Luigi's Pizza & Pasta

I was in the area and came across this restaurant while searching for "pasta"I'm so glad this place was recommended because the spaghetti and meatballs was delicious! Service was friendly and super quick. The place, the food, the ambiance, it all felt authentic Italian.I will for sure be back and try other menu items and the pizza as well.

This review is for their Sausage and Chicken Linguine with Vodka Sauce. I saw past positive reviews for this dish, so I had high expectations. I was a little disappointed. The sauce and the chicken lacked flavor. Sausage was good though. Serving size was also smaller than other pictures posted. I ordered it to go and ate it at work. I didn't eat much of it, but I took the rest home. I added some heat, salt, and cheese, which made it better.

Came here for the second time before a movie. The pizza is pretty good. We got a veggie pizza and added jalapeno's. The toppings are ample and the crust is nice. If we were to order again, we would request extra crispy as the center was watery. We got the chicken pesto and it was average. Not a strong pesto flavor but the portion is good size. I wouldn't order chicken again. It was small cubed pieces that seemed as if they might have been frozen at some point. The garlic bread is probably their strongest contender. Soft and tasty. My biggest problem and why I would only get takeout is they were cleaning the kitchen while we were eating and the cleaner was so strong, I had to get out asap. It was making me physically ill and on the edge of vomiting. :( Even if I didn't have sensitivity to odors, I don't think anyone likes to smell chemicals while they are eating. It doesn't allow you to taste the food at all. I guess the positive is the place is probably clean but I can't risk getting a migraine or getting ill from it. It is very loud in the place even with only a few people and the kitchen staff going back and forth with a cart of dishes clanking as he goes over the carpet (3 times in the 40 minutes we were there) was less than pleasant. The place is very old school and very 'rough around the edges'. You grab your own forks, plastic plates, and super thin napkins. It's a good place for families I'm sure because of the portion sizes and prices, just know what you're getting into when going. They seem very nice so I'm torn with a not so great review, but I think honesty is the only way restaurants can know opinions and try retain customers.

Came here on a Monday for lunch. Not too busy but there were patrons. Accessibility- there is handicap parking and no steps at the entrance.Service- you order at the counter and they bring it to your table.Ordered: Stromboli- choice the meatballs. Quite hearty and decent size. Great flavor.Spaghetti meatballs w/meat sauce- good portion and meatballs were huge. Had leftovers. It was one of the only few options I could order that was dairy free.Return Factor- yes especially if we wanted to grab something quick before a movie, since the theater is just across the street.

Solid pizza, from the sauce to the toppings, served piping hot and in a friendly environment.

I have been coming to Luigi's for over 20 years - food and service have always been great. There was a misunderstanding on a recent order and we received the wrong item and they honored my order. That's service

Absolute best pasta, best fettuccine Alfredo, better than Cheesecake Factory, better than maggianos. My mom has been taking us here since I was a kid and she was coming here when she was a kid too. The pasta is authentic. It's an Italian family owned business with their family recipe of pastas and pizza. Inside is the cutest and transports you to the streets of Italy. Love coming here as a date, with family, or even getting to go. I've got my husband to love this place just as much. It's our pasta place now :) Their chicken Alfredo is the best - it's perfectly creamy, thick sauce, their bread is fresh soft and buttery paired so well with the pastas. I also enjoy the carbonara pasta or the chicken pesto. So many good options.

The three of us split a large pizza and a Caesar salad, a reasonable amount of food. The pizza was delicious, I enjoyed the thick crust and the pronounced flavors. We had a chicken pesto pizza with linguiça as the additional topping.Very friendly service, nice homestyle atmosphere. Would certainly come more often if I lived closer to this location.

It was pretty good, I don't come here often enough that's for sure. It's about 20 something per person with no lunch deals that I saw but most people from the area come here it seems. Lots of regulars, the manager or owner was talking with us while taking our order and just seemed really sincere in his thanks for us coming in today

Pizza was delicious! Very close to New York style, not too salty just perfect. Had a pizza party after a movie for my 11 year old. Great service and the kids were happy. Cute place!
