This cafe feels a bit corporate - which makes sense because it's close to Stanford and some other businesses, so many workers frequent it throughout the day.I've dropped in for a quick coffee and breakfast, and I would say that food/beverages are decent without being that memorable. While they have a semi-large menu, none of the items really stand out; the flavors aren't bland but don't pack a punch either. Sometimes it can get busy and you may be waiting for your order for 15 minutes or more. Service is ok - also not too memorable. There is a small parking lot in the back that can fill up quickly during the lunch hour. I haven't come here during non-lunch hours but they do currently offer a happy hour with discounted appetizers and drinks. There are also community events such as Toastmasters, Zumba, clothing drives, and other events that may draw a crowd.

Excellent food & service from Erika-Of the many Coupa locations, this one is the best. Nice open ambiance and great light. Especially great is the prompt & friendly service from Erika who runs the front. Get some breakfast tacos, a delicious Espresso coffee, and enjoy the space. Well done, team.

Horrible service. Plus they have the audacity to ask for a tip beforehand. Ordered a croissant and paid for it plus added an 18% tip. The woman instead of handing me the croissant just walked away. Had to ask someone else to bag it for me. Just horrid. I should have asked for my money back.

This is my go to work spot when I'm in Palo Alto. Outdoor seating, good wifi, outdoor electrical outlets, decent hours, acceptable food. It's been a great resource for me. Good staff. Longer hours in the summer. Seems to be mostly Stanford people there as customers.

A short walk from the office, Coupa Cafe offers a variety of options for those looking for a quick bite. I ended up eating here twice on my most recent trip into town. They offer breakfast and lunch and reasonable prices. The lines can get long at peak hours, so try to sneak out for lunch early or plan to eat a bit later. As for my recommendations, while the soup I had was good but not quite a homerun, the tacos were awesome. They have a wide variety of menu options, including stuff for picky eaters, vegans, or vegetarians.Staff is friendly. Service is takeaway with limited seating. Power outlets and wifi is available if you're looking to do more than just eat and run.

I got a chicken arugula salad for lunch here. It was pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to ear here, but it's decent.

9/21. I askethe cashier what she recommended and her choice was a burger. I didn't get a burger but the Mediterranean Panini. The chicken by itself is still dry. However with the pesto and melted cheese it was delicious. Lucky this time I got the dressing on the side. I tried the honey Dijon and still I can handle the kick. The lady at the counter gave me a lemon dressing, this was also a bit tart for me. My mango smoothie was the best thing I had today. The people that work here are very friendly and I appreciate that. It was busy for a Friday. Lucky they have lots of seating inside and outside I'll come back if some coworkers want to come.

For vegetarians I wouldn't say the food was amazing. The pancakes were solid but they don't give too much syrup for the to go. Servicing fine because I took it to go. It was kind of hard to tell. But our food is ready on time for the entire office. Was pretty cool when I walked in to pick it up the café seems really lively. It has an open concept and seemed happening overall three out of five.

I got a custom salad delivered through DD from Coupa Cafe and it was okay. They got my order correct, but I wasn't impressed with the quantity of ingredients nor the size of the salad: the turkey was deli meat, the garbanzo beans, and sun dried tomatoes were from a jar, the chicken was at least cut from a breast, and the avocado was great, but there was almost none of each. If they are going to make the portions so small they should significantly limit the toppings you can choose so you get a sufficient amount of each, instead of a tiny amount of each.

A great all-around convenient and nice gathering spot for the community. Casual self-serve. Order at the counter, then pick up your food when your buzzer lights up. Remember to bus your own table. Or order via QR code.Good amount of varied breakfast and lunch items. I will comment though that my pancakes definitely came out a bit too dark (see photo). I really should've asked them to re-make it. However, I've had other items (mostly salads) that were fine. I'm not big on coffee, and the one pictured was for a friend. However, everyone I know who has been here and everyone I've come here with likes it. I trust them.Very spacious, pleasant and brand new interior.
