On a chilly Friday evening, I was struggling to find restaurants still open late at night. I called ahead and found that this restaurant's last call was at 11:30, which meant we would still make it. So, excited I went to this restaurant with a friend for a nice peaceful dinner. We were quickly seated and the server helped us out right away. After listening to some suggestions we made our choices. My burger was scrumptious and her salad was delectable. We also ordered the ahi tuna tower appetizer which was really nice with the chips. Our drinks were also really smooth and delicious. I'd come back here.(May or may not have gotten food poisoning here, but I'd still come back)

Came on a Monday evening thinking there would be no wait, but it was fairly busy! We had to wait about 45 minutes to be seated for 2. Luckily, we were able to walk around the area and go to Whole Foods while we waited lolRight when we were seated, we were not greeted right away by our server and were not offered water for about another 20 minutes. However, we were able to place our order right away and the food came out fairly quickly.I got the al pastor fish tacos and my husband got a burger with the Mac n cheese balls. I thought the fish tacos were mediocre, and for some reason it didn't seem that warm... the fries were good! My husband liked his burger. The Mac n cheese balls are probably my favorite thing. All in all, this location disappointed me a bit with the service and the food was just ok... but maybe it was just not the best day because I do enjoy Eureka!

TL;DR: Though the dry-aged burger patty was tasty and well-executed, the somewhat clumsy assembly and unmemorable topping did not leave me feeling "Eureka!" in my burger quest. The Details:Curious and on a hunt for a memorable dry-aged burger, I found out about Eureka's offering and decided to pay a visit. My wife and I came during an off-time in the early afternoon; the ambiance was nice, though the service felt a little bit lethargic because it was past peak lunch hour. No matter, so long as a satisfactory burger could be had. I ordered the dry aged bone marrow shiitake burger, medium rare, and was eventually greeted with a tasty looking burger. The patty itself was cooked to desired doneness and pleasant to the palate; the dry-aged character of it didn't feel that memorable / noticeable, but it was a good patty nonetheless. The bun was also tasty and toasted on the inside.Unfortunately, Eureka thought for some reason that putting the tomato in between the bottom bun and the burger was a good idea, which led to the bottom bun eventually falling apart as it saturated with tomato juice. Additionally, the bone marrow shiitake butter, while interesting in concept, didn't have much of a memorable flavor, or even flavor at all. Lastly, the fries, while decent, weren't terribly memorable.Overall, a bit of a mixed experience--I'll be continuing my burger quest and searching for my eureka moment elsewhere.

My coworkers and I dined in for a lunch together on a weekday, and the seating inside is vast, spacious with great lighting. I personally got a Caesar salad with medium rare steak added on, and the table shared a few appetizers: truffle fries, fried pickles, loaded nachos, and sweet potato fries. The Caesar salad was standard, but I would pass on the added-on steak next time - probably another protein or dish completely would be worth trying. The truffle fries and loaded nachos appetizers were probably my favorite. As an avid pickle fan, I'm surprised at how overly sour the fried pickles were - incredibly juicy, however. The sweet potato fries were good, but surprising because they tasted more like a dessert, due to the added sweetner - potentially maple syrup? Overall, the food was OK and service was great. Good place to come with a large group or casual lunch.

My friends and I went to Eureka! in search of good, American fare after a fun day at a convention in the Hyatt Regency nearby. And Eureka! delighted me with its modern take on the American classics. With the lights turned down low in a sea of customers' murmurs, Eureka! finds its elegance in the rugged shadows of modern industrialism. We were seated in a booth and served a round of water to start. The menu offered everything from the straightforward hamburger to the sophisticated fig, cheese, and bacon burger.I got the Eureka! American burger well-done with a side of their signature fries. My friends and I swapped stories over an appetizer of Dorito-crusted shishito peppers (crunchy, melted fun for those of us who are kids at heart), and our main courses arrived soon after. As Americans do, my burger projected confidence (dare I say brashness?). My eyes were drawn first to the bold stripes on the seared onion, a decisive flourish from the chef who left the burger's upper bun resting casually on the side. The cheese was warmly melted, and it blanketed the beef patty, lettuce, and tomatoes.I loved the first bite. Buttery bun, warm beef and Swiss cheese melted in my mouth. Crunchy lettuce and juicy tomato followed with the light tickle of pickle and cozy burger sauce. The signature fries were delicious too; lightly salted, the fries were mild and easy on the tongue, with notes of starch accented by peppery parsley.I had a great time with my friends over dinner at Eureka! and I'd come here again for a trendy, casual meal.

Went for a work lunch and it was very good. Our table was ready when we got there and their service team was excellent: quickly getting us seated and taking drink and appetizer orders. The food was good overall: we had the wings, brussel sprouts, and broccolini appetizers. The wings were wings, the broccolini was good as well. The brussel sprouts were great though, perfectly cooked with an excellent sauce. My main was the salmon, which was very good, but my mashed potatoes were a little too buttery for my taste, and the green beans weren't that good. Overall very good experience, as the meal and service were enjoyed by all.

The family and I have been hearing about the hype of Eureka and finally decided to check it out. We ended up going to the Santa Clara location and the interior design was very nice. Very modernized and had nice dinner vibes. The menu options all sounded great while not being too extensive. Also had a rotating alcohol menu which was interesting. We ended up getting the Wings w/ Bourbon Dry Rub as a shareable. Was cooked very well. Also ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the Fresno Fig Burger. The Spicy Chicken was pretty good, but nothing too out of the ordinary, but the Fresno Fig was delicious. We also did the Mac N Cheese Balls and Cheese Truffle Fries as side substitutions. The fries were so freaking good. You can definitely taste the Truffle compared to other establishments where it's barely noticeable in taste. Was definitely satisfied with that selection. All around, the food was amazing across the board. Would have given a higher rating, but our server didn't provide the best service unfortunately. Got my drink order wrong, messed up our wing seasoning selection, and charged me twice for the drink order mess up.

Soooooo this was my first time at this particular Santa Clara, Eureka location! I went to the Cupertino location years ago and one along the peninsula. I want to say a year ago for Halloween special, but I could be wrong if that wasn't this restaurant. Nevertheless, with my lovely annoying food allergy to monos sodium glucosamine/MSG, the only thing the server could actually offer me was a grilled piece of chicken. Lol.Family the bacon burger with onion rings as well as the pastrami quesadilla and my niece got a macaroni and cheese! She's incredibly picky when it comes to macaroni and cheese, so I was really happy. She was able to eat it and it wasn't too creamy/cheesy for her. Lol , no pun intended!Overall, the server was incredibly nice when we first were seated with a lady yet something happened after she got our drink order and she switched tables yet she never made mention of this to us and we had a very responsible, attentive gentleman service next, but he had a very soft spoken voice, so it was hard to hear him over the trance/Vegas style music blaring above our heads. Lol.Overall, I'm sure this place is a good hangout spot to watch a game and get a drink. Happy hour deals. Just check their menu ahead of time, but for me and my annoying monosodium glutamate/MSG food, allergies I couldn't really eat anything but I loved my cider beer! Lol

I got a bison burger here to go. I felt like my burger was greasier and didn't taste as good as the Mountain View location. I feel like this place is a hit or miss. I would come here to hang out with people if there wasn't another area to hang out but the burgers are normally good at other locations but seem to not always hit even though I've been here twice. Maybe it's better to eat inside? But idk why it would be. Service is quick to go and ambiance is okay!

I thought it'd be bigger on the inside. This Eureka is very trendy, but maybe a little too much so. My friends and I needed to use our phone flashlights to read the menu because it's so dim inside. The food here is very tasty and comes out at a good pace. The wait staff here are also very friendly!
