talk about an upgrade! they now have delicious silog bowls that I'm always thinking about and coming back for. the meat to rice ratio is very good but there have been times where it wasn't consistent. i haven't tried their other boba but the jasmine milk tea is pretty good. when they first opened, the service was a bit awkward and lot of kids running around but it's been fine the past few times I've been. who I assume are the new owners, are very nice and friendly. my only complaint, is that they use crinkle-cut fries and different sisig now. the old joy4tea, as lame as they were (sorry), had top tier sisig fries. I'm talkin' about way better than Senor Sisig. i get they have a new recipe now but I implore the owners to switch to regular cut fries and not maskara style (snout, ear, cheeks)... just pork belly would be fine. if they changed the fries, this place would for sure be a 5/5!

First and last time coming , the boba was very disappointing. The tea drink i ordered tasted like water with added color and the jelly they gave me it was so counted . The milk tea as well tasted like water with sugar . So gross that I ended up throwing them away . Service was okay . But disappointed with our drinks .

This place has a super extensive menu! There were so many delicious sounding food items that I wanted to try but I ended up getting only drinks. I tried the:Mango graham- This one blew me away! Although it was sweeter than I would have wanted it to be, it was still delicious nonetheless and the sugar level didn't take away from the overall experience of trying this drink. The graham cracker crumbs and caramel syrup made this drink an absolute banger! I never knew that graham crackers would pair so well with mangos and cream! Absolute must! All in all, solid place for quick bites and drinks!

If I could give this place 3.5 stars I would! I enjoyed the food more than the drinks - we got one of the specialty fries (pork with shrimp) to share, and the flavors were definitely there. A little sweet, salty, and crunchy all at once! The portions were pretty generous too, and we were able to enjoy it sitting comfortably in a booth during a not so busy hour. The menu selection is vast, with lots of appetizers and drinks to choose from (note that they've discontinued the split drink option due to customer complaints about long wait times). Prices range from about $11-12 an appetizer and $6 a drink. I didn't really enjoy the watermelon peach smoothie as much as the fries because it tasted more artificial than I would like, especially the peach. I'm not sure if it was the syrup they used or maybe the balance of fruits in it just wasn't there. Note that there's no dairy in any of the fruit smoothies.Service was fine - everything came out relatively quickly and we were able to get our questions answered. If I come back I'll have to try one of the milk teas and see if my rating doesn't increase, but so far their drinks haven't wowed me.

Joy4tea is now open under new management. Inside still looks the same. Drink and food menu's changed but everything tastes great! We ordered sisig fries, sisig with rice, chicken wings, and siomai. For the drinks we got mango-strawberry smoothie, avocado smoothie, and Vietnamese coffee which was really good! Staff is very friendly and the food was served quickly! would definitely come back here!

They have a pretty good variety of foods for being a milk tea place. The popcorn chicken was nice and crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. It came with a dipping sauce. The kbbq chicken fries were pretty good. The portion size was better than I expected. The original pork Sisig wrap was good but I wish the Sisig flavor was a bit stronger. I'll have to try their drinks next time. Plenty of parking which is a bonus.

Tea is ok but very light and not much flavor . They charge extra for boba not like other place it's included. Service was good.

I was craving sisig fries sooo bad. I searched on Yelp and this place came up. As a boba shop, I was expecting the food to subpar. But to my surprise it was super flavorful and I really enjoyed it. The Beef Tapa was also super good, although the portions could have been a tiny bit more, I enjoyed my food overall and my partner and I really enjoyed our boba as well. I will be back!

they have the best sisig fries!!! Hands down!!! we decided to visit this cute milk tea house and it didnt disappoint. The set up is cute and the ambiance is pleasant. The drink we ordered was just the right amount of sweet and definitely quench your thirst. This place is a must visit. Will surely come back to try more of their drinks and foo
