I ordered 3 cupcakes and one lemon meringue tart. When I asked the lady how fresh the cupcakes were, she responded with, when they finished in the display case they make more. On average 5-7 days! Worth noting these were $5 a cupcake. The burnt almond cupcake - 2/5. The frosting was nice but the cake was stale. I threw this one away. The biscoff cupcake - 3/5. The frosting was ok, standard. The cake was delicious and moist. The strawberry milkshake - 0/5. The frosting was too sweet and the cake was very stale. I threw this one away. The lemon meringue filling was nice and tart, but the tart shell was soft and fell apart. I wouldn't come back to this bakery for any cupcakes.

I have been wanting to try a Dubai chocolate bar for the past 6 months so we went to C'est Si Bon Bakery to finally try it! We went on a Saturday around 11am and it was not busy. The ambiance of the store is nice and there were a lot of beautifully decorated desserts on display.Dubai Chocolate Bar (3/5): At $10 dollars, it felt pricey, but I wanted to see what all the hype was about. The chocolate bar is not that big and there are 5 break off pieces so essentially each piece is $2 which felt steep. There is a good amount of filling and I could taste the crunchy pistachio. It tasted good but I didn't find it unique. I'm glad I got to try the Dubai Chocolate Bar but I didn't think it was worth $10. It was smaller than I expected and it tasted like a regular chocolate bar with a slight pistachio flavor. I would consider coming back to try the cakes as they looked appealing

Cakes: 5 starsDecorating and taste: 5 starsDessert Bar: 5 starsKid's Classes: 2 starsPlease know that the three star rating is in regards to the kid's classes offered. If you are looking for a well designed cake then please proceed with your order. This bakery has been our family bakery for 10 years now, ever since my daughter's first birthday. After her first birthday 10 years ago, I've used only this bakery for our birthdays, sleepovers, anniversaries, holidays, basically anytime you can eat cake - I'd go here! Our family has spent over $2,000.00 at this bakery in the past twelve months celebrating our various events - $200 of which was this past week alone! The decorators do a great job with executing my ideas. Sometimes I don't know what I want and will give the bakery "keywords" and they will come out with some great designs. Our birthday parties are always a hit and everyone tells me they can't wait to see what cake we've come up with next! Frequently after inviting someone to a party I'll hear, "Oh will you have some of that cake there?" "Okay, I'm in then". Last year, they introduced the dessert bar and I will cater their dessert bar for all my daughter's sleepovers or movie nights with friends. The kids love sneaking treats after the adults go to sleep and honestly I order extra mousse cups just for me, too, haha! They are so good especially when they are still frozen. I order the dipped rice krispies for myself! I'm addicted to those so much. They used to release cookie decorating kits and those were so much fun for events and sleepovers. I wish they'd bring those back. I think they may have been an item to help boost sales during Covid shut downs but they were a great activity.Last year, they introduced their kid's decorating classes and we try to enroll our daughter in most of those, too. She did break her arm last year so she did have to miss a few but for the most part we sign her up for each class. Imagine my surprise when during this most recent class, my husband is pulled aside at pick up to discuss our daughter's participation in the decorating class. We were informed that there has been an ongoing issue with our child wanting to decorate her items using her own creative vision; however, the instructor told my husband this is her class and the cupcakes and treats will decorated her way. Just wow. My mind was blown when I heard that. Cest Si Bon of all places should know cake decorating is an art form and a wonderful way to show creativity. I spoke with my child and she said she was interested in tweaking some things for her treats such as using different colors and it didn't seem like it was that bad. My child did tell me towards the end of class she was afraid to ask to shape her rice krispie treat into another shape. Instead of having such a strict outlook on the class agenda, perhaps there should be a freeform class where students are encouraged to show their artistic side. That seems like it would bring in revenue. Perhaps even a cake decorating class for adults which I personally would have joined. Either way, after that discussion, I am no longer comfortable enrolling my child in these classes nor am I comfortable leaving my child with an adult who is an artist by day but doesn't support artistic children. Who knows what has been going on while I was waiting for class to be over.I think Cest Si Bon and our family will take a short break from each other after I pick up the pie I just ordered before this happened. Looks like I will grab a Costco birthday cake and treats for her birthday sleepover in a few weeks while I simmer.

I love this pastry shop because their pastries are absolutely delicious. However, I'm frustrated with their hours--they don't have a consistent schedule. Even when they're inside the shop, they often refuse to assist customers.

I was looking for a custom cake to celebrate my wife's first birthday (as my wife). The staff was super friendly and responsive. They patiently helped me design a cake that included elements from our recent Napa wedding and it turned out great! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to have a custom cake for a special occasion!

This review is for the $10 Dubai Chocolate Bar. I heard so much of the viral chocolate bar from Dubai or "Can't Get Knafeh of It" chocolate bar. It's a combo of super crispy Kataifi Pastry (shredded pyllo dough). mixed with pistachio butter spread and tahini. The top of the bar can have designs of colored chocolate ribbons or even edible gold flakes. When doing a Yelp search, I discovered CSB offered Dubai chocolate bars. By reading a few reviews here, I thought it'd give it a try. At the time, their were 2 reviews: a 5 star and a 1 star. So after watching YouTube and TikTok, I became more familiar with this viral delight. The chocolate bar was much smaller than I thought. I think it was milk chocolate based with white chocolate threads on the top as the design element. It had 5 snap off pieces. The filling had a thin layer of bright green pistachios poking out (as oppose to the thick versions in the Google world). I tasted a light delicious pistachio flavor, but no sesame seed taste (tahini). I can't say it was super crunchy from the phyllo dough (kataifi) as the chocolate gave a snappy crunch, but I'll say visually one can see the shreds. This crunch is the highlight of this viral sensation and just craved a more substantial crunch factor. However, if it was twice as big with more filling (which would provide that crunch it's known for), I'd pay the $10.Here are several pics in the plastic sleeve, out of the sleeve and pics once snapped.

Service was awful. Took people who clearly came in after us first and person behind counter never spoke up about it. Waited 15 minutes and received no acknowledgment or welcome, not even a "be right with you."It was like we were invisible. We left, won't be trying them again. Funny thing is I used to get all my cakes there when my kids were small.

The reason I give this a 4 and not a 5 is because they got my cakes wrong .. I ordered a vanilla cake and chocolate cake .. I ended up cutting them for the party and noticed they were both chocolate . the taste was really good a bit dry but it was delicious .. the design was very nice service was amazing from the workers there they are all so friendly and nice and helpful
