Cafe Parisien

Stanford cafes are all usually good, but this little French bakery is our go-to spot to visit if we have to visit the medical center.Try the apple tart, it's so good.Or really anything, it's all great.

I enjoy dropping by Cafe Parisien for their iced chai tea lattes. The service is fairly quick and has an array of food and drinks to choose from. It's a small cafe with some seating inside.

The menu is the same as that from La Baguette in Stanford Mall so this is likely the same owner or a second store. I ordered the black forest cake which I rate 5 stars. It is such a lush delicate treat. Not too sweet and the perfect amount of cherry for me. Yes, it is one of the pricier desserts here but it was so good, that I've come back to try and order it again. Unfortunately, the cake sold out the other time I tried it so I had to go to the La Baguette location instead. I also had the coconut lime italian soda which was one of their summer specials. I unfortunately found it was too sweet for me and overpowering so I give that a 3 stars. But I will keep this place in mind any time I'm craving the black forest cake.

Fresh Sandwiches, pastries expresso. Great customer people-friendly service. Not a big crowd. Several of these on Stanford Medical Center. Really hot lattes! Yum! 16 oz is $5This cafe is.next to construction site, and steps away from the Cancer Center building. Not very restful will all the heavy equipment zooming beeping and hammering too... but there's lots to see. Most importantly, there is a bathroom inside and quick service!

Glad this place opened up! They have delicious pasties and bread, especially that pesto bread! Even better when they heat it up for you. Their coffee isn't anything that special but it isn't bad either! Sometimes I get their London fog which is actually good! Service has been great and the staff here are friendly. I am also glad they changed their hours where they open at 0700 instead of 0800 now

I had a strong and hot coffee and sweet bun (looks like a giant muffin but it's slightly crusty outside and fluffy inside yeast bread - not sweet tasting) perfect to dunk into the coffee. Made for a wonderful light breakfast. I will repeat it again tomorrow. Having a Family member at the cancer center I appreciate this morning treat. Thank you. Really love the coffee.

Tried their apple tart, a fruit danish, breakfast croissant, and quiches. All very delicious!

The sun was out, there was plenty of outdoor seating and a super nice barista made a yummy latte for me. What more could you ask for? Did not sample any pastries or snacks, but they looked tempting.

Great espresso drinks. Better priced than Starbucks. Great selection of pastries, desserts, sandwiches, and quiches. Sandwiches and quiches can be toasted. I was able to customize my sandwich to leave off the cheese. Staff is friendly and service is prompt. Interior is bright, clean, and inviting.My new go-to place for a latte and quick breakfast or lunch at work!

Pastries are old, but ambience is nice! Service is mediocre! Based on a visit on Jan 9, 2025. I guess not much turnover..
