talk about a hidden gem!! le croissant is both very hidden and a total gem. when you turn into the lot, the bakery is in a warehouse - look for door 7 and to the left is an open door. I just walked in and saw baguettes on the rack and knew I was in the right place. there was no one up front so I just kept walking back until I found someone who helped me. i ordered 6 banh pate so (pork) and was on my merry way. they are $1.50 a piece and they also offer chicken. you can buy a loaf of bread for $2 I believe. everything is made fresh and it tastes oh so delish! one of my favorite spots since I was a kid. authentic and yummy Vietnamese baked goods

I loved their patê sô - not too flaky and filled with a good amount of meat. Both the pork and chicken were delicious. Finding the place was a bit tricky; it's in a mechanic shop area. Look for #7, even though the door may seem closed. Head to the left door next to #7, and you'll find a large bakery factory inside. They sell banh mi as well and it smells amazing. Take the advices from other reviews and call ahead of time. They had mines ready and hot when I picked them up.

Been coming out here for the past five years for their freshly made pate chaud comes in chicken and pork along with oven baked baguettes best for making banh mi and croissants. Located at a warehouse complex not an ideal place to be since there's no sign just look for #7 on the door Building 354 where you will see workers packing away breads and pate chaud for ready for made orders. It's always best to come by early since their hours are short from 5 to 10 in the morning. The lady that works here is super nice always greet us when coming in. We order five of pork and chicken pate chaud with delicious fillings price at $1.50 per piece far cheaper than its competitors along with French baguettes and croissants definitely my go to pate chaud and breads. Le Croissant is one of the best Vietnamese bakery shop around for its low priced oven baked breads and they have been in business for 32 years. Come early ample parking since most businesses are not open at that time. By the way it's cash only!

I'm dedicating review #3K to Le Croissant- 4.5 stars overall but rounding up for this awesome hole in the wall "bakery". Also, a big thank you to other Yelpers for putting Le Croissant on my radar! Note, they are open everyday but only from 5am to 10am (yes, those hours are correct..) and it's CASH ONLY. Pre-orders are highly recommended, but they were super nice and able to accommodate my order the same day (I called a couple of hours ahead of time). Luckily, they speak English since my Vietnamese is pretty non-existent. From what I could figure out, they sell Pâté Chaud/Vietnamese savory puff pastry (chicken or pork), baguettes (individual sized or loaves), croissants (small or large, although for the smaller size you have to buy a bag of appx. 9).Pick-up is tricky since they're located in an industrial warehouse area. As other Yelpers have mentioned, keep an eye out for the white building numbered "354" at the top. Turn into that parking lot, and drive down until you see Door#7 with the black iron bars on it. There should be an open door to the left, where you can walk into the warehouse. Don't hover in the doorway like a n00b (totally not talking about myself here, haha) and walk confidently over to where the pink boxes are stacked, and where they'll likely have staff waiting to give you your order. Try not to get distracted by the heavenly smell of butter and freshly baked goods. I arrived around 9:45am, and it seemed like they still had a good amount of orders that needed to be picked up. I ended up trying:-Chicken Pâté Chaud ($1.25/each, https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=m98jJ7lrCn_MGN0PVh9PGw&userid=76vIFZcC7owykCBjMfGVXg): Reminded me of why I love puff pastry! Their pastry was buttery and flaky, and they didn't skimp on the filling. Their chicken was good, but I liked their pork more.-Pork Pâté Chaud ($1.25/each): Yum- so good!! Again, their puff pastry was buttery and flaky, and there was plenty of filling. The pork was more flavorful than the chicken, and this would be the one I would order again. Highly recommended!-Croissants (9pcs/$3.15): I re-heated mine in the toaster for a few minutes and it was crispy and flaky. I also added butter and jam because, why not.. I did try their croissant as is, and it's on the saltier/more savory side. I would recommend using it for sandwiches or adding jam, etc versus eating on it's own (this is coming from a sweet tooth).I believe the pricing above is correct, since they just calculate your order total for you, and I didn't get a receipt (12 pâté chaud + 1 bag of croissants was a total of $18.15). I will definitely be back for more pâté chaud and to try their baguettes! Everything re-heated well, and I thought they still tasted great 1-2 days later. All staff were wearing masks and gloves, although one person's mask kept sliding beneath their nose (sigh). At least they were good about trying to move it back up. Parking might get difficult in this plaza, since there are limited spots and a lot seemed to be reserved for specific businesses; however, it was pretty quiet in the rest of the complex on a Saturday, and a few spots in front were available. The spots are also super small, so don't bring a big car if possible. There were also some customers who just double parked in front of the door.

Super cute ladies working in this wholesale bakery! I came for the croissants but honestly that's not what they're about. The PORK PATECHAUD AT $1.50 PER PIECE was to die for! Fresh out of the oven so flaky and crispy and hot with a juicy savory umami meatball filling! Yum! Their French baguettes were also so good, I think they were $2.50? for a pack of 2. Lots of Vietnamese customers were coming in and out. It appears as though it's not open to the public but you can just walk inside the garage. CASH ONLY! No place to sit down or dine, it's not about ambiance here people. Call ahead the day before to place your order! Can't wait to come back.

Came by at around 6am, called ahead at 5:30am just in case since other reviews recommended calling ahead. Super nice lady working at the bakery and had our order prepared and prices written up on a piece of paper. - 1 bag baguette $2.50- chicken pate chaud $1.40- pork pate chaud $1.30 (highly recommend!)- 1 bag small croissants $3.25- 1 bag large croissants $4.25The Pate choux pasties were still warm. Saw them putting in a few more racks into the oven while we were there. The croissants are shaped into an oval, ready to be turned into sandwich bread, but wasn't my kind of preferred croissant since I eat them plain. Will try the baguettes tonight! Love that they allow for small same day orders.

The place name sounds like French, but the pate chaud tasted like Chinese pate chaud. I would never buy from here again.

Dude. Talk about hole in the wall This place is nestled into a building with car shops surrounding it. There's no signs, so honestly it's a bit hard to distinguish which door to go through haha. But once you know, it's like one of those secret tunnels you accidentally find and boom there's treasure right in front of you!Through the door you find yourself right in the middle of the magic, aunties and grandmas making the pate chaud at a crazy rate, probably with their eyes closed, muscle memory at it's finest. Fresh baked baguettes lining the table, huge orders, all packed and ready for pick up.I usually call the day before for pick up. Always fresh and still hot for pick up! Be sure to bring cash!
