Used to come here all the time but recently there's this horrible employee with long hair and a neck beard and hate who always says our IDs are fake and looks a super long time. Idk how easy it is to fake a REAL CA ID but I don't think it's that easy to fake. Don't think I'm gonna bother with this establishment again since they refuse people with legitimate IDs service.Drinks are good tho with the fresh juice, and the aesthetic is nice.They got 2 pool tables too.Very popular with young ppl on the weekends

This bar has so much character. What I love most is their fresh squeezed juice for cocktails. My go-to order is always a greyhound. Also very nice to have affordable beverages!!

This place is my go to for a few drinks and good vibes. Usually not super packed, but good crowds. And as the name states it is CASH ONLY, but not to worry if you don't have any on you because they have a couple ATMs available with only about a $1 service fee. So the vibe is very classic and all the bartenders are great and attentive! Haven't seen him in a while but Jay was the BEST. They also have a pool table for anyone interested!So onto the drinks (the best part) not only are the prices great but the few specialty drinks they're known for are to die for. Specifically their frozen Irish coffee and their whiskey apple (trust me). Even if you're not a big whiskey drinker I promise you'll enjoy either of these. I'll always recommend Cash Only!

Met a couple of friends after work. The place is literally "ca$h only!" they do have an ATM. The place is pretty nice with the wall décor and pictures. My friends ordered beer and shots. I ordered an Irish coffee, it was pretty good like a frozen coffee with a shot. fast service!

My wife and I used to hang here years ago when it was called Dive Bar. It's transformed and is a great Downtown San Jose bar to hangout after work (if you work downtown). No attitude bartenders and regulars. My go to is the Whiskey Apple or the Greyhound. As the bar's name states, "Cash Only." Don't worry. There's an ATM by the jukebox against the wall with the great mural of Johnny Cash. If you're looking for a downtown bar with no nonsense drinks (whiskey and beer), down to earth bartenders, and a chill vibe, then head on over to Cash Only.

Awesome staff! While the pool table is $2 a game they leave it open for free so much that it more then makes up for it. Im always greeted at the door with a handshake and a smile. Always a good crowd and good vibe. As the name suggests, it is cash only. Definitely give it a try

I went here for Halloween, and the scariest thing was the margarita. Tasted like dishwasher liquid at best :)
