We got the sorbet ice cream and hot chocolate. Sorbet ice cream was really good - I would give this 4/5 given I am generally not into sorbets. Hot chocolate was very chocolatey and HOT. It was much needed for a very cold evening. I would give the drink a 5/5. They have more interesting aspects to their business in the ice cream rolls they offer, which I will have to come back and try, but so far this spot is pretty legit!Staff: SUPER FRIENDLY. They were well versed in all the items they offered. Ambiance: fun spot for a cute dessert date!

We wandered into this ice cream shop on a whim after dinner. We were looking for dessert and Kween's was a convenient option. I decided to just get a chocolate cookie, which was baked fresh when I ordered it. They also were very kind in accommodating to our various group orders. Since everything is highly customizable, it takes quite a while to get your food, but it is well worth it if you have the time.

Kween's is my new go to for rolled ice cream! I literally told my boyfriend today that I think I prefer this over icicles. the shop has never been super busy which is nice, so I typically can walk up and order immediately. My go to is the cookie butter ice cream with Oreos and Nutella, and Nutella and mochi on top. My one and only (and very odd might I add) complaint has to do with their spoons. We noticed the first time we went they were super flimsy, and hard to scoop freshly rolled ice cream that is on the firmer side. We have to hold the spoon at the base of the scooper or else it bends too much and can't pick up any ice cream! So my message to the owners, can you get more durable spoon please!?! Other than that, a very pleasant experience, and will be back soon (and hope to see new spoons lol!)

loved this place! first of all, they were careful with no contamination when an allergy was mentioned. secondly, the place is very cozy. thirdly, the ice cream is really good and the prices are reasonable. I have been here two times already and loved the service every time. I will definitely be back!

I was craving something sweet after dinner so we decided to stop by for some rolled ice cream. The staff was very friendly and service was quick. The ice cream was super delicious and big with all of the toppings. It's a great value for the quality they have. 10/10 recommend!

We came here for desserts after dinner, and got an ube ice cream with white chocolate, Nutella, mochi, and whip cream. The ube ice cream was really good! The Nutella also went well with it

kween's ice cream in downtown mountain view has such a fun and unique dessert experience with its made-to-order rolled ice cream. the flavors are creative, with fresh ingredients and a variety of toppings to choose from. The presentation is instagram-worthy, and the shop has a bright, welcoming atmosphere. service is very friendly, but wait times can be long due to the preparation process. so perfect for a sweet treat after exploring mountain view!!we ordered the oreo ice cream topped with cheesecake bits, rainbow sprinkles, a toasted marshmallow with white chocolate sauce and an ube ice cream topped with lychee jelly and a toasted marshmallow. so delicious

Who needs a club when you have Ice Cream Kween?!? Came here on a Saturday night 30 minutes before closing. Rolled ice cream: 5/5. I ordered a cookie butter ice cream base with almond and brownie mix ins, and cookie butter and graham cracker as toppings. Ice cream tasted delicious and made right in front of you. Note: there is also the option to get scooped ice cream if you are not interested in rolled ice cream. Service: 4/5. Cashier could have showed a little enthusiasm but it was towards the end of his shift. The ice cream was made pretty quick and we didn't have to wait long for it. Ambiance: 4/5. The music was so loud it felt like I was at a club! It was hard to hear the cashier and we had yell to talk to each other. Parking: 5/5. Street parking only. Wasn't too hard to find on a Saturday night. Overall not a bad experience since the ice cream was good.

This place was good. It seems like they have an extensive collection of toppings and small desserts like flan. Service was nice. The ice cream was really thick! Like they added a thickener (xanthum gum?). Seemed very dense. I liked the subtle flavor of the Nutella. They do mix it with vanilla. The diced almonds added a nice crunch.
