Celia's in Menlo Park is not a fancy Mexican restaurant, but it's a place that you go in and you're warmly welcomed & their prices are reasonable. They're happy hour is amazing every single day from 3 to 7 PM. It's a clean, friendly, festive environment that I enjoy meeting up with friends after work together. Their dishes are simple and not authentic Mexican but they're delicious. Well spiced good portions and served always with a feeling that they want you to enjoy! They have an outside space as well that is enjoyed during the summertime.

Celia's has been a beloved favorite of mine since childhood, back when I lived in San Mateo, and after all these years, the Menlo Park location still serves the same mouthwatering dishes I've been enjoying for the past 45 years! Tonight, I stopped by between clients and asked for a quiet spot in the back, and without hesitation, they led me to the perfect corner. The service was impressively fast, even though I was tucked away in an out-of-sight booth. And the best part? The music was so low that it barely registered on my Zoom call--only once when there was complete silence. Celia's holds such a special place in my heart, and it's even more special when I get to keep making memories there, even if it's just me! :)

I've had take out from this place about 10 times in the past few years and every time the food is hot, delicious, and very home-y. The customer service is excellent, the menu is huge. There are still so many things I have not eaten from there so I'll definitely try to stop by to dine in next time I can. Late lunch with my sis. This place brought back a good memory. I used to eat here for an early dinner with my college bestie before going to the class. It's been awhile since I haven't been here. As soon as you sit down, they brought scrumptious chips & salsa, and ice water.Today I ordered the lunch special beef burrito and my favorite drink mango margarita. The food was super hot and yummy. The drink was so refreshing. We enjoy our time here. Yhe staff are friendly and attentive. The ambiance is casual. This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. Celia's for life! Everyone in the family absolutely loves this Mexican restaurant. It is by far the best around! Idk what people say! The chips are always hot and fresh, salsa is always also fresh and yummy! The staff and servers are always so happy and nice at this Celia's! I do like how this location can always handle larger functions for both family and work! You have enough space and are tucked away in your own booth even with a busy full house. You can never go wrong with Celia's! The two enchilada meal with rice beans and homemade coleslaw is perfect for me! I always take some home with me. I also, usually always get carne asada but everyone in my family also gets cheese and chicken enchiladas and absolutely loves them!

Food: very reliable, clean Mexican food. Great thin, oversized chips with mild tomato forward salsa. Proportions were very equal. Ordered Piccadillo basic burritos (rice, bean, cheese, shredded beef, open ended wrapped, sauce on top). One with sauce on the side. Half way through the naked burrito, the tortilla got hard to cut because it was cold. Sauce that goes on top was very tomato based. Almost like a thin tomato soup. Vibe: indoor and outdoor seating. Heaters. TVs. Has bar and bar seating with all tvs playing sports. Price: pricey but portions are very large. Burritos were size of a petit woman's forearm. Warning- sour cream was $3.95 extra! Experience: service was a bit slow outside on a Sunday night, but we were one of three parties outside so that's to be expected. Parking is free with dedicated parking lot

I really enjoyed this place. The service was so friendly. The food here was so good. We ordered the queso fundido and quesadilla to start. The food was very flavorful and came out very quickly. We got the street tacos as our entrees (steak & carnitas) and they were so good. One of my favorite tacos in the peninsula.
