I want to take a moment to recognize Patrick, the bartender and manager(? Not sure if he's the manager I just feel like he should be) at CA Billiards, for his incredible service and outstanding hospitality. Patrick truly sets the gold standard for customer service. From the moment you walk up to the counter he makes you feel welcome with his friendly demeanor and genuine care for every guest. Not only is Patrick an exceptional bartender with great drink-making skills, but he also has an amazing ability to create an inviting and fun atmosphere. Whether it's recommending the perfect drink, keeping the vibe upbeat, or ensuring everything runs smoothly, Patrick goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a fantastic experience. You can tell Patrick takes pride in what he does, and it shows in every detail. It's rare to find someone so approachable. If you're looking for a low key pool night out I'd definitely recommend CA Billiards, Patrick is one of the many reasons this place stands out!Ps. Dave sucks btw. His attitude is absolutely shit, and it's crazy that Patrick's amazingness doesn't rub off on his bottom of the barrel personality.

Don't let the blacked-out windows scare you off--this place is worth checking out if you're looking for a casual spot to play darts or billiards with friends. Just know that it's very much a no-frills experience. There's no warm welcome when you walk in, and most of the regulars seem to stick to their cliques, but if you're coming with your own group, you'll be fine. This was my first time here, and we came to play darts. The dartboards are in the back, and you'll need to grab the darts from the counter. It's $0.75 per player, and most dart games allow a max of four players. There's no one guiding you, so you just claim an open board and get started. There are some tables near the dart area for your group to hang out, but they're first-come, first-serve, so plan accordingly. The vibe can feel a little intimidating at first, especially with the crowd being mostly young adults, but once you get into your game, it's a lot of fun. Definitely a good spot if you're coming with a laid-back mindset and just want to hang out and play.

The place is awesome up until the point when you meet the dude at the counter. Dave I think it is. My lady and i just couldn't believe how un-friendly this guy is. It's funny how he will discourage you from waiting when he tells you how long it will be for a table, or he will give away your table if you don't run to the counter to say you are here. WTF! dude, we didn't lag that long after you called our name. My girlfriend then asked where the pool sticks were and you said in a stern snarky voice "look around". All you had to say was they are by the tables and the walls. You didn't have to be a jerk about it!!!!After reading some other reviews on Yelp/Google, there seems to be a common denominator, and that is...yes, you guessed it, Dave, the mean dude behind the counter. Dave, if you read this, please take it personal, because it is.. you made it this way! Your personality is by far one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had to endure. My girlfriend and I just sat there and wondered how much better this place could be with just a little change in attitude and a friendly experience. The food is good, lots of beer to choose from, the girl at the bar was cool, the tables are nice and the place is huge.Overall the place is cool, but the dude behind the counter has just ruined it for us to want to come back. Word to the owner, either train the guy or better yet, replace him to do something else that doesn't involve working with customers. We would love to come back, but at this point it's not worth it for us to have to go through another un-fun, unacceptable experience. I look at this place and i can it was packed and probably doesn't "need" the extra business and that is probably why this type of behavior is tolerated by many. They want to play pool and will just put up with this type of attitude.

Went on a Thursday night and the place was packed, there were many people there of different ages and it looked like the spot to go to. It's located around a bunch of different restaurants so you can always eat before or after you come in.The service wasn't friendly, just felt like people who were getting by their shifts, which is fine imo because I get it. We gave our name to the person in front and he didn't give us an estimate, just said that there's a short line and we'd have to wait. We ended up waiting around 20-30 minutes, which was doable because we decided to just chill and get drinks. There wasn't really a waiting area, but we found a spare chair to sit/hover until our table was ready. One of the bartenders working there that night was super rude. I didn't see a drink menu and I asked for a simple recommendation for sweet drinks (her favorite to make, drink, or a popular order by customers would've sufficed) and she gave me attitude instead. The bar wasn't busy and she talked and looked at me like I was a huge annoyance. I'm not asking for a huge smile and a "my pleasure" attitude for service, but some bare minimum kindness and patience would've been great considering that our conversation was less than 2-3 minutes. I still decided to order a drink and we were given a table near the front. The pricing is fair, it was $18 an hour after 5pm ($10 before 5) and I still had fun with my group despite the unpleasant exchange. The atmosphere was lively and everyone there seemed like they were having a great time. There are other games there that you can play like foosball and darts. I'm not eager to come to this establishment again but I'm not opposed either as I did get to eventually play my games of pool with ease.

I go here pretty frequently because it's sooo near everything! Really convenient to just go to after a dinner at the nearby places! The pricing is pretty good and fair, the ambiance is great too! They have a station where you can queue up a song for 50 cents! Definitely my go to place. Only thing is you can't bring outside food and drinks.

Kelly gave my group great service and I appreciate her help. The establishment is amazing with a great atmosphere and I can't wait to be back. The chicken tenders with fries hit the spot. We got a ton of beer pitchers, last call is at midnight

Pool tables and queries Cues were in good shape. Though busy, felt there was enough room to play at a table without bumping in to the neighbors. Would definitely play here again.
