The service is fast and the staff is great! Tried the pandan and coconut bread and pate so from there. They also have a lot of snacks and cakes. Pandan and coconut bread is also not too sweet.

Unfriendly and unwelcoming.I used to come by here for their baked goods and today wanted to buy a birthday cake. I was excited to let my husband enjoy what I remembered eating as a child, but before we could even place an order, one of the older ladies who worked there came out and yelled at us for bringing in our stroller. We had our newborn with us at the time and while I understand that we may have been in blocking the walkway, it's not a reason to treat us poorly. A kind request for us to move would have sufficed. We weren't belligerent or uncooperative. We left immediately and decided to support the other bakery in the Lion plaza. Don't bother with this one.

This bakery has taken a disappointing turn for the worse. My father, who has always trusted them for special occasions, ordered me a birthday cake three days in advance. My dad asked me to pick up, since he had to make the food for our guests and told me I could leave earlier than 1. Our cake was scheduled for pick up at 1pm. Me, not wanting to make multiple trips back and forth, decided to call them to confirm. Unfortunately, I was told that I needed to come at the agreed upon time. Okay, no problem. When I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, not only was the cake not ready, but when it finally was, the design was a far cry from what he had selected. Additionally, it looked nothing like the example he had chosen, and frankly, it was embarrassing.Despite years of loyalty and countless positive experiences, this was a huge letdown. When we brought the issue to their attention, the staff tried to offer a fix, but their attitude was dismissive of the time we spent driving back and forth, and we ended up opting for a refund instead. The fact that they moved the example cake we were comparing it to only added to the frustration. It's clear the consistency and quality we once relied on are gone. If you order a cake here, be prepared for a disappointing surprise. We won't be returning, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this bakery with any important occasion. While the man did give us a refund***, the other lady working at the counter tried to convince my dad to pick out another cake. My dad was already too mad and just simply wanted his refund. TLDR; take photos of the cake you choose for comparison. My dad got me a birthday cake that looked NOTHING like what he saw the day he ordered. It also seems to me that, for the most part, the cake looks 95% of what you'd expect. There's *always* AT LEAST a 5% difference. My best friends also bought me a cake here for yesterday. While it was nice, it was not exactly what they ordered. It's weird that they also draw a version of the cake, instead of have an actual album to base the custom ordered cake off of... this time, I got 5% of what was requested...I love this bakery because it gave me a lot of good memories, but these days, the cakes have been extremely inconsistent with their designs. I'd be weary ordering cake here. It might be time for me to look some place else. *** My dad had a huge argument on the phone with the man before coming to the store and in person.

Euro Delights Bakery and head baker, Quynh, are absolutely AMAZING on all levels!!!I come here religiously, year after year, for all of my family's cakes. Not only are the cakes absolutely stunning, they are not overly sweet like the average American cakes. Filling range from traditional Asian flavors such as ube, guava, pandan, and durian. There are also a number of concoctions for chocolate lovers such as mocha, banana chocolate crunch, grand marnier, & raspberry chocolate. I've had my share of experiences with other bakeries who provide you with specialty custom cakes but they unfortunately work with a lot of fondant, making for expensive cakes. Not only is it pricey but the cake is also wasted due to my dislike for the fondant layering. For those of you who share my disgust, Euro Delights Bakery is your answer!! Custom designs of all sorts are made with pure precision, absolute skill, and a deliciously airy whipped frosting. You will not be disappointed in design or taste!! As a heads up, cakes require about a week or two of notice- this all depends on the design and amount of details involved.5/5 stars for obvious reasons. Two thumbs up for these beautifully decorated edible pieces of art. The cake decorators are phenomenal!!!

My family adores the pandan cake from Euro Delight. Their cakes, known for being fluffy and moist, strike a perfect balance, not overly sweet like some American brands. Despite the rising cake prices, Euro Delight remains relatively affordable. Ordering and picking up a beautifully decorated cake in just 24 hours is convenient. They excel in elaborate larger cakes, with impeccable decoration. In addition to cakes, their authentic product selection of Asian pastries, snacks, sweets, and condiments caters to Vietnamese and Chinese customers. Lion Plaza offers ample parking, ensuring convenience, and the service is consistently fast and friendly.

**NON-CAKE REVIEW (unfortunately...)**To be honest, there's a part of me that wasn't really sure I should post this yet. Across the handful of visits I've made here, I've managed to try a number of things. However, after scrolling through the other reviews on here, it didn't take long for me to realize that what I've gotten here is completely different from what so many others have (and probably the best things to get). Which, in hindsight, shouldn't have come as that big of a surprise given their name...whoops.As you could probably gather from their name (better than I can, at least), Euro Delights Bakery's specialties are their European-style confections. More specifically, perhaps, are their beautifully decorated cakes that come in both traditional and more Asian influenced flavors, like grand marnier chocolate, strawberry lychee, mango coconut, and durian. What's more, they come both pre-made and customized for nearly any occasion, whether it be for a wedding, birthday, graduation, or just because. They also have a pandan coconut waffle and taro bread that are almost just as popular, but most of what I've tried are among the many varieties of Vietnamese snacks, prepared items, sweet treats, and refrigerated steamed baos they have to offer.Typically, the main thing I get when I come here is their COM SAY CHA BONG (Burnt Rice with Fish Sauce, Chili Flakes, and Pork Floss), as well as their chicken version. The rice is fine (not too burnt/crunchy), but the fish sauce mixture they use on both has the perfect balance of salty, sweet, and spicy and is generously applied. Sadly, everything else I've had hasn't been quite as impressive. The PANDAN COCONUT WAFFLE my friend got had a nice coconut flavor to it, but I couldn't taste much of the pandan and the waffle itself was a little soggy (though, it may have just been the part I tried). Also, the PORK BUN had a decently flavorful and meaty filling, but the bun itself felt a little dried out to me.Despite my relatively pedestrian experiences, even I'm a little hesitant to hold it against Euro Delights too heavily since I clearly didn't try the things that they're truly known for. For that reason, and the fact that there are plenty of other items that I'd be inclined, I'm more than a little inclined to come back and possibly (probably?) update this. At the very least, if I needed a cake for an occasion even remotely close to this place, I would absolutely try to get it from here so that I can what I'm missing out on!

Cake is absolutely stunning and their flavor is very are pretty good. The service is okay not as great. They didn't greet you or even when you stand looking at the cakes they didn't ask if I need help . The interior inside is clean , and organized. They also accept major MC and Visa I wish the workers is more friendly and greet when customers come to purchase their bakeries. Overall I am still coming back for their cakes.

Was craving some yummy coconut cake, so we decided to swing by Euro Delights on 4th of July. Big mistake. I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here.We walk in and it's super confusing where to order/pay. So I first check the cake case and (bummer) no coconut cake. Decided to settle for a slice of mango since we were already here. There is one woman making waffles, another woman at the center area taking care of a cake order and an elderly woman by the register. I get in line for the register. She takes the order from the guy in front of me in Vietnamese. But instead of helping me (I'm next in line) she walks away to help a Vietnamese customer in the center. I'm super confused and must have shown the frustration because the guy in front of me asked if I was ok. Told him I thought I was next in line and he said "yeah, the check out process is very messy here." Then he proceeded to tell the lady behind the counter to help me in Vietnamese. She immediately addressed me and got me the slice of mango cake.Upon check out I handed her a credit card and she said they took cash only. That's odd, because I saw another women checking out with a cc and there was another woman in line holding her card. Not sure what that was about.Based on that, I will not be returning, which is sad because I really like their cakes. Whether it was related to my race or just poor customer service, I just support businesses who treat people badly.
