Amazing Chimichangas and Sides!I recently ordered the two chimichangas, and they were absolutely fantastic! For $24.65, this meal was worth every penny. I chose the carne asada and cheese style with refried beans, topped with guacamole and sour cream, and it was everything I hoped for and more. The chimichangas were perfectly crispy on the outside, with a delicious, savory filling that was rich and flavorful. The carne asada was tender and juicy, and the combination with melted cheese was simply perfection. The guacamole and sour cream on top added the perfect creamy, tangy touch to round out each bite.I also couldn't resist adding a side of chips and salsa for just $2.00. The chips were fresh and crispy, and the salsa had just the right kick--it's a must-have to go with the chimichangas! This place really knows how to deliver bold, satisfying flavors.

I knew we should not have gone but my mom suggested it. Service was good 3 stars. Chips and salsa 3stars. As for the food my mom ordered the mole and I did the taco and green chile enchilada. My moms plate arrived as enchilada when she ordered the meal. The taste was ok. As for my mealnothing special and I've had better. I would not go again. To makes matter worse it gave us a stomach ache.

Had my bday dinner here this past weekend. Was able to accommodate my big party of 20. Service was fast, staff were friendly and so many options to choose from and portions are huge. Don't forget to try their margaritas!

I almost died after eating out on Thursday night got severe food poisoning after eating the huge Celia's Plate...I would never write a bad review but this was the worst experience I've ever had at Celia's don't have a clue what happened but my stomach hurts and I might have to go to ER for fluids later today!

Food: huge and satiating portions that are good for sharing. Not too salty or heavy which is something my Asian parents often complain about. My dad has never tried Mexican food before so I was worried he wouldn't like it but he devoured his burrito. I love how fluffy the rice is and how tender the fish in the fish tacos were. The soft taco soft shells were so satisfying to eat. Service: very nice Ambiance: cozy with nice paper cut decorations and lots of seating

I've been coming here for decades. Usually, the only downside was the lack of parking. Over the last few years, prices have been creeping up, portions have been shrinking and service has been getting worse. So my family and I have slowly been going less and less. My latest experience at Celia's a was horrible. Service was non-existent. We couldn't get a drink refill to save our lives. No waitstaff could be found. No chips, no salsa, only an excuse that they were short in the kitchen. So one would think, keep the drinks filled and the chips/salsa flowing at the tables to keep guests happy. Not on Wednesday night! The kids taco cost $12.25. Imagine a Taco Bell hard shell with only carne Asada in it and a scoop of rice. DEFINITELY not worth $12.25. It should've been $5. The kids menu prices are just absurdly high. The price point at Celia's is just too high for a plate that is half rice and beans. My family and I have started going to Mar y Mar in San Bruno. The bill is significantly less, portions are better and the service is attentive. It's what Celia's used to be about 10 years ago. We will still go to Celia's for the obligatory parent group meet up once every 6 months, but at this point, most parents we know are going somewhere less expensive.

The staff was friendly here so I had no complaints about the service received. I ordered the burrito (chile verde pork) with the green sauce. The portion was big, a good amount of meat and tasted great. Not too salty , not bland either, so it hit the spot. Also got a horchata, tasty but wished the serving was a bit bigger. The restaurant was spacious and looks to be a good place for groups. Bathroom was super clean as well. I would come back if I were ever in the area and craving Mexican food.
