I would reorder black sesame and lilikoi.As for ambiance, there isn't much to the ambiance. You just walk up to the register and order, then stand around and wait or stare at the bulletin board."

"I get Ume tea here and there and even through doordash. The prices are always so cheap and decently priced! Even though it is cheap it is very very good! They also have these cool "blind box" kind of cups called surprise cups which include some small stuffed animals. There are two kiosks that you can order from and a cashier as well. Ordering is super easy and quick. There is a order status TV inside as well. The area is very bright and pink! The place is as clean as I can see it with some seating."

"Frozos has quickly become our favorite local fro-yo spot in Santa Clara, and I only wish we had discovered it sooner. They offer an impressive variety of toppings, far surpassing other yogurt places in the area. The cookie dough is my personal highlight; it's the fresh and delicious kind. Additionally, the cake batter fro-yo is my all-time favorite. The staff at Frozos are exceptionally kind and helpful. On one occasion, when I forgot to buy milk during my grocery run, they graciously allowed me to purchase a jug right from their store. Their kindness really sets them apart. While I haven't tried their bubble tea yet, it's definitely next on my list!"

"I decided to come here after work to focus on writing an essay. I arrived around 4pm and instantly noticed that it was crowded. I started scanning the not-so-big place to see if I could sit anywhere. There was a long communal table and a free chair in front of a man, so I asked him if I could sit, and he kindly nodded. I put my stuff down and headed to the restroom (which was clean! Thank you!). I returned from the bathroom, saw an empty table, and moved since I was waiting for my husband to arrive. I tried to log into wifi, but there was no sign with a passcode, so I asked, and the manager said the wifi password is on the receipt after you purchase something. I told her I hadn't bought anything yet, returned to my space, and logged into my hotspot. I wasn't quite ready to order anything yet. About twenty minutes later, my boo arrived, and he ordered a coffee and sandwich while I stepped outside for a phone call. When I returned, I tried his coffee and was inspired to order the same thing. I asked him what it was, and he told me macchiato, so I went and ordered a macchiato and was presented with what looked like an itsy-bitsy cappuccino. I said um, I tried to order what my husband ordered, and this is not it. I looked towards him, and they said oh, that's a caramel macchiato. I asked if I could get that instead, and they said I'd have to pay for the new drink. I said it was an honest mistake, especially since my husband's first language is not English, and the employee said no, so I turned into a Karen and asked for the manager. The manager specified that it was my bad and couldn't do anything about it. I tried to explain about the honest mistake and him not speaking English well, so she then resorted to charging me the difference, which is fine.I honestly refrain from complaining or causing a scene; the thing is that tiny macchiato was like two tablespoons of espresso with some foam on top--tiny. It was bitty, and I would've drank it, but it tasted like tar, and I wasn't in the mood for tar.I paid the difference and got my new drink, and I swear you'd think that I had just asked them for twenty free drinks...they were so annoyed by me. I almost didn't want to drink the coffee because of the bad mojo, but I blessed my cup and drank it anyway. Instead of writing my essay, I am writing this review, and in this time, I've had to use the bathroom again. This time I noticed a sign on the hand dryer (no paper towels are provided) that says to not dry your hands with toilet paper. Um...I will dry my hands with TP if I want to."

"Cute little shop located in a strip mall. The store itself had a nice modern (albeit bright) interior. It was spotless on the day we visited. The lady manning the counter was super friendly and efficent. Popcorn Chicken: nicely fried bits of chicken that had a good crunch and good breading to meat ratio. The sauce added a nice punch. The hot here is not that very hot. For reference to my palate it was about the same as a Medium at Dave's Hot Chicken which made its presence felt but did not overwhelm the chicken. My son also ordered the coconut green waffle but I did not taste it. Ample parking and as many reviewers have noted right across the street from Costco."

I ordered with just 75% sweetness, but I probably could have gone down to 50%. This was still VERY good and even though it's very chilly and windy, it was still refreshing."

The pork belly itself: super tender/crisp and melt-in-your-mouth good. I could barely put the sandwich down long enough to take a sip of my Vietnamese coffee, which was also dee-lish.As we were paying, the incredibly affable cashier (also our server,) recommended getting the combination Banh Mi next time, which is exactly what I'll do.LOVE this place and hope it sticks around for years!"

If you're new to oolong milk, be aware it's distinct from regular milk. They've rapidly expanded since those days and have even made to other states, including the Las Vegas area where I mostly hang out these days. I'm pretty sure they utilize a tea espresso system to keep the tea quality high, and I can't recall their tea flavor ever failing me ta any location.I had recently received a free birthday drink in my rewards account (pro tip: give them your personal info) and I had an errand to run nearby, so I figured it was convenient enough to use the offer. I tried to place a mobile order but it apparently was too confusing for me to use. Fortunately, the employees were nice and got my order entered, reward redeemed, and drink prepared in rapid succession.I usually gravitate toward milk tea, and Black Sugar Assam ($5.75, ~23 fl oz) looked newer to me within that category. It comes with honey boba included, which I usually eschew for caloric savings but didn't mind trying. The boba is as good as anyone makes it, with balanced chewiness and softness. You can tell that it's sweeter than non-honey-marinated boba too. As for the drink, the assam black tea flavor and the black sugar flavors are both prominent, and the drink has a good creaminess that doesn't linger on the palate. I forgot to request lower sugar, but the sweetness level was actually not too high.This location is standing-room only. I guess I don't mind that since I'm usually grabbing something to-go anyway, but if you want to hang out with your friends or pretend to study for a test, you may want to try elsewhere.I would actually love for Teaspoon to become as popular and as commonplace as Starbucks. They're a consistently good bubble tea spot and surely have enough variety to satisfy most boba fans."

Also, even though there was a farmers market going on around the corner, we had no problem finding free parking nearby on a Sunday morning."

"Finally got the chance to try Ume Tea and I was not disappointed! When they dropped their new Jasmine Blossom Latte, I KNEW I had to check it out. I absolutely love Jasmine tea, the more floral, the better! Their Jasmine Blossom Latte is green tea based with jasmine floral notes. It had the perfect amount of creaminess and floral undertones. I ordered mine at 75% sweetness, although next time I could definitely enjoy it at 100% sweetness.I also tried their Longan Slushy which was perfectly sweet with lots of longan flavor. There were also jellies that tasted like longan. However, it wasn't so much a slushy as the ice pieces were bigger than expected! I wish the texture was better but the flavor was definitely on point.Overall, I will definitely be back! The shop is quite spacious and SUPER cute!!! Definitely check it out ^__^"
