M Cakes

We hired Rita for our wedding this past June and her cakes were delicious! The flavors are very unique and super yummy (without breaking the bank!). Cake was an important part of the wedding day for myself and my dad (he's a cake guru). So finding the right person to make it was important! We had espresso cake with cookie butter frosting, buttermilk cake with salted caramel and strawberry (my husband's favorite). I even asked about freezing the top tier and Rita mentioned she would make us a new cake for our anniversary. We are sure looking forward to that! Thanks Rita!

I was hosting a Very Special Family Reunion last August 4, 2013. I wanted everything Perfect. I was looking for someone who can customize a cake to my specifications. M Cakes not only awed my guests with the detail they put in decorating the cake by the beautiful lace work and the delicate, made from scratch, butterflies and sunflowers that made the theme.They have a selection of cake flavors. My favorites are the White Chocolate with Pistachio Creme and the Ube Chiffon Cake. They are so delicious that the Entire cake was gone. Nothing went to waste. The kids the next day were still asking if there was any more. They are very moist and delicious. Take my word for it. M Cakes can customize anything. They will work with you. They are so pleasant to deal with. Try their cakes and other desserts such as the mango mouse and chocolate mouse so meticulously prepared. Thank you M Cakes for helping me make my Party a success.

I have had M CAKES make cakes for some recent birthday parties. My favorite is the ube cake also known as Taro. Their guava is also amazing! They use a butter cream frosting on these two which does not overwhelm the taste of the cake. It's moist and very flavorful. My whole family loved both cakes that one day we had to order both. Note that they do other flavors that are not so conventional. Just ask and they will let you know. Their cakes are 100% homemade from scratch. I was told their recipes were passed down from many generations ago which explains why it tastes so good. You can taste the quality and the presentation is perfection! They are creative and it's true- their cakes not only look good they taste good, too! I love their cakes so much that I'm having them do my wedding cake!
