My eyeballs did pop out of my eye socket from staring at all these pastries. I wanted to buy 1 of each, of course! Hefty price tag and watching my waistline did prevent me from snagging 1 of each item. You can choose savory or sweet croissants. We had a savory stuffed mushroom croissant and a sweet Kouign Amann. Both so good and were flakey and buttery in your mouth!Customer service is great. Prices are steep. Lines are long. Very popular place. Parking is horrible.

Stopped in on a Monday afternoon and there was zero wait! I think I got there when there was a break in people bc I've been sitting in the cafe for about an hour, and there are steady streams of people. The selection is absolutely beautiful - and definitely on the pricey side. I spoke to a staff member and she told me they recommend that all pastries should be eaten same day - so I limited myself to two pieces. A fancy monthly special cube ($14) and a mixed berry danish ($8.20). I also added an iced matcha latte ($5.30) with oat milk (+0.75).Overall I think it's a nice aesthetic bakery - the cube WAS good (albeit messy - the custard on the inside got everywhere). I just don't find it so impressive/tasty that I would come again. The matcha latte was disappointing - a small cup that tasted entirely of just the oat milk.

The croissants here are arguably the best in the bay area. Definitely one of those spots that everyone has heard about due to Instagram, but the quality of pastries has not dropped since their opening a few years ago!Even coming in after their brunch rush, there were still lots of people coming in to order. There isn't as much stock of items in the afternoon but they still have some of the popular items available. There's inside seating and it was mostly full during the afternoon. Mostly people chatting and not a place to get work done in a quiet atmosphere.I'd you're a fan of croissants and are looking for recommendations for a flavorful pastry adventure, the Matcha Dream croissant was excellent with its rich tea flavor. The Cube Croissant French Toast has a memorable fluffy interior. Will be back for their brunch menu soon!

We met up with some friends for breakfast/brunch here. It was crowded as usual! We tried some different things...White Sesame & Honey Croissant (3.5/5) - buttery, flakey, sweet from the honey with the nutrients of the sesame seeds. Triple Chocolate Croissant (3/5) - the croissant was flakey good as you would expect. The triple Chocolate was not as much as you would expect in something called, "Triple Chocolate". It would have been nice if chocolate was throughout the croissant, but it was only on one side (the right to be exact) of the croissant. Glad I tried it but I'd get another pastry next time.I got a chai latte (which was good) and my wife enjoyed her mocha. Our friends (Connie W) ordered the...Foccacia Pesto Mushroom - ok, maybe better heated up.Pecan Cinnamon Roll - decent, good.Croissant Sandwich with Eggs and Gruyere: folded eggs with gruyere cheese and choice of French ham or Black Pepper Bacon. Connie W said, "her sandwich was really good. Reminded her of a Japanese egg sando as the eggs were fluffy and light."Some other friends ordered the...Matcha Chocolate Croissant - the matcha was flavorful but maybe "too overpowering and there was little chocolate. It was still good, though".Almond Pain au Chocolat - saved it for later.

I had a great experience at Croissants! There was a bit of a line when we arrived just before noon, but it moved quickly, and the ordering system is pretty efficient. You order and pay ahead of time, then find a seat if you're dining in (they also do takeout, which is super convenient). Both of the drinks we tried were amazing! The ice einspanner signature drink was like an American coffee with cold foam -- so delicious. If you're in the mood for something sweeter, definitely go for the matcha latte. As for the pastries, all four items we tried were fantastic! The sweet ones weren't overly sweet, which I really appreciated. They had the perfect balance. The savory option was also great -- they don't skimp on the filling, so it was super satisfying. The only downside is the price, which is a bit on the expensive side. But honestly, it's worth it if you're able to try it once in a while because the quality is definitely there. Definitely looking forward to coming back to try more of their offerings!

My friend introduced me to this haven of baked goodies when I came to visit her. I loved it so much that I made her take me the next time I came back around. We went in early and while there was a small line, I appreciated the fact that it moved at a reasonable pace where we didn't feel impatient and we had enough time to browse all that they had. We ended up getting the pepper sausage danish, the ham and cheese croissant, and the mango and strawberry filled croissants. This four items were split between four people and we were happily stuffed and ready for a mornign of pickleball. Flavors are really good and not too messy. While not as crunchy and flakey as croissants you can find at Butter&Crumble or Quail and Condor, this is a great spot to visit anyhow. Lots of parking, seating, and good food to enjoy here

Excellent excellent yummy pastries and coffee!! Their pastries here is a bit pricey for my taste but, really, they are all really good and tasty. With an unassuming entrance, you'll be able to spot CROISSANTE easily because there's always a long line out the door! And there's good reasons why. They serve nice menu and virtually everything we've tried is excellent. Even their iced tea or cappuccino are made perfectly. You'll start by standing in line, and when it's your turn to order, you'll pick the pastries or food that you like, then proceed to find yourself a seat. Though they're busy, we've never had any problems finding a seat. Of course, one should sit down only AFTER you've ordered, which helps the dining room space stays manageable. Excellent pastries and coffee!! A nice afternoon snack or a perfect place for brunch.

Great quality of product, all baked goods not only look lovely but they taste delicious! Very reminiscent of what you can get in France. The space itself is a bit small, but there is seating/tables indoors. No patio seating. I feel like Croissante is better suited for grab and go.They have a good variety of Brunch items, sweet and savory breads and other classic French patisserie items with a twist as well. Opted for their Pan Suisse au Chocolat and White Sesame and Honey Croissant, as they were out of their Pain au Chocolat and their plain croissants. For something savory, the Salt Bread which is super popular in Korea. To drink a Matcha Latte, they offer alternative milk and can adjust sugar levels.Out of what was ordered, the White Sesame and Honey Croissant was delicious! Super flakey, buttery croissant and the sweetness from the honey and the nuttiness of the white sesame was great! Probably one of the best croissants I've had in a long while. The Pan Suisse was okay, though I wish it had a bit more chocolate to it as it was lacking. Salt bread was delicious and super addicting. Soft pillowy bread, that melts in your mouth and the sea salt is perfectly contrasted with the sweetness of the bread. As for the Matcha Latte, definitely not the best Matcha I've had, barely could taste the matcha and found the milk to be lukewarm despite picking it up quickly at the counter. A lot of items were either out or in the process of being baked, so it can be a game of chance.Service is on the slow side and the line quickly builds as there was only 1-2 people assisting customers with their orders and only one cashier at the register. Price point is reflected in the quality of baked goods.Interior sound is not loud/noisy. As mentioned before, seating is limited. Because you bus your own table/space found that the tables or seats were left dirty or sticky. Would visit again to try more of their sweet patisserie items, the croissant or salt bread though.

The holy grail of the baked goods. From the moment I stepped in here , my life was forever changed. I didn't know how utterly amazing it would be to bite into a light , flakey, buttery croissant . It had a nice crunnchy exterior , but the inside was soft , tender & slightly chewy . It was like biting into a piece of heaven. My all time favorites here is the almond croissant ,strawberry croissant, & the Kouigann Amman. If you've never tried the Kouigann Amman you are missing out ! The combination of crispy, caramelized, and slightly sticky on the outside, with a tender, buttery, and slightly chewy interior is out of this world. This place hands down makes the best croissants in the Bay area. Prices are a bit steep for dessert. Bought 4 the last time and it came to about $40 which is pricey for a sweet tooth . Be careful . This place is addicting . Came here 2 days in a row. Although , it may be a bit pricey I'd definitely say it's worth every penny. I also like how they package everything and put it in a nice bag. Need to make another trip back. Getting my sweet tooth cravings =D
