The food here is fantastic! We absolutely loved the Chicken 65 and the Paneer Tikka Masala. All the flavors were nicely balanced. The garlic naan was perfectly fresh, with just the right amount of garlic and butter--simply delightful. The veggie chow mein, however, wasn't a favorite as it had a strong cilantro flavor that overpowered the dish. That said, it didn't take away from the overall experience, as the other dishes were exceptional. The service was fast, and the staff were warm and welcoming. We'll definitely be returning to try more items from the menu!

So, I popped into this spot after hearing some pretty good things from friends and ended up with some mixed feelings. The place was bustling but had a nice laid-back vibe that made you feel right at home. It's one of those places you can tell is well-loved by the locals, but maybe a bit too much at times given how packed it was!We started off hoping for some tasty naan and samosas, but it was kind of a letdown. The naan came out rubbery, and the samosas, which are usually my go-to, were cold and lacked that satisfying crunch. Not exactly what I would have hoped for, especially when that's supposed to be the easy win!The service was a bit of a test of patience also unfortunately. We had to flag down waiters just for water and refills, but I guess I'll cut them some slack since it looked like they were swamped catering to a big family next to us. Once we got their attention, they were pretty friendly, though, so there's that.Despite the food and service hiccups, the ambiance inside was quite relaxed and inviting, at least. With its cozy setup, it seemed like a good spot to unwind with friends--I just wish everything else matched up to that vibe. Maybe it'll be different next time, but for now, it's sitting at a solid three stars for me.

I had the coconut gobi for delivery, and it was incredibly delicious. The cauliflower melted in my mouth, and the coconut glaze/sauce was extremely indulgent. They have a special vegan section of the menu, with a wide variety of options.

We ordered takeout and got butter chicken, saag paneer, fried chicken momo. Everything was delicious! Takeout took about 25 min from our online order placement on a Friday night. The saag was perfectly seasoned and there was plenty of paneer. The butter chicken gravy was very tasty as well. Don't forget to order naan or rice to go with the curries. The chicken momo were very good but I'd like to try the steamed version next time. These came 5 to an order and were served on a bed of very tasty stir fried noodles. We didn't dine inside but we'll definitely be back for more tasty dishes.

Post- Shoreline concert dinner and the place was completely packed at 11pm (not with concert-goers, just the regular Wednesday night crowd). Some of the best naan I've ever had, but softer than some people's preference. Tikka masala curries a touch sweet and random pockets of spice in the biriyani needed raita. Saag paneer and goat curry were my favorites. Lassis and chai also very good. Live in Fremont, so the standard for Indian is quite high. Unfortunately, didn't have a chance to try the Himalayan and Nepalese dishes because everyone else wanted Indian dishes, but will remedy that when I check out the also open late San Jose location.

All I can say is wow! I don't eat a lot of Indian and Nepalese food so I didn't know what to expect. My friends took the lead on ordering. The restaurant is small but the fit a lot of tables. I felt a little squished because the tables were so close to each other. It took a little while to get our food but I didn't mind because it was pretty busy. The samosa chat was absolutely delicious. There was a bit of kick but not too spicy. We ordered two butter chicken because the first one was so good. The portions aren't huge but I feel like the food is really filling. The saag paneer with the naan was a great combo. I look forward to returning.

Nepali/Indian cuisine. The original steamed chicken Momos(dumpling) were Excellent. The Chicken lollipop a big let down - seemed like a pakora, the batter was made with besan(gram) instead of the lighter rice/corn flour used in Indo-chinese dishes. Also, the Chicken/Egg chowmein was subpar with stringy chicken peices(premade). The Shrimp65 wasn't authentic, came in a curd(!!) based sauce with few curry leaves. Fish fry oily. Chicken Manchurian(dry) was good. Finally the Nepali Chicken curry seemed authentic with a nice flavor to go with rotis. So I guess one should stick to basics & avoid any fusion. Need to give it another try.Place is a bit tight, very crowded. Service is quick & friendly.
