Selection of beer is excellent. Good food, fish and chips, wings and chips. Live music some evenings a bit loud, but fun!

Stopped by the Redwood City location after I heard about an opening during the fall in the East Bay (Fremont). Decided to try the food with a couple of beers. They had a band, so Live Music an extra plus. Service was excellent. Burgers were good, very tasty. Sausage plate was very nice. My only regret, not ordering the Fish & Chips, they looked amazing and were very popular that night. Beer is very good, not overly hoppy, just good flavor, good beer.Great little Gem in RWC, can tell it was quite the locals hang out and we enjoyed our time next to the locals. I hope the new location has the same vibe when it opens this fall.

Everything went well. Loved the experience of drinking actual "Old World " English beer. Our server was extremely wonderful. The bad that was here was great (Sunday afternoon). Ive been here before and so glad i came back. It is a nice place, clean and warming. Are you here yet?

Great atmosphere and the lady at the counter was super helpful and friendly. Came here as a family, good environment and good choice of food too.The food was really greasy and the mac and cheese had hardly any noodles and a lot of cheese- kids didn't like it.

Yummy burgers and the best fries!! I'm so happy Freewheel is close to my house. The inside is a cool atmosphere to hang out.

Very Good collection of beer, their English beer is top notch! Vibe is very chill too , service can be improved more but otherwise it's all good.

I love this place. The beer is excellent, staff is friendly, and they have the best fish and chips this side of the Atlantic.My one caveat is their blooming onion and their use of the mayo-based dipping sauce. First, I'm allergic to American mayonnaise because of the preservative used in it. Second, I hate the taste because it overwhelms everything it touches. I don't mind when a restaurant puts it in a small serving dish and puts it in the center of the onion because I can always take it out and put it in the trash where it belongs. But for some reason known only to God and the chef, they pour that horrible stuff into the onion, making dipping unnecessary and rendering the entire snack inedible. Even the people I was with who don't have an aversion to it thought it was disgusting.

The burger is great. Love how you can customize it. Lots of selection on beers and have happy hour every Thursday.

Love this place. Excellent beer - try the London Calling or Ironbridge when they're served British style from the cask. Food is great too, great live music. But come for the beer.

Always Great food and beer selection ! Well rounded menu. The crew are amazing and the chef is outstanding.
