that isn't is in a line against a window. Overall, I wouldn't be mad if someone wanted to meet up at Macho Burger, but I also wouldn't seek it out again on my own.

Visited Macho Burger and tried the Orleans Grilled Chicken burger. The chicken was perfectly grilled, juicy, and tender, with a mouth watering smoky flavor that really set it apart. The spices and seasoning were spot on, giving the burger a nice kick without overpowering the flavor of the chicken.The toppings were fresh and perfectly balanced, adding a great crunch and freshness to each bite. The bun was soft yet held everything together well, making for an ideal burger experience. The staff was friendly, and the service was fast, even during the busy lunch rush.

Nice place right across the street from the client I was visiting. Chicken sandwich was the bomb as they use thigh meat and a gray coating to produce a more unique taste. Tender and juicy but NO PICKLES but I'll live! Service was good even with a little wait, it was a big order so no worries. Fun, fun I'll be back again.

What a hidden gem! This is like an Asian/Chinese style Popeyes LOL except the chicken here is way crunchier.Never heard of this place at all, I came across it when I was going to Tong Sui! Glad I didn't skip out on it.I tried their Spicy Chicken Sandwich and their Fries, both so delicious! The chicken was tender, crispy, and juicy while the fries really tasted like Jolibee's fries to me.I really wanted to try their Shrimp burger but it wasn't on the kiosk when I arrived. ): Guess that'll have to be a trip for another time!

The regular chicken sandwich had a satisfying crunch, but it really needed a bolder array of seasonings to elevate the flavor. The iceberg lettuce felt a bit cheap and didn't add much to the overall experience.As for the curly fries, they were the real standout! They came out hot and crispy, making for a fantastic side. Overall, there's definitely potential here, but a few adjustments in the seasonning blend would make a big difference.

This was a fun experience! When I heard there is a Chinese style chicken burger shop, I knew I had to try it. For ordering, you order through a kiosk and grab your food when your number is called which is pretty straightforward. The inside has a simple and sleek design like a modern fast food shop. The chicken burger was very good! The chicken was crispy, the spices were done well and the bun was buttery. I can't point out the exact spices, but if you have lived in China and had fried chicken there, you know what I'm referring to. Anyway, as a chicken sandwich afficionado, I give it a 7.5/10. I would go back again if I was in the area and wanted something quick. 这家的确是地道的中式汉堡店啊~ 汉堡里的炸鸡脆脆的，味道也准。汉堡的一口让我回想我留在中国的时期，使我充满了依旧感~
